I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This clinic is terrible. Dr. Radford overprescribes and overtests. I had a normal pregnancy with no signs of miscarriage, but the doctor preordered 20 weeks of high-dose progesterone without testing my progesterone level. My blood glucose was normal, but he prescribed high-dose metformin. Ironically, he refused my request for an A1c test. Without any signs or evidence, he also emphasized that I was at high risk of miscarriage, causing tremendous stress. The doctor also ordered many genetic tests that insurance did not cover, even though the front desk told me everything was covered. More than a year after the testing, I am still dealing with enormous bills exceeding $15,000. Thankfully, I transferred to another clinic and skipped the additional tests Dr. R ordered, or the bill would have been even higher. After speaking with several other patients, I learned that overprescribing and overtesting are common at this clinic, particularly expensive medications while cheaper ones are ignored. If you choose this clinic, be prepared to spend more than half a day at each visit. I have had a 6:30 a.m. appointment and seen the doctor at noon, and a 3 p.m. appointment and seen the doctor at 9 p.m. They do not tell you when the doctor will see you; they simply make you wait.

Terrible. They make you wait at least 1-1.5 hours because they overbook their schedule.

Dr. Pravdin is an incredible gynecologist and person. I have visited many doctors, but none showed the compassion and care that she did. After experiencing multiple miscarriages, we had lost hope, but she restored our faith and referred us to an excellent reproductive specialist. Throughout my pregnancy, I faced many challenges, but her support and confidence reassured me. Thanks to her and we are forever grateful to Dr. Pravdin!

My experience at this office was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Leilani at the front desk is the kindest and most helpful person I have encountered when visiting a medical office—she is wonderful! Dr. Rydfors was also excellent. He explained many things very clearly to my husband and me, listened, and cared. I was very impressed by this place. There was a wait for my appointment, but I had been thoughtfully warned several times before arriving, so it was not a problem at all.

Dr. Swierz is very kind and patient. My wife likes her very much. We have been coming to this clinic since last year. Overall, our experience has been excellent.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic! They scheduled me for the next day and completed all necessary tests during my visit. The doctor and nurses were kind and professional, which made me feel at ease. I especially appreciated the follow-up call after the tests. They took time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions, providing truly thoughtful care.

This was one of the worst clinic experiences I have ever had! The treatment process was extremely rigid and completely impersonal, and the doctor seemed more concerned about billing than my health. The price was entirely disproportionate to the service. I would never recommend this clinic!!

They charged me $400 for only 10 minutes, did not address my concerns, treated me poorly, and cared only about money. Do not go to this location.

They never answer the phone. I called 20 times and reached a person only once, then was left on hold for an hour. If you need help, it is better to go in person, though even that is not guaranteed. I recommend finding another clinic. If you need prescriptions on time, do not choose Dr. Pravdin.

Every wall in the clinic, including in the restroom, is covered with very disturbing posters. They say, “Create a slimmer, more natural figure,” clearly promoting harmful beauty standards. A gynecology clinic should feel safe, but this one feels like the opposite.

At 9:48 AM, still waiting for Dr. Cui, even though the appointment was at 9:00 AM. The service attitude is extremely poor. Do not go to this clinic.

I am writing to counter the many negative reviews, especially those concerning wait times and appointment scheduling. These issues are far less important than the core strengths of this clinic. What truly matters is the knowledge and support provided by the medical team, their personalized approach to treatment, and their commitment to delivering the best possible care. Freyja Clinic excels in these areas. I highly recommend this clinic and would like to share some of the reasons below. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant. This was my third IVF transfer, but my first time receiving treatment at Freyja Clinic. CCRM, a fertility clinic in Menlo Park, referred me to Dr. Rydfors because of concerns about insulin resistance, excessive systemic inflammation, and suspected endometriosis. Since beginning treatment with this team, my pregnancy has not only continued successfully but has progressed quite smoothly so far. In addition to Dr. Rydfors, I have seen Dr. Buenrostro and Dr. Tsuei several times. All three are highly professional, provide individualized treatment, consult one another to achieve the best results, carefully consider my history and specific circumstances, and pay close attention to every detail to ensure a proactive rather than reactive approach. For example, my cervical length will be measured at 12 weeks of pregnancy to ensure it is within the normal range. All medication protocols before and during pregnancy were tailored to my specific needs and reviewed at every follow-up visit. They initially saw me weekly and later every two weeks to ensure everything was progressing normally. Their follow-up visits are also more frequent than those at a typical obstetrics and gynecology clinic. I am deeply impressed by their attention to detail and their efforts to identify and address any issue or factor that might affect my pregnancy before it arises. Dr. Rydfors consulted with me several times and explained theories and possible reasons for my previous failed attempts to conceive and miscarriages. I had never realized that immunology could affect pregnancy, but I have learned a great deal with their help. I am deeply grateful for their continued support and completely certain that I would never have made it this far without them. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. Although the wait time is the longest 😄, it is absolutely worth it! He listens carefully to your concerns and is extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise, I now have my miracle baby. I came here with stage 4 endometriosis and successfully became pregnant. I trust him 100%.

When we first met Dr. Rydfors, we were greeted by his warm and attentive bedside manner. As the pregnancy progressed, his knowledgeable and thorough examinations reassured us. When the baby was about to be born, he saved our lives. Yes, he saved us. When I went into labor, the nurses were panicking, but Dr. Rydfors helped me deliver vaginally with only a minor tear, and afterward I had a healthy baby in my arms.

We were blessed to welcome our first child on February 21, 2024, and it would not have been possible without Dr. Rydfors! When I first met him, I felt he was a truly exceptional person, and we were fortunate to meet him as we began our journey to parenthood. The day we met him, we knew the road would be difficult, but Dr. Rydfors assured us he would make things go smoothly and guide us through this extraordinary journey. I always looked forward to appointments with him because simply seeing him made my day brighter and more hopeful. To us, he is no less than a godsend! I highly recommend him to anyone who has lost hope or is having difficulty conceiving or carrying a pregnancy. For us, he was the light that guided us on our beautiful journey to parenthood. We are truly grateful to Dr. Rydfors! His smile has the power to take away every worry, and his wisdom and experience are unmatched. He is a gem! Would recommend 10/10. Without question, one of the best doctors in the Bay Area. So thorough, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. You will not find anyone better than Dr. Rydfors.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Rydfors's incredible care and expertise. After multiple miscarriages and difficulty conceiving, I began to lose hope.
