Infertility; fertility preservation; reproductive endocrinology conditions, including polycystic ovarian syndrome, premature ovarian failure, endometriosis and myomas.

What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?

In vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, egg and embryo freezing, preimplantation genetic diagnosis, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, mind-body visualization techniques, nutritional counseling for fertility.

    Two stars for the warm, comfortable environment. Trust your instincts. After five months, I wondered whether to seek another opinion but continued for three more. The second opinion proved better for me. Everyone differs, and one approach does not fit all. The billing department needs knowledgeable staff who communicate well.

    You can never reach anyone! Not once! If you finally do, they cannot schedule you. No one is at the front desk. If this is how they operate, I cannot imagine their patient care.

    I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The team made an overwhelming process easy. All three doctors, the nurses, and staff were wonderful. They remembered my name, checked in often, and never made me feel like just another patient. If you are considering IVF and want support, this is the place.

    I highly recommend Dr. Nasseri, Dr. Chen, and Dr. Greenseid. Every nurse was excellent and kind. My husband and I struggled for over three years. Without them, we could not have conceived during our first IVF cycle. Our first transfer succeeded, and the process was smooth and simple. We began in late October and were pregnant by mid-February. I could not have asked for a better experience and am truly grateful. My husband and I will always be thankful 💜

    The best team of nurses and doctors. Thanks to them, I finally have two lovely sons after years of trying. It was difficult, but they kindly helped at every step. I will always recommend Valley.

    I was asked to email my insurance card information to schedule a consultation. I sent it four days ago, excluding the weekend, but still have not received a call back. It would have been helpful to receive confirmation by phone or email that they were verifying my eligibility. I emailed again today for an update, only to be told that I needed to resend my insurance card information. This makes me question the clinic's reliability even more.

    The Valley Hospital IVF Center is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Morning monitoring is very efficient, communication among the nurses, front desk, and billing department is seamless, and the patient portal keeps all information clear and accessible. The nurses respond quickly and answer questions promptly. The doctors are friendly and highly skilled, so it is best to prepare your questions in advance. They do not keep patients waiting long, which I appreciate. If you need more time or a callback, they will also try to accommodate you. A few tips from my experience: For Natera genetic testing, the $249 cash price is usually best, as billing through insurance may cost more. Registration and insurance authorization can also take some time, so patience is important. Overall, I highly recommend this center.

    A professional and experienced IVF specialist. I found Dr. Chen caring and chose him because of his clinical manner and experience. I highly recommend him.

    If you are looking for a fertility specialist, an excellent person, and a doctor who listens and supports you, Dr. Chen is all that and more! When I first came to him, I felt lost and afraid and had no plan. He listened while I described my nightmare with a previous doctor. When I finished, he gently told me we could start over. He did exactly that, explained his thinking, and developed a plan with me. I left every visit feeling calm and as though we were in this together. Even when results were not ideal, he helped me stay with the plan and move forward. I was preparing for fibroid surgery, and when I told him I was uncomfortable with the doctor he had recommended, he took me seriously, respected my concerns, and found another doctor he knew who cared for me very well. After surgery, we conceived naturally despite an unsuccessful intrauterine insemination. I remain grateful for Dr. Chen’s role in my journey. I cried the day he told me I was pregnant and would graduate to an OB-GYN. In short, Dr. Chen deserves five stars!
