The middle aged female nurse with pink hair was incredibly rude when I was 2 days postpartum with my first newborn and asked by them to come in to get checked. I dragged my newborn in and waited hours. I finally was sent to a room and proceeded to wait even longer. Finally the pink haired woman (not a doctor, not part of the office/admin staff, a nurse I assume) came in and was immediately rude to me as if I was responsible for their scheduling issues. She asked me why I was there and said “okay because there’s people here who actually need help...” The only reason why I was there in the first place was because my doctor at this office INSISTED I come in 2 days postpartum with my newborn. And this is how I was treated. This location in general has been very unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process. No longer a patient and have found much better OBGYN care in Amherst NY

Updated review— Oh my goodness, I wish I had waited before giving them a four-star review! We chose this office because they partner with Mercy Hospital, where we wanted to have our baby, and because they have midwives. There are not enough characters in this review to list all my complaints. I initially started with a doctor I did not like because she did not listen to me and ignored everything I said about my body and diagnoses. After that, it became a complete mess! I was constantly told one thing and then another, both in the office and over the phone! It was extremely frustrating. This is my first pregnancy, and I continually had to argue and explain that this was not the purpose of the call because you were supposed to call me about something else. Why are you calling to reschedule an appointment that is already scheduled? Catholic Health is a huge network! There must be a solution that does not toss me around like a ping-pong ball. When I asked to change doctors, I specifically requested to see Gabby going forward. I was told I could not have Gabby for my appointments because PAs do not see patients. They scheduled me with Dr. Rojek. Then I went to the wrong office to see Dr. Rojek, and they rescheduled me with a PA under the previous doctor I no longer wanted to see—and that PA was not Gabby! Apparently, I am simply not allowed to see Gabby! She is the person who made me feel most comfortable, safe, and heard, and I had only one appointment with her. They just canceled my scheduled appointment with a midwife in the name of safety! I will not even argue about that, but if it were truly for safety, they would cancel all appointments that day. It made no sense to stay open the morning after the storm and then close in the afternoon after the roads had been cleared. Anyway, when they called to reschedule, I explained that we had already taken PTO and my fiancé, who was driving because I cannot, had already come home to prepare for the appointment because he works far away. If they had called earlier, he would not have come in. We had to use and waste PTO, only to return on another workday and use PTO we do not have. I asked to reschedule for a weekend so we would not miss work for a five-minute appointment. Someone was supposed to call me back with options to reschedule the midwife appointment at a time that worked for us! When someone called back, it was to schedule with a doctor even though that appointment was already booked. So once again I had to advocate for myself and explain that this should be a rescheduling of the midwife appointment they canceled. I was then told it could only be during the midwife's working hours. I requested a phone appointment. They would not allow a phone appointment because the midwife had to listen to the baby's heartbeat. I had no choice! I am now looking for a new OB-GYN who will be less frustrating and disorganized and whose office communicates properly before returning a call about the scheduled reason rather than some other reason. Dealing with this has been so stressful! I did not know that pregnancy and seeing an OB-GYN, especially this time, would be such a stressful task! I love Gabby. I did not like seeing 6 people who arrived after me go in first when I was the first to check in. Gabby Wind made me feel informed and heard. I wish she could handle all my appointments in the future. She is rare.

Dr. Santos is professional and excellent. I appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to help.

I have been coming here for several years and have never had a complaint. I was assigned to Dr. Faulkner, who was very nice. I hope she enjoys retirement. I usually see Jen, who explains in great detail what she is about to do, and we get along very well. I have never experienced anything like what some negative reviews describe. She is always positive!

I met Jennifer Phillips and was very happy to see her! She is a tremendous asset to your practice. She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable and makes every annual visit a pleasant experience. An excellent doctor!

Every time I come for my annual examination, I wait at least 30 minutes and usually an hour. Then I am taken to a room and wait about another 20 minutes. I see someone different every time, and once they finally enter the examination room, the visit takes 10 minutes. Why do I have to wait so long every time? I have been coming here since I was a teenager, and Dr. Santos is wonderful—he detected my cancer at stage 1. Changing doctors frightens me, but I think it is time.

No, I will not call you and allow your terrible office staff to bully me again. Your office should be shut down immediately, and your medical license should be revoked. You bullied me into an unnecessary procedure, never obtained insurance authorization, and assumed I would pay the bill. No! Then your office continued bullying me to accept more services I did not want. The last time I checked, this is my body, not yours!!! Then you dismissed me from the practice because I refused to be bullied again! I will file a formal complaint because I have recordings and documentation of your office staff bullying me. Ladies, leave me alone! No one should be handling my case.

I usually see Abby, who is wonderful, but she is currently away. Yesterday I saw Hannah, who was also wonderful, answered all my questions, and took excellent care of me!

Jennifer Phillips and her team are respectful, compassionate, and helpful. She has proven to be a valuable referral resource between our clinics, helping ensure continuity of care. She is very down-to-earth and never makes you feel rushed.

My wife had an appointment here today. We had a real emergency, and even though we drove over 20 miles and got there just 20 minutes late, the staff refused to see her and told her to come back Monday. Imagine being in a vulnerable situation, worried about your health, and instead of any compassion, you’re met with cold indifference. Healthcare is supposed to be about care, and this office showed none. The lack of empathy, flexibility, and basic decency was shocking. We won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their health

Dr. Todoro cared for me during both pregnancies, and I really like him, but his staff's attitude was disappointing. They were rude, and after 17 years at this clinic, I finally left.

I have been a patient here for many years and have always received kind, compassionate care. Dr. Santos is patient and knowledgeable and always makes me feel heard and respected. I would not entrust my gynecologic care to anyone else.

I give this facility full marks! From the receptionists to the staff and doctors, this is an admirable team. They listen carefully and are very patient. I had a wonderful meeting with Hannah today. She handled a nightmarish issue with warmth and great respect and assured me everything would be all right. She was very gentle and did an excellent job. The receptionists were also wonderful. The environment is comfortable, the staff are excellent and friendly, and the facility is very clean. Overall, this is a wonderful practice. Thank you again, Hannah. 🤍

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At my first visit as a new patient, after I briefly described my concerns, the doctor immediately told me I might be infertile and even mentioned a hysterectomy without reviewing my medical history. My test results appeared in the patient portal on Monday, but no one from the clinic called. I had to contact a physician friend or relative to understand them. On Thursday, I called to express my dissatisfaction and request another doctor, but was warned that patients may switch doctors only once within the clinic. I asked about other options and was told a care manager would contact me, but no one did. Finally, on Friday, a nurse called casually and told me to "come back in a year." This level of care is unacceptable. It is shocking and discouraging for an OB-GYN to dismiss women's reproductive health so readily. I will never return to this office and strongly warn others about its lack of professionalism, compassion, and communication.

The team there is wonderful, friendly, and professional. If you need an OB-GYN, I highly recommend this practice!

The office is so cute, clean, and friendly!! There are adorable decorations everywhere, and the waiting room even had a Halloween pumpkin-decorating contest you could vote in!! So cute!! 💕

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my experience at your organization. On October 21, 2025, I went to your clinic to speak with someone in person. Because I had not been there for some time, I asked the receptionist whether I could return. She said it should be fine and that she would need to register me as a new patient. She looked up my information and saw that I had previously seen Dr. Constantin. I asked whether I could change doctors, and she said yes. I was dissatisfied because he was somewhat rough during speculum examinations, pinching me and worsening my vulvar pain. There were other issues, but I will not detail them here. She said she could schedule me with Dr. Samad, but I asked whether I could choose my own doctor, and she said yes. I had heard good things about several OB-GYNs, and people at my primary care doctor's office had recommended Jennifer Rojek and Katherine Faulkner. The office staff member told me Dr. Faulkner had retired. I truly wanted a female OB-GYN, but I had also heard there were two male doctors there, so I was confused and did not want to make the wrong choice. I told her I wanted to know who would be the best fit for me. She again mentioned Dr. Samad and said she might suit me, so I decided to try her. Later, I thought I should check her reviews and found them extremely poor and concerning. I called and told the woman who answered that I had just visited that day and had been scheduled with Dr. Samad, but her reviews were poor and I wanted to switch to Jennifer Rojek. She said a manager needed to call me to change doctors and speak with Dr. Samad about the reviews, and that I would hear back that day or the next. She never called, and it is now November 17, 2025... I truly hope she will call back, resolve this issue, understand my situation, and allow me to see Jennifer Rojek, especially since I have never even met Dr. Samad. I believe that if someone is dissatisfied with a doctor for any reason, they should be allowed to choose another. To me, it should all be about the patient. It is important to feel happy and comfortable and to build a connection and bond with your doctor, and there should not be any rule preventing that... Because my identity was previously stolen here, I am reluctant to use my full name. I hope the information I have provided, along with part of my name, will help you identify me... Kim M.

The receptionist Sarah is very rude. If you do not like this job, you should find another one, because every time I call Sarah—who sounds like an older woman—or other staff members, their attitude is terrible. This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a patient trying to schedule an appointment. Please improve.

I have been trying to call to speak to someone and the phone just rings and rings. I put it on speaker and let it ring for 5 minutes, no one answers. It has been the worst since they changed - I guess it’s time to find a new Dr. Thank God my needs aren’t an emergency!’

I began coming here at 16 and have now been a patient for 14 years. I am pregnant with my first child. I always liked the practice because I loved my doctor and never had a problem, and I was willing to drive more than 30 minutes for appointments. Over the past few weeks, however, the staff have bullied me. I worked here as a nurse before the reorganization and would never have treated my cancer patients this way. A bill went unnoticed for four months. I have a high-risk pregnancy and at one point needed ultrasounds every two weeks. The front desk eventually told me about the bill because I had never received one by mail. It was very large, and I could not pay it at the time. They said finance would contact me, but I heard nothing until I visited the clinic in person. They stood there and treated me like a criminal because I did not have the money. At 25 weeks pregnant, I cried throughout the appointment and received no help. After several calls, billing finally contacted me, only to say, 'I don't know how you will pay this bill; you just have to pay it.' Because they responded too slowly, the payment-plan option had been canceled. They then told me my bank account had to contain enough money to cover delivery. Fortunately, I am a registered nurse and know I can go to the ER and be billed. Before that, they essentially told me to leave the practice without explaining how to care for myself or my baby, all because of a bill I had only learned about months later. I am now almost 28 weeks pregnant, and the issue remains unresolved. Every visit makes me feel like a criminal, and whenever I ask for help, I am sent back to billing, which cannot help. I never write reviews, but I am desperate, nearly 30 weeks pregnant, and waiting to be dismissed from this practice.

I wish I could give zero stars. This clinic's treatment of patients is appalling. My daughter delivered her son at Oishei Children's Hospital seven years ago. She recently became pregnant again and was told at her first appointment that the practice no longer provides delivery services. No patients had been notified of this change; otherwise, she would have found another doctor instead of wasting time here. Since she was already there, she completed the exam and initial testing. Days later, the pharmacy notified her that antibiotics had been prescribed for a sexually transmitted infection, yet neither the nurse nor anyone else at the clinic had called her. This was extremely upsetting, especially because it raised concerns about her husband's fidelity. She did not believe he had been unfaithful and requested repeat testing, but the clinic insisted that the false-positive rate was below 2% and that they could not have made an error. We repeated the test that day, requiring another pelvic swab and placing enormous stress on a pregnant woman. Her husband was traveling, so I accompanied her. When they took her back to be weighed, I saw an open, unlabeled urine specimen with a dropper in it sitting on the counter. When she called to request retesting, she asked whether her sample might have been mixed up because she had not seen it labeled at the previous visit. They said specimens remained on the room counter until after the patient left and the nurse cleaned the room. This violates specimen-collection standards; samples should be labeled at the bedside in front of the patient. We ensured that happened during retesting. Waiting for the new result caused tremendous stress. She called the next day, and the front desk promised an immediate callback, but no one called until after closing near the end of the day. The result was negative. Either my daughter was among the rare 2% with a false positive, or, as I suspect, the first specimen was mishandled. They did not apologize for the stress, for prescribing such a sensitive medication without her consent, or for requiring her to return for a second test. Another pregnant friend at the same clinic was told early in pregnancy that she had miscarried. That was also an error. Again, there was no apology; they blamed the laboratory. Given their specimen handling, that appears to be another excuse. I would not bring a pregnant dog here, let alone a person. Needless to say, my daughter is changing doctors.

Worst experience I have ever had. Mallory was incredibly disrespectful and extremely unprofessional, was pressuring me into doing something I did not want to do and on top of how terrible my visit was, said she would send in a prescription and never did. I would highly reevaluate Mallory’s care as she is the worst doctor I have ever been to.

Gracie was very kind and easy to talk to when discussing my main concerns. Thank you!

As a new patient, I felt exceptionally cared for before even entering the clinic. While waiting for my appointment, I called about severe nausea. Although they could not give medical advice because I had not yet been seen, the receptionist went above and beyond to help. She took time to look for an earlier appointment and tried to arrange care as soon as possible. Her kindness, professionalism, and sincere help impressed me. I greatly value service quality and truly appreciate all her effort. If this is the level of service they provide before you even enter the clinic, I can only imagine how wonderful the actual visit will be. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone seeking an OB-GYN.

If you want to be told that your endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome are all in your head, come here. They will make you feel that your pain and concerns are insignificant. They also cannot perform a proper Pap smear because the cells are always abnormal. If you want help and answers, go somewhere unaffiliated with this medical group, because Trinity’s medical care is still in the Stone Age.

My appointment was at 11:00, but I did not see a doctor until 11:40. The doctor I had scheduled with was not there that day. They did not tell me at check-in and instead left me sitting in the waiting room for a long time. This place is terrible.

I have been going here for about two years and the quality just seems to get worse. The administrative staff seem absolutely miserable any time you need to call, you have to call several times to get scripts, and the overall attitude going here is like you’re annoying the staff just by walking in. It’s not like that at the transit road facility AT ALL. Even calling to request records release the rep was rude and annoyed to give information. I really hope that the quality from admin and MAs improve because the MDs here are phenomenal. PS: Shout out to nurse Kelly for being the only nurse there that didn’t get me a hard time when I was pregnant and having an adverse reaction to a medication. Every other nurse there (again) annoyed that I had questions and one even said “well everyone just takes it when told so what’s the problem.” Not everyone is the same. I get it, the volume of patients in this area has increased and can be overwhelming. But that’s has nothing to do with a patient just trying to get care for her first pregnancy. Good riddance.

They treat patients like garbage! Doctors and other staff change constantly, so every visit feels like a coin toss. They are not the only clinic in town, and after more than 20 years, I finally left. If you are looking for first-rate medical care, this is definitely not it. Keep looking!!!
