Doctor Introduction

Dr. Brad Miller, United States

Dr. Miller is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist. Before founding RMA of Michigan, he was a partner at RMA of New Jersey, where he worked closely with its director, Dr. Richard Scott. There, he gained extensive experience by performing more than 35,000 ultrasounds, 2,000 egg retrievals, and 4,000 embryo transfers and overseeing more than 6,000 IVF stimulation cycles. Dr. Miller’s patients alone have delivered more than 1,500 babies. Of these births, 70% were singletons, 26% twins, 4% triplets, and fewer than 0.1% quadruplets.

During his service in the U.S. Navy, he directed assisted reproductive technology programs at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the National Naval Medical Center, and the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Under his leadership, the assisted reproductive technology (“ART”) program was consistently among the most successful in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Dr. Miller also supervised the training of assisted reproduction fellows in the NIH Combined Federal Fellowship Program in Reproductive Endocrinology.

Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate studies and earned his medical degree with honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, followed by a reproductive endocrinology fellowship under Dr. Richard T. Scott through the Combined Federal Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda.

Dr. Miller has authored more than 20 scientific articles and received several honors, including U.S. Army and Navy Achievement Medals. He is an ad hoc reviewer for the international journal Fertility and Sterility. His scientific and clinical interests include extended embryo culture and elective single-blastocyst transfer to reduce higher-order multiple pregnancies in IVF. Dr. Miller serves on the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) selection committee at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He also volunteers monthly at the Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic in Pontiac, which provides free medical care to uninsured and underinsured families.

I came to RMA at 38 years old in August 2024 after many unsuccessful years of trying to conceive with my husband. I first tried fertility medications prescribed by my OB/gyn, I tried ovulation strips, timing, etc - nothing worked. I came for my consultation at RMA with my husband and knew right away we made the right choice. I was assigned to Dr. Miller and my nurse was Ashley. The entire process, although sometimes stressful, was seamless. I got a call from my nurse after every single appointment and had every single one of my questions thoroughly answered. At some appointments I saw Dr. Wolf and Dr. George as well and they were both amazing! I will also add that Dr. Miller was spot on the entire time - his estimate of how many eggs we’d retrieve and how many normal embryos we’d end up with, was so accurate. I had 10 eggs retrieved. We tested the embryos for abnormalities and ended up with just ONE perfect embryo. I was terrified that my transfer wouldn’t work and I’d have to restart the process. But….Imagine my shock when my first frozen transfer was a success! After YEARS of infertility, I was pregnant!! From the time of my consultation in August 2024 to my frozen transfer in October 2024, literally three months, I was finally pregnant! I am now 28 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby girl and my baby shower is next week. I am due in July 2025. I cannot recommend RMA enough and I am planning to return in about a year after my baby is born to try for baby #2! Please don’t waste your time on other fertility doctors - RMA is the best. They are absolute miracle workers and I cannot thank them enough.

Dr. Wolf and the staff were wonderful to work with, and we have two RMA babies.

I highly recommend RMA to anyone seeking IUI, IVF, or any type of fertility assistance. I began my journey with Dr. Wolf in 2021. Dr. Wolf is compassionate, kind, and direct, which I appreciate. Along the way, I had the opportunity to meet every RMA doctor and most of the nurses, phlebotomists, and other staff. The entire extended RMA family was wonderful and often brightened my days during difficult times. I am especially grateful to my nurses Katie, Lauren C, and Lauren T, who answered countless questions and always gave me the reassurance I needed at every step. In 2024, when I thought it might be time to give up, Dr. Wolf assured me that my body could do this and encouraged me not to quit. Ultimately, I chose to use a donated embryo through RMA's donation program. I cannot imagine a greater human gift than this opportunity. I will always be grateful to RMA and the embryo-donating family for making my dream of parenthood, and that of others, come true. My sweet Levi is now 4 weeks old and perfect in every way. Thank you, RMA, for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a mother!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is absolutely amazing. Everyone is friendly and professional, and they call when they say they will. I love the women who draw my blood; they always smile, and although I hate needles, I never felt a thing. The nurses are wonderful, and Dr. Linda Wolf is absolutely amazing. From the moment I met her, I knew she would make my dream of becoming a mother come true. I am so grateful to all the staff and everyone at this place. I was sad to graduate from my doctor. Thank you all!! This place is amazing!!!!

With RMA's help, I have 2 healthy daughters. Both were conceived through IVF treatment and careful medical protocols. After multiple failures and some losses, the staff, especially Dr. Wolf, never gave up hope, and we kept trying new approaches. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Wolf's persistence and care. I gave birth to my second daughter in March, and we are delighted. I also want to thank the excellent nursing staff, who always provided personalized and exceptional service. Thank you, RMA!

I really like this clinic. They know what they are doing and never rush you. Also, whenever the phlebotomist Kita is there, I know everything will go smoothly! She is wonderful—I can barely feel the needle. Since fertility patients already have to give themselves so many injections, having an excellent phlebotomist matters. Thank you, Kita!

I cannot say enough good things about RMA. Fertility treatment is a roller coaster of vulnerability, hope, fear, and waiting. Yet every person at this clinic made me feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step. A special thank-you to Dr. George, whose calm presence and thoughtful care meant so much to me, and to Lauren T, whose warmth and encouragement consistently brightened both my hardest and most hopeful moments. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism made an enormous difference. I truly felt I had a team beside me, supporting me throughout. Everyone I met—from the front desk and laboratory to the ultrasound technicians and nurses—treated me with kindness and respect. No question was too small, and no emotion was dismissed. I never felt like just another patient. I felt included in something deeply personal and meaningful. I am leaving this journey with so much joy because of this team’s expertise, attentive care, and genuine compassion. I will never forget what you did for me and my family. You gave us more than medical care; you gave us hope and helped our family grow. If you are seeking a fertility clinic with both outstanding clinical care and genuine compassion, this is the place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It has been a wonderful experience from the first visit. From the doctors and nurses to the support staff, communication is excellent, they care for you like family, and you always know what to expect next.

The office feels comfortable rather than clinical. The staff are caring and compassionate. Doctors answer questions promptly, avoiding added stress in patients’ already stressful lives. Most importantly, Dr. Wolf carefully reviewed our records before our first visit. She described everything we had been through in detail, sparing us from repeating it yet again and showing both her understanding of our case and her care for us. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, after 8 years of trying to conceive, our wish finally came true.

Hello, can I donate eggs here?
    Aug 23, 2025
After hearing horror stories about most women's experiences at fertility clinics when trying to have a child after 40, I was anxious about my first appointment at RMA. Thankfully, RMA did not overwhelm me with discouraging statistics about age and egg quality or tell me that IVF, donor eggs, or adoption were my only options. Dr. Wolf listened to my story and was very encouraging and supportive of my goal of becoming a mother for the second time after 40, despite a previous miscarriage. I completed four unsuccessful rounds of IUI at the clinic. My husband and I paused treatment, but we planned to stay with RMA if we resumed. Fortunately, we conceived naturally during the break, and I am now 9 weeks pregnant with everything progressing well! I returned to RMA for early pregnancy monitoring, which was extremely reassuring after my previous miscarriage. Dr. Wolf's support and encouragement helped tremendously when I doubted whether we could have a second child. She made no promises she could not keep, but she was willing to join my team and do everything possible to help me conceive a second child despite being over 40. I would recommend her and RMA to anyone struggling with infertility or trying to conceive after 40. Update—After 40 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy, we welcomed a beautiful, healthy, happy baby boy at 6:03 a.m. on August 13, 2025. Thank you again to RMA for the help and support!

This is my second review. It has been a long journey and an emotional roller coaster, but I am very grateful to Dr. Miller and have grown closer to him. He is compassionate, patient, and does everything possible to help you have your miracle baby ❤️. The nurses I met throughout treatment were very kind to me, and Dr. George was also wonderful. I love Dr. Miller and would not trade him for any other doctor. Thank you, Dr. Miller. I am deeply grateful because I entrusted my treatment journey to you ❤️

Extremely rigid scheduling. I'm struggling with secondary infertility. They ONLY schedule IUIs at 6 am - I do not have childcare available before 5:30 am for both of us to be in same place at once. Particularly when this isnt something I can schedule in advance with certainty. Children are not allowed in office - which I understand and wouldn't want to bring my child but it adds to making it an impossible situation. I wish I had known this when picking a clinic and likely will need to transfer to somewhere with more flexibility (and frankly compassion) for caregivers/ parents.

I am extremely disappointed with how RMA handled my urgent test results. As an outpatient, I was clearly told that my STAT results would be faxed by 12 noon, but they never arrived. Their failure to meet this basic commitment caused an unnecessary delay in my care and added stress to an already urgent medical situation. If you are considering RMA for outpatient lab work or time-sensitive testing, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They are not punctual, do not meet deadlines, and communicate poorly. Calls and voicemails go unanswered, leaving you with no information.

I sincerely recommend RMA to anyone seeking fertility care, whether for intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), or an egg donor program. My journey with RMA was filled with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. From the beginning, I felt I was receiving the best care. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Wolf was consistently kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. What impressed me most was that every doctor, nurse, and staff member I met genuinely cared. The nurses especially deserve full recognition: they patiently answered every question, comforted me at every critical moment, and supported me throughout an emotionally intense process. Fertility treatment is a roller coaster, but RMA's kindness and expertise made the journey easier. Thanks to their dedication, I am now the mother of a beautiful daughter. Thank you to the wonderful RMA team!

If I could, I would give this terrible experience zero stars. I saw Dr. George, who had me undergo three IUIs without ever testing my husband and kept saying he was fine. I sought a second opinion, and testing showed that my husband needed help. I would never recommend this clinic!!!!

Without Dr. Wolf, nurse Ashley L., and all the other wonderful staff at RMA, I absolutely would not be sitting here caring for my 16-week-old son. Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone there. Regarding some of the complaints I see: yes, morning monitoring sometimes takes time. Yes, it can be difficult to find a seat in the waiting room. Yes, fertility treatment is expensive and can be invasive and painful. But when I look at my child, every second spent in the office and every dollar was worth it. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly, but I never felt rushed. I believe they did their best to care for everyone promptly, and I appreciate that. I highly recommend them!

I am posting anonymously because our treatment at RMA is not complete, and I do not trust them at all. I felt compelled to post because the many positive reviews strongly influenced our decision to choose RMA Michigan, yet they contrast sharply with our actual experience. I want to give couples an idea of what to expect in a way I would have appreciated. I would not recommend this clinic, although my perspective is limited because we have not visited other clinics in the area for comparison. The doctors at RMA Michigan are kind, but their role in direct patient care is very limited. They appear mainly to interpret laboratory and ultrasound results and create follow-up plans, which are then communicated by mid-level providers. That is not necessarily a problem or my main complaint, but if you expect to see a doctor regularly, you will not. Some clinics operate differently, with doctors sometimes performing ultrasounds and immediately recommending next steps. If I were choosing a clinic, I would ask about this to understand the options. Aside from that minor issue, my main reason for recommending another clinic is that they have too many patients and too few resources. —Unless you consider two hours for routine morning monitoring—laboratory work plus ultrasound—reasonable, they simply do not have enough phlebotomists, ultrasound technicians, or nurses for their patient volume. They do not even have enough waiting-room space, so patients must wait in their cars for 30–60 minutes until they receive a text allowing them inside, followed by more waiting. Otherwise, there truly is no space. Sometimes, if you get up to use the restroom, it is difficult to find a chair when you return. —They do not have enough nurses to return calls promptly. If you do not call before 1 p.m., you must wait until the next day. If you miss their call because you have a job and a life outside their world, too bad—try again tomorrow. They have an after-hours line, but make absolutely sure it is a true emergency, or they will threaten to charge you $30 for the call. After we complete treatment, I may share more details about our frustrations so others can hear them. As someone who works in the service industry, given the tens of thousands of dollars involved—not to mention the sensitivity of everything related to fertility—I felt it necessary to offer another perspective because the other reviews misled us about what potential patients can expect. So yes, I feel like a revenue unit on a large assembly line optimized not for my time, medical needs, or humanity, but for their bottom line. Clinical operations are adjusted to do only enough to get the job done, with nothing else considered. They do have snacks in the waiting room, though! RMA Michigan, I do not see a need to speak with your executive director or anyone else because that response feels evasive and does not help other readers decide what to do. You are welcome to respond publicly or dispute any of my criticisms. I welcome more information that would help people understand your practices and where I may be mistaken. To my knowledge, however, I have described policies and structures that you explicitly follow and explain. If you are willing to address my concern publicly, my question is this: do you genuinely believe the service you provide meets the standard you expect for patients, or is it simply the minimum your current resources allow? Do you have plans to improve patient communication?

Dr. Wolf and the entire RMA team are amazing! They were attentive, thorough, and very supportive. I highly recommend them!

I really like RMA. The nurses and doctors are wonderful. My questions were answered promptly, and the medical team was warm and attentive. They also offer monitoring without requiring me to miss work. However, I learned today that the clinic will stop accepting my insurance at the end of 2025-8. The clinic was informed a month ago, but I only learned today, and tomorrow I must pay out of pocket for a procedure. Future appointments will also cost extra. This is very frustrating because I have already paid this clinic a substantial amount. Patients should be notified well in advance of major insurance changes so they can make financial arrangements. Ideally, insurance changes should occur at the beginning of the year and be announced before open enrollment. This last-minute notice was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and badly timed.

I loved RMA initially and appreciated Dr. Wolf identifying several issues other doctors missed. We valued having a dedicated nurse and honest communication. In only four months, however, major phone and nursing-policy changes caused four messages to be missed; a new deposit policy was not proactively explained or documented; and my partner's records were repeatedly lost. My concerns were dismissed as though professional questions annoyed the experts. Morning monitoring felt like the "cattle herding" others describe: questions were ignored while staff discussed unexplained numbers condescendingly. My follow-up call simply said, "Everything is normal; return as scheduled," without addressing my concerns or specific questions. My new care team seemed not to communicate, and someone even asked, "What procedure are you here for?" I know RMA has hundreds of other clients and does not need me, but reaching this point was extremely difficult. Losing trust is heartbreaking and disappointing. When I raised these issues with the executive director, the response was merely, "We are sorry we did not meet your expectations," followed by a promise to review my account. The response was astonishingly inadequate and frustrating.

My experience did not ultimately result in a successful pregnancy, but I would have written this review regardless of the outcome. I completed three cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI), all with Clomid, even though I ovulated regularly and there was no indication that I was not ovulating. During the first cycle, I took 50 mg of Clomid and became pregnant, but unfortunately it was a chemical pregnancy. During the second cycle, the timing felt completely wrong, and their standard protocol allowed almost no flexibility, but the doctor still had me continue with 50 mg of Clomid. The third cycle made me fully realize that this fertility clinic lacked safe practices and did not care about patients' individual health needs. At the outset, the nurse gave me the wrong date for ovulation testing and the wrong date to return if the result was negative. In a field where timing is so important, incorrect dates are not a minor issue. When I collected my Clomid prescription, I discovered that the doctor had increased my dose from 50 mg to 150 mg, even though, to my knowledge, I had always ovulated normally. I called the nurse to ask about the dates and the reason for the increased dose. She explained that the dates were incorrect and that the doctor had left no notes explaining the dose increase. I told her I was unwilling to take three times my previous dose without an explanation. She replied, "Oh, he thought you took 100 mg last time." The nurse also said the dose is usually increased when a patient does not ovulate on a lower dose. That did not apply to me, because I became pregnant the first time I took it. This was not the nurse's fault. Prescribing hormonal medication arbitrarily without explaining why is extremely irresponsible. Another troubling issue was that every time I went in for any treatment, such as IUI, they asked whether it was my first time having the procedure. I would understand if they meant the first time at that facility, but after two IUIs, one of which ended in miscarriage, they should already know that I had undergone the procedure and knew what to expect. This information should be readily available in the medical record. At first, the large number of patients arriving for morning monitoring made me worry about the care I would receive. During the first cycle, I was impressed that they managed so many patients and kept everything organized. By the third cycle, however, my initial concern was confirmed. They have too many patients to provide individualized care. Especially for IVF, I strongly recommend choosing a clinic that truly values you and your health rather than treating you as a number.

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about the doctors at RMA. They are super compassionate and caring, especially Dr. Wolfe. She has been encouraging, supportive, and insightful since day one and helped us on our fertility journey. However, the issues within RMA make it an extremely frustrating experience otherwise. Cons: The billing has not been accurate a single month since I have been seeing them. They want everything through email which is quite frustrating (the billing department won’t answer or return phone calls 99% of the time). They are always inaccurate on how much is owed for the services performed. Every month I have to either explain to them what I owe them money for or argue why I don’t somehow owe them more money than what I’ve already paid. I was told that a global package covered all testing from first day labs up to the pregnancy test and that was $890 plus $110 if you needed an ovidrel injection. Now billing is saying that’s not true and I now owe for the last two blood draws which is an additional $188 and that I should’ve been being charged that from the beginning. In their email to me, it states for a global package, “Labs/Ultrasounds: $890” which I’ve been told for the past three months includes all of them (which you would assume since the language in the email lacks to explain it only covers up to your IUI or the start of timed intercourse) but now I’m being told that was inaccurate and I should’ve been paying an additional $188 plus a pregnancy blood draw cost of $94 on top of $890 plus $110 and the cost of an IUI $375. Not a single one of them are on the same page and it’s extremely frustrating to also be adding the stress of billing on top of the stress of the actual fertility treatments. To top this off, they now require you keep a card on file. To know my balance is never accurate but they also have to ability to charge my card automatically is scary but they won’t see you as a patient unless you agree to that. Overall, the billing department needs a lot of work and has caused so much frustration on my fertility journey with RMA. My other con is the confusion among the nurses as to whether you’re having an IUI done or doing timed intercourse. Every time I went in, I had to correct them as to what I was actually doing that cycle because it was automatically assumed it was IUI. There should be more of an effort to look into their patients charts and be aware what exactly you are doing that cycle, especially considering the amount you pay and the trust you put into RMA as a whole to help with your fertility journey. Again, the doctors are nothing short of amazing, but within, some departments need better guidance and standards.

RMA is an affordable fertility treatment center. The clinic is clean, and all the nurses and doctors are very kind. The front desk nurses are always warm and welcoming. The blood draw nurses are highly skilled, and the process is painless. The ultrasound nursing team is also excellent, completing examinations efficiently and accurately regardless of which doctor they work with. I had the privilege of meeting and working with three doctors, all of whom provided outstanding service and answered every question and concern. The clinic operates somewhat differently from others and requires morning monitoring, but I did not mind because all the staff and nurses were dedicated. The nurses and doctors made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and everyone was kind and welcoming. Thank you, RMA!

I was a patient at this clinic and want to share my experience in hopes of helping others who are new to fertility treatment. Although the clinic is very busy and many patients have successfully conceived there, my experience fell well short of expectations and lacked care and personalized service. Morning monitoring was often lengthy and stressful, and the high patient volume made staff difficult to reach. Even after several failed treatments, I rarely saw my doctor, which left me feeling somewhat isolated during an emotionally difficult time. One of my greatest concerns was communication. My husband's semen analysis showed 0% morphology, but the clinic never explained this to us. Because I was completely new to fertility treatment, I did not know what to ask at the time. I later learned that 0% morphology often reduces the likelihood of IUI success, and in hindsight, I am unsure whether IUI was the most appropriate treatment for us. I wish we had received clearer guidance before undergoing multiple IUIs. The clinic's policies also seemed to change frequently during my care, adding confusion to an already stressful process. Overall, I left feeling that the clinic's very high patient volume may have affected communication, personalized guidance, and continuity of care. I am glad many people have had positive outcomes here, but my experience did not provide the attention and support I expected. I hope the clinic continues to improve its communication and patient-centered care.

I am writing this while holding my 2-week-old baby, who would not be here without RMA. Words cannot express our gratitude. From the doctors and nurses to the phlebotomists, everyone was thoughtful and attentive, which made an essential difference during such a difficult process. We completed three frozen embryo transfers in total. Each time, Dr. Miller listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted the treatment plan to my individual situation. Even when they were very busy, the nurses always responded promptly, and I never felt rushed. We sincerely thank everyone there. Thank you so much!

I completed one IVF cycle at RMA. I did not realize how standardized the medication protocol was until I went to another IVF clinic and received an individualized treatment plan. At RMA, I was placed on thyroid medication even though my thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) was 2.5, given metformin despite consistently normal blood glucose, and treated with high-dose ovarian stimulation medication even though my anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) was 3.0. Ultimately, 16 eggs were retrieved, 13 were mature, and 2 fertilized. The frozen embryo transfer failed. When I asked the doctor what to do next, I was told I would again receive high-dose stimulation medication for egg retrieval. I knew something was wrong with the outcome of my first cycle at RMA. I then saw Dr. Mersol-Barg in Bloomfield, who was excellent. He discontinued the thyroid and blood-sugar medications because there was nothing wrong with me. He also cut my ovarian stimulation dose in half, resulting in 9 mature eggs and 5 high-quality embryos! RMA is the worst clinic in Michigan. I regret wasting my time and money there.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. George. I first consulted another local fertility center recommended by my OB-GYN. Based solely on my husband's semen analysis, which showed very low sperm morphology, they declared that we could not conceive without IVF. This was difficult to accept because we had already conceived a child naturally. We were not ready for IVF and simply wanted to learn about other options, but they told us there were none and that our daughter was essentially a miracle. I was devastated and could not understand it. I then remembered that a close friend was a nurse at RMA, so I called to ask whether we should seek another opinion. She quickly connected us with Dr. George. Although IVF was the "quick solution," I was not emotionally or financially ready for it. Dr. George developed a reassuring and hopeful plan that included trying several intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles first. This telephone consultation was completely different from the one with the previous "doctor." After the call, my husband even remarked that we felt hopeful. Dr. George was very honest about success rates, so there were no misunderstandings or false promises from the beginning. We knew what to expect. Most importantly, we were heard, understood, and supported throughout the process. A treatment plan was developed without pressure. Before my first IUI, I underwent a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and was very nervous. Dr. George's thoughtfulness was incredibly comforting, as though my mother or sister were there with me. I knew the chance of success was low and kept my expectations low, but I became pregnant after our first IUI and am now 17 weeks along :) If you are like me, searching desperately for answers and reading countless Reddit posts about low sperm morphology and IUI success rates, do not worry. Anything is possible.

the medical assistant A’sia was very rude and unprofessional and aggressive to me and my husband. I wouldn’t come back here at all she was very rude and nasty towards us otherwise all the other staff was very kind and welcoming!

RAM Hospital is very well managed. I had a terrible experience at my previous hospital. The staff, nurses, doctors—everyone here—is wonderful. They explain everything clearly and communicate well. Dr. George is a kind, humble, and highly professional woman.

We had an excellent experience at RMA. I worked with both Dr. Miller and Dr. George, who developed and carried out a comprehensive treatment plan for me. The nurses called promptly every day with next steps and updates. I highly recommend RMA.

I scheduled my appointment two months in advance and provided my insurance information at that time. On the day of the appointment, I checked in and provided my insurance information again. The doctor was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the medical care I received. However, after the visit, a nurse told me that I had an outstanding balance. When I asked whether the amount was covered by my insurance, she informed me that the clinic did not accept my insurance. This was the first time I had been told. When I asked why I had not been informed before the appointment, she suggested that I may have provided different insurance information, which was not true. I am certain about the information I provided. This poor communication was extremely disappointing. I ultimately chose to pay in cash, but the front desk then told me they had no change, which was completely unacceptable. In summary, while the doctor was excellent, the billing process and front desk communication fell far below expectations. I am very disappointed with how this visit was handled.

I struggled to become pregnant for years, and RMA made my dream of motherhood come true. The doctors and staff are wonderful! The front desk staff know your name, and the medical assistant team is amazing, especially KITA! Blood draws from 6 to 8 a.m. are difficult enough, and no one wants to be stuck with a needle that early, but KITA is so gentle and quick that I do not feel a thing. Thank you! ❤️

We came here full of hope and ready to begin our fertility journey, but unfortunately, the process was confusing and communication was very poor. After several appointments and months of waiting, we still had no clear answers about what to do next or where we were in the process. We received written instructions, but they were difficult to understand and did not seem to apply to our situation. No one explained how or when to use them. Trying to conceive is already extremely stressful, and the lack of clear guidance made it even harder. We often felt lost, unsure whether we were supposed to wait, had missed something, or needed to take action ourselves. I truly believe that better communication, clearer explanations, and more proactive follow-up would make a tremendous difference for patients going through such an important and sensitive process.

The medical assistants, nurses, doctors, office staff, advanced practice providers, and ultrasound technicians at RMA Michigan are caring and knowledgeable and form an excellent medical team. I feel very fortunate to receive treatment for secondary infertility at this clinic.

As a healthcare professional and now a patient undergoing infertility treatment, I never expected to experience such profound disappointment in medical care. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic has been extremely frustrating. Throughout the process, I consistently felt a lack of empathy and care. Communication was poor, misunderstandings were common, and the next steps in treatment were often unclear. Calls were not returned promptly, and I frequently had to follow up repeatedly just to receive basic information about my care. More concerning, the testing seemed inappropriate or incomplete, with little proactive guidance. In fertility care, where patients are already under significant emotional strain, thorough treatment and effective communication are essential. Feeling unheard, unsupported, and overlooked as a patient is both frustrating and heartbreaking. Patients in this field deserve coordination, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. I sincerely hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works to improve patient communication and support.

In my experience, I found several problems: 1. Apart from the initial appointment, you do not see a doctor or nurse; 2. Morning monitoring can take up to 3 hours, sometimes only for a blood draw; 3. A one-size-fits-all approach; 4. Insurance was suddenly dropped midyear without notice. The only positive was that the ultrasound technologists were very kind. I changed clinics and received better care.

I strongly recommend RMA to anyone facing infertility. Our journey was difficult, but Dr. Miller did not give up on us when we had run out of options and could not find the cause. He listened to every concern and was willing to try different approaches. Even when something did not work, he remained positive and looked for the next treatment option. Every nurse I met at RMA was compassionate and patient. The entire clinic seemed to care about us, and even when things did not go as hoped, my husband and I never had an unpleasant interaction. IVF is not easy, but RMA's doctors and nurses always made me feel reassured. I am deeply grateful, and in one week we will meet the daughter we prayed and waited so long for. None of this would have been possible without RMA. Thank you for everything!

After this review, they canceled our scheduled appointment date. The service at this office is terrible... Today, April 9, 2026, at 9:10 a.m., I encountered a very unpleasant receptionist at the RMA office. As soon as we entered, she spoke to us extremely rudely and told us to sit and wait for our appointment. We waited a considerable amount of time. She claimed she would call the appropriate department, but she never did. When we asked her, she said she would send an email. When we asked to see the email, she went back into the office and asked someone in the back to help schedule our appointment. The staff member she should have called was directly behind her. Instead, she deliberately made us sit and wait, wasting our time. This level of service is unacceptable. They should replace her immediately.

I have been a patient at this clinic since August. My husband and I ultimately chose IVF. I saw three doctors, but my primary physician was Dr. Miller. He was very direct and always answered all my questions. I acknowledge that the clinic is very busy, and I understand why some people may feel like “just a number,” but they delivered everything they promised in my case. I am a nurse myself, so I do not expect healthcare staff to provide emotional support and comfort; I believe that is the role of my friends and family. In terms of medical care, communication and explanations were always clear. I also want to mention that their medical equipment is very advanced. I was especially grateful that after I was discharged to my OB-GYN and the OB-GYN could not find a heartbeat with very outdated ultrasound equipment, RMA readily scheduled another ultrasound for the following Monday. Thankfully, they found the heartbeat! Additional note: I noticed that the longest waits for bloodwork and ultrasounds are around 6:00 to 6:30 a.m., so the wait times others mentioned are accurate. However, when I arrived around 7:30 a.m., the wait suddenly dropped to 10 to 15 minutes. A small adjustment to your morning schedule can make a big difference at RMA. Finally, I am happy to share that my first embryo transfer resulted in pregnancy. My first—and only!—egg retrieval produced 8 healthy embryos. What more could a patient ask for? I am very satisfied with my experience at RMA. Thanks to them, we can build our family! Thank you, RMA!

We had a wonderful experience at RMA. Dr. Miller was exceptional—thoughtful and intelligent; Dr. Wolf was very caring and reassuring, like a mother; and Dr. George, the “new” doctor, is a great addition to the team. Honestly, the lab is especially uplifting. The staff make morning monitoring much easier. With tests several times a week, we call Kita “the sniper” for good reason—they are truly excellent. (Maya, Anna) The nurses—Cortney, Taylor, and Jasmine—and technicians also made our experience better. Becky, I see you! Thank you to everyone at RMA!
