I do not know where to begin, so I will start here. My husband and I had a good experience at ARC. We originally planned to visit another clinic, but the wait for a consultation alone was four months, so we looked elsewhere and ARC was the first result. We were able to schedule an online consultation with Dr. Abdallah immediately. He is a very kind and knowledgeable reproductive endocrinologist with a beautiful, warm, inviting office. We had planned to use donor sperm for IUI because my husband had a vasectomy. Dr. Abdallah recommended IVF because finding a donor and the other costs of IUI would be similar but the success rate would be low. My husband and I wanted the best value, so we chose IVF as he recommended. You can tell Dr. Abdallah loves his work. Hearing him outside the exam room even made my husband laugh while we excitedly waited for a simple procedure I needed before starting an IVF cycle. His staff are also wonderful. They always smile, never seem stressed, explain everything well, and answer questions as best they can. He is fortunate to have such a great staff. You can text or call and receive a prompt response; sometimes they even replied at 11 p.m. or called the next morning, which surprised me. He referred my husband to urologist Dr. Spitz for sperm retrieval. Ironically, a Kaiser urologist my husband had seen had also recommended Dr. Spitz for a possible reversal. Dr. Abdallah monitored me closely to track the development of my follicles and eggs, and everything stayed on schedule. His surgical center is also beautiful and very clean, and you can tell he takes great pride in it. Dr. Abdallah successfully retrieved 11 eggs, and Dr. Spitz successfully retrieved my husband's sperm. Nine of the 11 eggs were fertilized, but only one developed into a high-quality embryo. Sadly, our only embryo, a girl, did not pass genetic testing because of a chromosomal abnormality. We were deeply saddened to lose our baby girl, but glad we had genetic testing. Unfortunately, we cannot begin another cycle immediately. Our unsuccessful journey does not mean yours will be unsuccessful. I recommend the facility and give ARC 5 stars; as I said, we had a very good experience with the doctor and staff. Update 7/17/24 I was very happy to see Dr. Abdallah and his staff again after a year and a half. They are always kind, welcoming, and professional. I will update again after my IVF cycle in September.

Although the office is not the most organized, we had a wonderful experience here. The team works very hard, and all my interactions were positive. Dr. Abdallah listened to and addressed my concerns and questions and was open to suggestions. He did not immediately push us toward more expensive treatments such as IVF or IUI, but suggested trying a less invasive approach after removing some fibroids. I am now nearly five months pregnant and highly recommend this practice!

I have only good things to say about American Reproductive Centers. My husband and I had been trying for three years. We learned that I had PCOS and some polyps. They quickly scheduled polyp removal, and two months later we were pregnant. ❤️ Dr. Abdallah and his staff are excellent and caring. They do everything they can to help and answer any questions. We will definitely return next time.

We have had frozen embryos since 2014. Do you still have them? I would like to return to you.

The IVF journey is challenging, and choosing the right clinic is essential. Unfortunately, our experience with American Reproductive Centers (ARC) was deeply frustrating and discouraging. During our first IVF round, the clinic failed to perform a saline infusion sonogram (SIS), a procedure we had paid for that was essential to the process. Without it, the first round was destined to fail from the beginning. Despite this oversight, we trusted the clinic to adjust its approach for the second round. However, although there had been no growth in the first round, the doctor kept me on the same medication dosage. It felt as if our chances had been undermined from the start. When the second round again showed no growth, the doctor suggested using a donor, despite our clearly stating during the consultation that this was not an option for us. The doctor then recommended not completing the second round. Given the circumstances, we were entitled to a refund because we had prepaid $18,000. We were promised a refund in January, but as September approaches, we are still waiting. Financial manager Evelyn has not responded to our many emails and calls, leaving us in limbo and deeply frustrated. Anyone considering IVF should thoroughly research a clinic before proceeding. Our experience with ARC was a nightmare, and we hope others can avoid the same outcome. Your time, money, and emotions are invaluable—make sure you are in the best possible hands before continuing.

We only have good things to say about ARC team, Courtney and Ashley are AMAZING nurses. The cost of IVF is expensive, it is better to have a health insurance during the process. Do not hesitate to ask questions, even if you think they are stupid. It is really important to understand every step of the procedure and what your options are.

As I look at my absolutely perfect, beautiful 7-month-old baby boy, I am filled with gratitude for Dr. Abdallah and his team! After 14 years of infertility, they helped us finally achieve our miracle. Before finding this outstanding team, my husband and I had several unsuccessful procedures at different clinics. We will be forever grateful! Special thanks to Courtney, who made my experience so special. She truly cares about and loves her work, and it shows!

The worst experience of my life. Nearly three years later, just thinking about it triggers PTSD. Go elsewhere for help.

When we decided to pursue IVF, we first found Dr. Abdallah, and we are glad we did. He and his team were professional and caring and always ensured we felt informed and supported throughout the process. After a difficult year, we were fortunate to achieve pregnancy under his care. I confidently recommend Dr. Abdallah to anyone in the Coachella Valley considering IVF treatment. Special thanks to Courtney, Kenya, and Ashley!

I would like to sincerity thank American Reproduction Center’s team for my experience. I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant. The process for us was fast. Stuff is very friendly. I remember the day of transfer when Dr. Abdallah said it’s in, he was so happy about it and it make me feel so secured. During the process of wait, any questions I had he definitely was there for me Answering his phone and I really appreciate it. Also one of the things I really like its that they check on you every 2 weeks to make sure baby is growing okay and of course with me already losing a baby I felt like I really need it to know baby was okay often. I definitely recommend American Reproduction Center. Once again Thank you for all you do Dr. Abdallah, Ashely and team.

I have never encountered such incompetent doctors and staff, including the secretaries and a nurse. Every part of every process was terrible. My experience with them was a nightmare.

American Reproductive Centers (ARC) truly deserves praise. From our first call to ask about the clinic, my partner and I knew this was the right place to build our family. The environment, warm and attentive service, staff, and especially Dr. Abdallah were all wonderful and compassionate. Without the ARC family, we would not have our beautiful baby boy. If you are trying to conceive or build a family, I highly recommend ARC. It is the best choice. We love the ARC family and sincerely thank everyone for all they did for us. 🏳️‍🌈✨

If you are seeking the very best IVF care, I highly recommend Dr. Abdallah at American Reproductive Centers. He is outstanding in every respect, as is every member of his staff. They are warm, kind, and professional and care deeply about every patient and outcome. Dr. Abdallah is unlike any other doctor I have met. He genuinely cares about each patient's outcome and well-being and has gone above and beyond to ensure I achieve the best possible result. He is highly knowledgeable in this field and an excellent surgeon. He carefully evaluates the woman's overall health and does not overlook any detail that could affect the outcome. Very positive, compassionate, confident, and an excellent doctor! Thank you!

Dr. Abdallah is a doctor’s doctor! Some doctors have excellent reputations among laypeople, who think they are the best, yet they have no physicians as patients because we know whom to see and whom to avoid. Laypeople often seem drawn to salesperson-type doctors who let Google searches guide how they treat bodies and lives instead of practicing medicine as years of training taught us. Dr. Abdallah is a doctor’s doctor because he is the person to see for gynecologic endocrine problems. If you happen to be treated by a nurse practitioner calling themselves a doctor because they hold a doctorate, believe me when I say they know nothing and are wasting your valuable time. I have referred many patients to Dr. Abdallah, all with successful and happy outcomes. They may not like how frank, direct, and honest he is, but time is limited, and many waste it with people who assure them they have plenty. From one doctor to everyone else: if you need infertility help, go straight to him and do not waste time elsewhere. It is expensive, but regret and delay can leave you emotionally bankrupt.

Beware! He performed unnecessary surgery on me for no reason. He is only after your money and aims to maximize profit.
