I should have read the Google reviews before trying to join this clinic. My first appointment was canceled three times in a row. This is ridiculous. These people do not seem to care about accepting new patients. After such chaotic scheduling, I cannot imagine entrusting my reproductive health to them. Thank you, next. I will take my business and money elsewhere.

I’m glad I read these reviews before making an appointment. My husband and I want IVF, but unfortunately our preferred location is out of network. My insurer already said it would cover the consultation, but when I told the woman, she was rude and argumentative.

Update: I had surgery at IRH to remove the cyst because this clinic took my money. Two months after the cyst was removed, I found out I was pregnant, just as the IRH doctor said.
This clinic will be lucky if I decide not to sue for financial and emotional damages.
If you want to become pregnant, do not come here. This place is just a cash grab. I had been infertile for two years and was referred here less than a year ago. At every appointment, I saw a different doctor with a different opinion.
One doctor diagnosed me with something, while another said they did not think I had it. They repeatedly asked the same health questions I had already answered a hundred times.
I have endometriosis and PCOS. The doctor told me not to have the endometriosis removed, yet prescribed three unsuccessful rounds of Clomid. Then we moved to injections. One doctor wanted to increase the dose because it was not working, but my primary doctor canceled because she said there were too many growths in my abdomen, after having me order another $1,000 of medication, which is still in my refrigerator.
After canceling, she told me I had to do IVF. Frustrated, I sought another opinion. The first thing that doctor recommended was removing the endometriosis because the medication was not working on that side. I now have surgery scheduled and will be given the same dose of medication afterward to see whether it works once the cyst is removed; the cyst on one side is nearly 4 cm.
Again, this place is a cash grab. They do not care and are disorganized. I spent thousands of dollars on medication without progress, and the doctor wanted me to pay $20,000 upfront for IVF before doing anything else, such as removing the huge cyst blocking my ovary. Shame on UC. Explore other options before coming here.
I do not know who gave these doctors their medical degrees, but they are ignorant, disorganized, and poorly informed. They want your money, nothing more.

This clinic is terrible. They told me I have PCOS but would not prescribe the appropriate medication.

We went for blood work. The front desk took 45 minutes, and the phlebotomist also took an unusually long time. UC needs to improve staff efficiency and address poor performance.

We had a wonderful experience with the UC Center for Reproductive Health team. From the welcoming receptionists to every nurse and doctor who worked with us, we always felt well cared for. I felt comfortable sharing questions and concerns throughout the process. It was clear they wanted us to receive the best care, which eased our anxiety. Special thanks to Dr. Johnson, Dr. Hsu, Dr. Ozcan, Dr. Hurley, Dr. Wilhoite, and many others!

The staff are unprofessional. Because they are understaffed, appointments cannot even be scheduled during your period. The doctors reportedly have “no time to review every patient’s chart.”

I waited more than two months for this appointment. When I arrived, I found the clinic closed, and no one had notified me in advance. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Later, I received a phone call. They asked me a few questions and then said everything was normal. I had specifically requested an in-person appointment, not a phone consultation. They never told me that the call would be considered telemedicine or that I would be charged for it.
I later received a bill, which I believe was unreasonable.
This experience was very disappointing, and I expected much better service!

I have been a patient here for three years and would never recommend this clinic for fertility treatment. This year, I came in six times to discuss fertility options, and each time they said, 'Come back next time and we will discuss the plan.' Every time, they strongly pushed IVF rather than other options we had never even tried. I am now almost certain they only wanted to collect my copay and the $20,000 IVF fee.
Do not come here! Anywhere else would be better!
