Dr. Caryn E. Selick is dual board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and obstetrics and gynecology, has more than 25 years of practice experience, and has practiced at CNY Fertility Sarasota since 2024.

Before joining CNY Fertility, Dr. Selick was owner and president of Manhattan Fertility & Gynecology in New York, a faculty member at NYU Langone Medical Center, and director of Santa Monica Fertility in Miami.

Dr. Selick has expertise in all aspects of infertility, including egg freezing, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, third-party reproduction, and more. She is passionate about helping build families.

Dr. Selick completed her undergraduate education at Stony Brook University, graduating with honors in biochemistry. She attended medical school at New York University, where she also completed her OB/GYN residency. After residency, she completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Selick is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), American Medical Association (AMA), and Florida Medical Association (FMA).

A native New Yorker, Dr. Selick moved to Florida with her husband in 2021. She enjoys travel, nature, photography, and spending time with her 2 adult children and her poodle, Charlie.

I had several physical issues that took time to identify, but I also received solutions we could not have afforded elsewhere. Terrible!!!! They charge you for monthly monitoring appointments and still bill your insurance even though they know it does not cover treatment! I am so angry. Billing is out of control, voicemail is always full, and they never respond to messages! Look up CNY in Facebook groups—I am not the only one; hundreds of people have experienced the same thing! Stay away!

My journey with CNY Clinic lasted 8 months, from June 2024 to February 2025... I had a nightmare at this clinic. Even now, they have added new unexplained bills despite my having paid everything, and they do not want to refund my money. They never performed an egg retrieval or transfer; in other words, no IVF was done by the end of 8 months. I cannot say they are unprofessional. They are good, the nurses are kind, and Dr. Kiltz is very friendly, but they try to give you more medication that costs a great deal, with nonstop bloodwork and ultrasounds. Can you imagine the cost of 8 months, plus medication and nonstop bloodwork, and all the money and time I have already spent? Do not go to this clinic because they will take all your money, time, and hope... Be careful, because they always add bills to your portal. When I ask them about it, they only say they are reviewing it. What if I owe nothing? They add new bills to charge me. They want to find any way not to refund me... They took away my hope and all the money they wanted... Of course, no one forced me to go to this clinic, stay with them so long, and foolishly wait so long, but all women understand how important IVF is to us. Once we begin, we do not want to give up! Of course, after 4–5 months I repeatedly asked what was happening with IVF and began pushing them because time was passing. I do not know anyone whose IVF took 8 months with no result... Be careful, and good luck, girls 🙏

Overall, my experiences in Sarasota were always positive. Every staff member, nurse, and doctor was kind, and I always felt comfortable. Dr. Abe performed some tests and my retrieval, and I liked him very much both times. Dr. Manuel performed my frozen transfer, and I was delighted; she was wonderful. As a traveling patient from Orlando, I completed medicated cycles, IUI, and IVF. Personally, I never had problems receiving information or calls. Yes, wait times could be long, but I usually left a message and always received a callback, and responses in the patient portal were generally prompt. Overall, I had a good experience and was fortunate to achieve success!

The staff were extremely kind, the nurses and embryologists were wonderful, and Dr. Aba was truly amazing. The level of care and support exceeded our expectations, and we are deeply grateful to have received such excellent help. Honestly, we cannot wait to return!

It’s hard to put into words what this place and staff mean to me and my wife. We dealt with infertility for many years. Hoping and praying every month that this month would be the month. Dealt with 2 different fertility clinics and turned out to be disappointed with both. One day while scrolling Instagram we came across CNY and figured we would give it a shot. Took the drive from Orlando to Sarasota 4 times and took each trip as a small vacation. So very affordable. Fast forward a few weeks and boom a positive test. Fast forward a few months and boom our angel is here. As I sit here with our daughter in my arms I’m beyond thankful. First thankful to our Lord and Savior and second to the staff and personnel at CNY. You all have been great and a blessing. From the bottom of our hearts thank you!!!

We had an amazing experience with an embryo retrieval. The facility is nice and well kept/maintained. The waiting room was cozy. My support person was given their own personal waiting area during my procedure. As far as the embryo retrieval goes, it was so nice that the room that you get prepped in and recover in is the actual procedure room too, so you stay in one spot from start to finish. To me, this says a lot about a facility. Having expensive medical equipment for each room is a huge financial expense that not every facility is willing to spend, but from a patient experience, it was fantastic! Everyone was friendly/nice/welcoming. My questions were answered. I felt safe and cared for. I have no complaints.

My wife and I had several unsuccessful transfers, and we did not feel that this gave us hope. The staff did not communicate well at all, whether by phone or in the building, so we decided to look elsewhere. I just feel that after 4 failed embryos, putting my wife through so much medication, and wasting so much money and time, the insurance department was not there to help clients and no one called with bloodwork results. It was terrible. I am sorry, but you get what you pay for.

Medical negligence: I am a physician who came here for treatment and fortunately became pregnant before starting IVF stimulation. The doctor prescribed Category X medications and told me I could continue taking them and that they were safe!! I was never told this was incorrect until an MA discovered the error. When they told me I was pregnant, I asked the NP three times, and she said the medications were safe. Four days later, the MA found the error and admitted she had not reviewed the chart. I am shocked that potentially harmful care was provided simply because someone ‘forgot to review the chart.’ How could this be missed? This is medical negligence.

Yesterday I had my first egg retrieval at CNY Fertility in Sarasota, and words cannot express how incredible their service was. From the moment I entered, I felt valued, safe, and genuinely cared for. IVF can feel overwhelming and emotional, but this team made it much easier. Dr. Abae was amazing. He made me feel calm and confident throughout the process. Megan, the embryologist, was very kind and compassionate. Glover, the anesthetist, was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and put me completely at ease. I especially want to thank Nurse Nina. She is one of the gentlest people I have met, and her help made the entire process feel much easier. In a place filled with the emotions of infertility, loss, and IVF, she made me feel valued and genuinely cared for. She is a gift to this clinic and every patient she meets. After a very disappointing experience at a local Houston clinic, I would travel to Sarasota every time for this level of care. I sincerely recommend CNY Sarasota. They are truly special.

Words cannot express my exceptional experience at CNY Fertility. Egg retrieval can be emotional and challenging, but the CNY team's attentive care made the process manageable. From my first visit, Nicole stayed by my side and made my initial consultation much easier. During the ultrasound, she patiently explained everything, ensuring that I felt comfortable and fully informed. From the front desk to the medical team, every staff member was attentive and responsive to all my concerns, no matter how small. Their patience and understanding made me feel valued and heard during an overwhelming time. The guidance I received throughout the process was invaluable. CNY provided clear instructions and realistic expectations, which greatly eased my anxiety. During the procedure, the team's attentive care reassured me, and I felt comfortable and informed throughout. My nurse Nina was especially outstanding. She stayed by my side and talked with me until the doctor and anesthesiologist arrived, which helped me feel at ease. Dr. Selick patiently explained every detail, answered my questions, and followed up after the procedure to keep me informed of all progress. The entire team genuinely cared about me as a patient. What impressed me most was the heartfelt support I received throughout the process. They celebrated my milestones and offered reassurance and a shoulder to lean on when I faced challenges. Thanks to CNY Fertility, I received not only excellent medical care but also emotional support that truly eased the challenges of treatment. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering fertility treatment. My FET took place on May 16, 2025, and the PGT-tested euploid embryo did not implant. I underwent another egg retrieval on July 16, 2025, this time with Dr. Manuel and nurse Jaime.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. One failed cycle wasted time and money because it was destined to fail from the start. They proceeded with treatment despite extremely high prolactin levels. At that level, there was no chance of success. In my view, this was negligent and unethical. Here, you are just a number. After the failure, all I received was silence during an already heartbreaking treatment process. It is completely mechanical. They do not care about the outcome or about you. In my case, there was an obvious lack of attention and neglect from the beginning. I called to ask about the next steps and had to call every day, or the treatment would not move forward. I traveled from Houston to Florida, and it was not worth it at all. But if you decide to come here, I wish you good luck.

I will never go back to CNY. I went back in 2023 my doctor had me do blood work and his team sent to the wrong lab that wasn’t covered under my insurance. People make mistakes no big deal. The issue is they said they would resolve the mistake…. It’s now 2025 and I am still having to dispute a 800+ bill with CNY/labcorp. On top of this multi year bill dispute the office staff/nurses were incredibly unprofessional during our visit and my wife left in tears.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This is a wonderful IVF center, but you need realistic expectations. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. When I went to Dr. Kondrup's office, my OB-GYN texted him to say that I needed surgery to become pregnant. Dr. Kondrup is arguably one of the best endometriosis surgeons in the country. Before surgery, I underwent several egg retrievals at CNY. Each was successful, and I had more than 10 healthy, genetically tested embryos!! Dr. Kondrup performed a four-hour endometriosis excision surgery, and shortly afterward I had my first embryo transfer. To my surprise, it worked on the first attempt. I am now in my second trimester!! The baby is very healthy. Trust the process. This is an excellent clinic, but no one will hold your hand emotionally. You will interact mainly with nurses. If you need someone to guide you throughout the process and expect immediate responses, you may prefer another IVF center and pay more for a more personalized experience. All IVF services can seem expensive, but this clinic's pricing is very reasonable and the care is thorough. Wait times at the clinic are long, usually 1-2 hours for each appointment. Reaching them also requires a long wait on the phone, or you may not receive an email response until the next day. But if you can accept their process and trust it, everything will ultimately work out!! I feel fortunate to have found CNY and Dr. Kondrup. I will always be grateful that they gave me the opportunity to become a mother.

Nurse practitioner Lucy Saputelli was extremely helpful during my biopsy. She took the time to explain the purpose and importance of the procedure in detail, which greatly reassured me. She clearly explained the post-procedure instructions, leaving me well prepared and at ease. I sincerely appreciate her professionalism and compassionate care.

This experience was terrible. I do not agree with their ketogenic diet plan. Dr. Kiltz compared us to lions and pigs, saying we want to be strong lions rather than pigs. We are not lions! We are human beings, and we need fruits and vegetables. They did not follow up or return my calls. They never sent my portal login information and canceled my consultation, so I had to call and request it to continue scheduling. The portal itself is outdated and looks like it is from 2005. I could not schedule a convenient post-consultation appointment and had to accept whatever time they offered. Seriously!!

My experience here was amazing! Everything went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. I have no complaints at all. It is remarkable to have no complaints during fertility treatment! I am now 26 weeks pregnant with twin girls, thanks to CNY, especially CNY Sarasota, which made my retrieval and transfer easy. They receive my highest rating, and I would recommend them 100%! Forever grateful!

I would like to leave a positive review, but I have been trying to reach anyone by phone and through the portal so I can pay and begin my procedure. I have received no response for weeks. I am trying to pay out of pocket, but it seems they do not want my business. As a business owner, I find the lack of communication very frustrating. It would be much better to have a dedicated nurse who can be emailed or contacted directly, as smaller clinics do. I hope this review reaches whoever is in charge. 😕

I am now 22 weeks pregnant with my second CNY baby, and I love them!! Yes, you may have to wait and manage some monitoring yourself, but the cost is only a quarter of what it would normally be, so the waits and scheduling are worth it to me. The staff are wonderful! They are the best. They made the gift of life affordable, and that is absolutely worth it to me.

This clinic is a joke and a complete waste of money. On my first call, they said I had to complete testing before anything else. I went in and waited more than two hours for blood work and an ultrasound. The nurses were rude and seemed more interested in chatting in the back than helping the long line of patients. After the blood draw, I learned the tests had all been done at the wrong times: some should have occurred on specific days of my menstrual cycle, and others in the morning rather than afternoon. The results were therefore useless. No doctor reviewed them with me; they simply handed them over and told me to search online. I paid $590 for completely invalid results. Worse, although I paid the clinic directly, they kept sending letters saying payment had not been received and could not locate it in their system. This clinic is unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth your time or money. Stay away.

CNY is a nurse-run clinic whose inconsistent instructions and poor cycle management leave patients confused and anxious. Patients frequently receive conflicting guidance about timing, testing, and medication, and staff do not communicate with one another. This mismanagement likely contributes to many patients needing multiple treatment cycles, effectively paying twice or more and potentially putting valuable embryos at risk. Although the upfront cost appears lower, the lack of coordinated, professional care ultimately makes treatment expensive and physically and emotionally exhausting.

My wife and I are currently going through the process. This clinic is a “fertility factory.” Taking on debt would be better than trying to save money here. Their understaffing is so severe that they cannot meet patients' needs, which is absurd. If we had not prepaid in cash, we would choose any other clinic. Thank you for your generic response. Perhaps you should pay the person who replies to negative reviews to answer the phones, where we wait more than an hour every time we call.

I highly recommend CNY Sarasota. I first went to an expensive local clinic and spent $20,000, only to end up heartbroken with no embryos. I then switched to CNY, succeeded quickly, and paid just $12,000 for everything from start to finish, including PGT testing! The staff were always kind and patiently answered my questions. The clinic offers more modern treatment options, on-site acupuncture, additional services that some clinics do not offer, such as HCG washes and intralipid infusions, as well as fresh and day-3 embryo transfers. I felt they truly did everything possible and genuinely wanted me to succeed, unlike my previous expensive clinic. I also appreciated how many follow-up visits they scheduled after my positive blood test. Friends who underwent IVF at other clinics did not receive nearly as many follow-ups as I did at CNY. These visits were always reassuring and gave me confidence that my pregnancy was progressing well. I never had any problems communicating through their portal. Just keep your messages brief and ask the right questions. Double-check all information and do some research yourself!

I have been trying to freeze my eggs here for a year. They clearly do not want my business. Their communication is terrible, either through a barely functional instant messaging system from 2005—which I, as a programmer, could improve in 20 minutes—or by phone, where after a 10-minute wait the voicemail is always full. Even though I am an “out-of-town patient,” a group they claim to specialize in and have a dedicated process for, they will not give me even an approximate date or egg retrieval date. This makes scheduling the procedure extremely difficult. The Sarasota location is always behind and frequently “pauses stimulation,” meaning they ask you to take birth control or postpone until the next month or cycle. It is a shame because their clinic is the most affordable, but this apparently creates more volume than they can manage properly.

I just had my egg retrieval at CNY Fertility Sarasota, and as a first-time patient, the experience was perfect. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful. My nurse was incredible—like an angel. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better nurse to guide me through the process. The anesthesiologist was equally outstanding. He made me feel completely relaxed and administered the anesthesia expertly. If I need surgery again, I would definitely choose him. Dr. Celik, who performed my egg retrieval, was as excellent and professional as the rest of the staff. When I woke up, I felt almost the same as before the procedure, which was a relief. The only side effect I noticed was fatigue from the anesthesia, which lasted all day. Because I had a high number of eggs and was at high risk for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), the medical team did everything possible to develop the safest plan and minimize complications. CNY called after the procedure and again the next day to check on me, which was very reassuring. So far, I have had only mild OHSS symptoms, and otherwise everything is going well. I hope this honest review helps other women preparing for the process. Everyone at CNY Fertility Sarasota went above and beyond to make me feel fully cared for and supported.

I wish I could say something positive, but my experience here has been terrible. So many things went wrong that it would take several reviews to describe them all, so I will mention just one. I purchased donor eggs and had them tested because I have a history of miscarriage and wanted to reduce the risk of another one. The results showed two normal embryos, one mosaic, and three abnormal embryos. The genetic testing center found that the chromosome patterns in the abnormal embryos suggested a chromosomal rearrangement. This means that the supposedly normal embryos may not actually be normal. CNY knowingly sells poor-quality embryos and assumes people will not test them. When I informed them of the results, they withheld information about the egg donors, one of whom likely has a chromosomal rearrangement. I have struggled with infertility for years, and now I have inherited another couple’s problems. It is a nightmare, and it feels like no one truly cares about you. The only reason I remain there is that I cannot afford IVF elsewhere, so I have to endure it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was excited to begin treatment at this clinic, but the reality was extremely disappointing. I had my initial consultation in October, and on February 2 they sent me a $300 bill… even though I had only one consultation and made no further appointments. I had already paid for the appointment, and I tried contacting them, but no one responded to my messages or calls!

I transferred my final day-3 embryo in March and gave birth to my perfect baby girl last month! I spent more than a year at CNY Sarasota, from testing and egg retrieval through transfer. I will always be incredibly grateful to Dr. Abae, who created my first egg retrieval protocol and gave me hope after I had a terrible outcome at an overpriced boutique clinic. I highly recommend CNY. Every visit was a positive experience because all the assistants and nurses were so kind and helpful.

We went to the clinic in person specifically to sign the agreement so treatment could begin immediately and medications could be ordered. Unfortunately, the front desk did not send our financial documents to the finance department as promised, delaying everything. The slim young woman with straight black hair at the front desk assured us everything would be handled, but for some reason our documents were never uploaded. We also told the finance department several times that all documents had been signed and payment made, but there was no follow-up from the clinic. Because of this poor communication, we missed the medication-order deadline and lost the entire treatment cycle.

CNY Fertility in Sarasota I pursued IVF here because I had a tubal ligation, but the process did not go smoothly. Communication was a major problem. The Sarasota location has no direct phone line, so every call goes through a central switchboard and a different person answers each time, often providing vague or conflicting information. The so-called “affordable package” is misleading because it does not include everything. Medication is not fully covered, and if you run out—as can easily happen with Follistim—you may pay hundreds or even over $1,000 more. Medication comes from Encino Med Pharmacy in California, so you must monitor your supply closely. I had several shortages and frequent shipping delays, and two medications were even missing from the package. Embryo transfer and genetic testing are also excluded. CooperGenomics performs the genetic testing at about $250 per embryo. Costs rise quickly, and you still do not know whether your embryos are normal or usable. Add-ons such as Zymot washing, described as sperm selection, cost another $200. Treatment initially quoted around $7,000 ultimately approached $9,000–$10,000. After learning that both my embryos were abnormal, I missed a follow-up appointment and no one contacted me to check in or discuss next steps. I felt more like a number than a patient. I must say that the Sarasota front desk staff and nurses were friendly and helpful; this was not their fault. The problems seem to lie in the overall system, communication, and pricing structure. IVF is stressful enough. Although this clinic appears affordable at first, the process was neither smooth nor well supported. I recommend considering a local clinic for better communication and care.

This was an excellent experience. The clinic was always clean, and the staff were all very kind. What I liked most was that even though they see many patients, I never felt like just a number. They were as excited as I was, listened patiently to every question, and always remained positive. The nurses, the doctor who performed the transfer, and the acupuncturist made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process feel hopeful and positive. I felt the entire team was supporting me. Even the receptionist was excited when transfer day arrived. Whatever the outcome, I could feel that everyone was doing their best and cheering me on, and I believe that positive energy will help me!

Dr. Manuel performed my transfer on April 3, 2026, and she is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and compassionate people I have ever met. This was my first transfer at CNY, and the experience was far better than my two transfers at my previous clinic. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! From check-in to the doctors, the entire team was amazing! Most of all, however, I have to praise my nurse Lindsay! She is truly an angel sent from heaven! Every woman needs her!

Everyone at this facility is wonderful, thoughtful, and helpful. From the front desk to the nurses, doctors, embryologists, and even the nurse who provided acupuncture before the transfer, everyone I met made me feel comfortable and reassured. My questions were always answered thoroughly, and the level of care was truly remarkable. I had a procedure with Dr. Abe today. He was kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. My nurse, Brittany, also took exceptional care of me and kept me comfortable throughout the process. I am very grateful to the CNY team and for everything they do.

My wife and I have been through IVF in multiple locations. This was the least professional. You have no idea what is going on, and we had success at every other location except here. They tried a new thawing process on our embryo, and it did not survive. Oops. From personal experience, no matter how difficult it is or what sacrifices you need to make, spend the money to go to a real IVF clinic. I have spent over $55,000. I am not rich, but my children are worth an unlimited amount, and I do not regret a dollar I spent except at CNY. I did not feel cared for, and I do not believe they performed their due diligence. I do not think they fully understand what they are doing or are close to doing it well. I think they are trying their best, but at Dollar Tree prices, you get Dollar Tree quality.

Absolutely terrible. This clinic is a complete mess. They constantly get patient information wrong. They seem not to know what they are doing, and patients are repeatedly passed between doctors and nurses. Scheduling is always chaotic, and wait times are consistently unreasonable. The only positive is that the medical assistants are kind and try to help, but this clinic is clearly understaffed. Compared with the Colorado clinic, its efficiency and management are appalling. They are quick to take payment but painfully slow to respond, whether by phone or through the online portal. I could say much more.

My experience at CNY Fertility Sarasota was very disappointing. I had scheduled ovarian platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment and was specifically told that its effective period was about two menstrual cycles. When it was time to prepare for egg retrieval, however, I was told an internal scheduling error meant the retrieval date did not align with the PRP treatment window at all. As a result, I faced two unacceptable choices: proceed with retrieval outside the optimal PRP window or travel to one of their New York clinics, even though I had planned treatment close to home. This would add travel costs, embryo-freezing fees, and the cost of shipping embryos to Florida. Fertility treatment is already physically demanding, time-sensitive, and expensive. Poor coordination and lack of proactive planning like this add unnecessary stress and financial burden to an already difficult journey. Communication through the patient portal was also consistently inadequate. Responses were usually only one sentence and did not fully address my questions, often leaving me more confused and anxious rather than informed. That said, the clinical and scheduling teams were helpful and friendly by phone. However, hold times were usually 20 minutes or longer, adding to my frustration when I needed timely answers. I strongly recommend that the clinic improve its internal scheduling and patient communication so others do not face similar problems during such a critical stage of treatment. I also hope the clinic leadership will review my case and contact me directly to discuss a solution.

We had an excellent experience at CNY Sarasota! I had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Dr. Kiltz twice. He is kind and remarkable, with a genuine passion for helping people build families. Everyone was friendly, the clinic felt comfortable and relaxing, and my team was very encouraging. We completed two IVF cycles and two embryo transfers; the first cycle was unsuccessful. They carefully reviewed everything, adjusted the treatment plan, and explained every step in detail. We chose an HCG wash, lipid testing, and acupuncture, and they patiently explained everything to ensure we understood. Our baby Nico is due in July, and we are incredibly grateful to Dr. Kiltz and CNY. Thank you all!

I have been to Sarasota Clinic four times, three for egg retrieval and one for embryo transfer. I have undergone procedures with Dr. Kondrup, Dr. Celik, Dr. Abey, and most recently Dr. McNichols. Each visit experience was excellent! I am a difficult stick for IVs, and the nurses tried several times before succeeding, but Dr. McNichols came in and talked with me, helping me relax and feel less nervous. He gives a very calm and reassuring presence. Before the egg retrieval, I only had three follicles, but he managed to retrieve four eggs! I was originally scheduled with Dr. Celik (whom I also like very much), but I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with Dr. McNichols. After the retrieval, he specifically came back to check on me and told me I did a great job. This meant a lot to me because he was the first medical staff member to personally return and check on me afterward. My nurse Brianna was also fantastic. This place is lovely, and it is worth the 10-hour drive from Charlotte every time.

The Sarasota CNY office is truly exceptional. Their staff is unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting from the moment you walk in. On top of that, the office itself is state-of-the-art — beautifully set up with everything you could possibly need for your care. The combination of a welcoming environment and such advanced facilities makes every visit feel smooth, supportive, and reassuring. Truly some of the best staff and one of the best setups you could hope for.

I do not understand the negative reviews here. This is our second time doing IVF at CNY, so we are experienced patients. We chose a natural cycle this time, which required more monitoring appointments and a total of five visits to the clinic. Every visit was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the clinic was beautiful and clean, and the nurses were kind, attentive, and patient in answering every question. They also responded through the patient portal the same day. We had our embryo transfer yesterday, and the doctor, nurses, and entire staff were outstanding. The whole process was wonderful. Thank you, CNY, for giving us our miracle baby, who is now two, and hopefully another miracle baby soon! Your work has truly changed our lives.
