Dr. Katherine A. Congelosi, United States
Katherine Congelosi, MD, grew up in Montgomery, New York. She attended Cornell University and then the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She remained in Rochester for residency and served as administrative chief resident in her final year. During residency, Dr. Congelosi received awards for excellence in family planning, urogynecology, and research. Since joining ParkWest, she has received the Strong Clinical Faculty Teaching Award.
Dr. Congelosi practices the full scope of general obstetrics and gynecology, with special interests in obstetrics, contraception and family planning, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Congelosi and her husband were born and raised in Rochester and have three young children: a son and twin daughters. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and baking.
