My experience with Open Fertility during my in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey was extremely positive. Georgia and Rehnaz treated me with respect, kindness, and support throughout the process. They always made me feel heard, valued, and comfortable, which meant so much during such an emotional and private time. The entire staff was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to excellent care. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and attention I received at every step. We initially received fertility treatment at a large hospital and felt its approach was one-size-fits-all. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful, so we decided to try in vitro fertilization (IVF) and found Open Fertility. We loved everyone there! Georgia was very caring and knowledgeable. Our treatment plan felt tailored to our needs and was adjusted throughout treatment, making the experience highly personalized. We never felt pressured and always received realistic expectations about outcomes. Rehnaz was excellent at ultrasound and always positive, reassuring, and comforting. Our cycle coordinator Veronika was very responsive and patient, especially while our records were being transferred to Open Fertility. The front-desk staff were warm and friendly, setting a positive tone for every appointment. Financial information was completely transparent. Every person and department was easy to reach and responsive. We are very glad we chose them and enthusiastically recommend Open Fertility whenever anyone asks!

I left a review on here, but of course it got removed. I did not have a great experience with this. I still haven’t even got a call back so My review was removed, which is really sad. I had an appointment here and I was stuck in Portland, Oregon because the flight system is really messed up right now and I wasn’t able to make my appointment although I called to let the Let them know that I was stuck. The government is shut down. None of the planes were removing the lines were super long. I ended up having to take a bus home a 12 hour bus ride home which I let them know. I actually called and the girl acted like she couldn’t hear me. I rescheduled my appointment was canceled without even a conversation just canceled although My fertility isn’t important to. Everybody is very important to me and this was something that I had to say for something that I really wanted and I really felt like the way I was treated was like oh well we don’t need her as a patient. It was really dismissive. I even asked him can somebody else call me and I’ll reschedule. I just didn’t want the girl who just canceled my appointment for no reason without a conversation dealing with me, but I was still willing to book. Just not with that person. No phone call back no messages back no emails back. Remind you, I was stuck in Portland, Oregon for days and I said this I was very open about it. It was not a no-show which they tried to say and wanted to deposit to rebook which I’m also fine with. But it still didn’t make sense at all, but of courseI just never received a call back so every time I leave a review, they get it erased because they only want five star reviews and they only want certain people. They only want their practice to look a certain way and I don’t fit the aesthetic. This is an honest review it was dismissive and it was careless, and It was sad because I was speaking to another woman who should understand how serious it is when you reach out to a fertility clinic to get help now my review will probably get removed again because this clinic only wants five star reviews but if you do decide to go ahead just make sure you got to skin and make sure you fit the aesthetic

We had an excellent experience at Open Fertility. Georgia made me feel heard and understood, allowing me to relax and trust the team completely. The staff were warm and friendly, communication was smooth, and my questions and concerns were answered quickly, especially with the help of my wonderful patient navigator Veronika. The ultrasound technician was very attentive and did everything possible to make the process comfortable. We are very grateful for our positive experience here!

A friend recommended Open Fertility after having a good consultation there. My first impression was that it was very affordable compared with other clinics. I had already completed three IVF cycles elsewhere and consulted several other clinics, so I had plenty to compare it with. I called twice in one day with no answer, which was odd. I emailed and did not receive a reply until several days later. I completed all the forms and scheduled an appointment—or so I thought. They then told me they needed to review my previous IVF cycles before deciding whether to accept me, something I had never encountered at other clinics. Over the weekend, I received two texts asking me to call, even though the clinic was closed. Today they called to say I was not a suitable patient for Open Fertility and suggested Spring Fertility. Honestly, I was not surprised. My first IVF cycle resulted in pregnancy, but I miscarried at 8 weeks. The next two cycles produced 5 embryos in total, but none had normal preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) results. Why would they not accept me? Most likely because I could lower their assisted reproductive technology (SART) success rate, though they would not admit it. I may need several more IVF cycles, but instead of helping and giving patients a chance, they simply reject us. I have struggled with unexplained infertility for four years, and I am deeply disappointed that this clinic does nothing for people who need affordable treatment. Yes, I may need three more cycles, but why not let me try at my own expense?! I would not recommend this clinic because of how it screens patients.

We had previously started our IVF journey at another clinic, but the atmosphere was not right and I felt more like a number than a person. Finding the Open Fertility team was such a relief. They explained every step clearly and listened patiently to our thoughts, making the process feel manageable. We never felt rushed or dismissed and always felt supported through an emotionally difficult experience. I had a great experience here for egg freezing and have recommended it to several friends! It is a more affordable, no-frills option. I am a physician and also really appreciated the NP model here. One opportunity for improvement: had I not been in medicine, medication dosing and mixing would have been confusing. I recommend offering in-office or video instruction for those who may need extra support with that. :)

I had an excellent experience with my third egg retrieval and fertilization cycle at Open! It initially took several calls to reach them, but the staff member who answered the second time was very kind and patient. She answered all my questions and explained in detail what to expect at the first appointment and afterward. When we visited the clinic, we were still unsure whether we were ready for IVF, but we quickly decided to proceed because we trusted Georgia, our provider and a nurse practitioner. One excellent way they keep costs much lower than other clinics in the area is by having a nurse practitioner manage your care rather than a doctor until the actual egg retrieval. The retrieval is performed at Spring Fertility in Sunnyvale, which was a few hours' drive from us. I think this may be even better than seeing a doctor directly because Georgia took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we felt comfortable and understood the process, which I have heard many clinics do not do. She even comforted us after we received disappointing genetic testing results. The nurse also submits the treatment plan to a collaborating doctor for review, so multiple people are overseeing your care. We consistently had high follicle-to-mature-egg and egg-to-blastocyst conversion rates, which I believe shows that their protocols are well managed. All the staff were kind, communication was smooth through a dedicated app, and the app also sent reminders about medication doses and timing. I felt supported at every step. Highly recommend!
