    Today my son and I had ultrasounds at Silk Medical clinic and were seen by the clinic's doctor, NINO GELASHVILI. She is an excellent specialist who explained everything in detail, found an approach for treating my child, performed the ultrasound very carefully, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I recommend this wonderful doctor to all my friends. She speaks Russian very well, which is also important to me because I do not understand Georgian.

    Everything was good during the doctor's appointment. However, they promised to send the test results the next day, but it actually took 4 days! They offered no explanation for the delay; I had to write on WhatsApp and call several times. Other facilities send the same test results the next morning without any difficulty. Registration and support are terrible, responding very slowly and incompetently.

    I do not recommend it! I booked an X-ray in Digomi, district 6, at branch 5a and waited 30 minutes before finding a nurse to perform the examination. I received no images or report, and the nurse could not say whether there was a fracture. It looked as though she was performing the procedure for the first time. The registration staff promised to email the results, but they did not arrive that day. Meanwhile, the support team spent the entire day requesting feedback and sending advertisements. UPDATE: One day later, they sent the images and report. The images did not include the area needed to assess the fracture, and the curtain and lower portion were cut off.

    I only went once for a breast specialist consultation about a breast lump, and thankfully nothing was wrong! Vladimir Nadiradze may be a competent surgeon. However, his manner was as though he had never met a real human being with feelings (and several advanced degrees, but I digress), let alone a woman, which is surprising given his specialty. But perhaps it is not surprising, since he is (a) a surgeon and (b) Georgian. The female radiologist who performed my ultrasound was both capable and humane. I did appreciate Dr. Nadiradze accompanying me to the ultrasound and being present while the radiologist described her findings, so credit for that! I would still recommend the clinic because Georgian men are raised this way, and surgeons are famously lacking in empathy; it is not their fault. I suppose that is partly what makes them good surgeons. Still, thank you to the clinic for its availability, cleanliness, speed, easy registration process, and staff.

    I saw gynecologist Nana Shubitidze, a highly capable doctor. Although I had always been afraid of gynecologic examinations, I did not feel any discomfort here. Now I see only Nana and recommend her to everyone. I am also very satisfied with the clinic overall. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help and advise.

    We contacted Silk Medical after our daughter fell from a skateboard and was injured. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were courteous and friendly. It was convenient that everyone spoke Russian. We paid 100 GEL for the appointment and another 50 GEL for the procedure. The downside was that we arrived at the scheduled time but had to wait because the doctor was treating another patient. This somewhat affected our impression, but overall we were satisfied with the service and attention to the patient.

    I urgently needed an appointment with a breast specialist, and this was the only place prepared to handle such a request. They replied quickly through WhatsApp and Telegram, provided guidance, and arranged a same-day visit. The doctor was kind and professional, and the facility was well equipped. I had some unpleasant interactions with other patients there, but that was entirely outside the clinic's control. I was very satisfied.

    Six months ago, Dr. Veronika removed a dermatofibroma from my leg. I highly recommend her. They numbed the area very well; with cosmetologists I usually still feel pain occasionally, but here I could tell they were doing something to my leg without any pain 🙏🏻 After removal, they sent the tissue for analysis, which was optional. The sutures healed very well.

    I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the excellent physician and gynecologist Nata Shenelia. Nata is attentive, and you can feel her involvement and concern in resolving the issue. Her recommendations for treating and monitoring a small fibroid are working. A follow-up ultrasound one year later in another country showed no growth. The selected hormonal treatment is also very comfortable, and I have even had a pleasant, slight decrease in weight. I recommend this specialist!

    I visited therapist Alina Igorevna Boldova several times and can confidently recommend her to other patients. She is an excellent specialist; do not let her age mislead you! The appointment was conducted in Russian, with the utmost care and attention to all my health concerns. I always arrived very worried, carrying fear and doubt and feeling that everything was terrible. Each time, however, I felt Alina Igorevna's sincere involvement and understanding. Her consistency and professionalism reassured me. She asked many questions about my health; honestly, at times I was even caught off guard because I had not expected to need such a detailed memory of everything. This comprehensive approach to identifying the cause of my poor health helped me avoid many unnecessary tests—I completed only the essential tests to rule out infectious causes—and spared me another unnecessary course of antibiotics. Her prescriptions and conclusions were also always supported by knowledge and practice from international sources, which I saw personally. During the appointment, we reviewed a similar case discussed in an UpToDate article in English. I also always had many questions, and after appointments the doctor sent various materials from UpToDate, Healthline, MedlinePlus, and other sources, plus useful links for monitoring health and to knowledge-base chatbots. I now understand my health better and better recognize the signals my body sends, meaning I can seek help promptly. Thank you so much, Alina Igorevna! Wishing everyone health and kindness! P.S. If you are tested at the center but do not receive results by email/phone for a long time, feel free to call the medical office. The center is aware of the situation.

    If I could give 0 stars, I gladly would. You should not see these doctors. My husband and I want a child, and we had a semen analysis at this clinic. Problems began at that stage. 1. They promised to send the results that evening but did not. I called before closing, and when I asked where the results were, the woman said she was not the one who had promised me. I had to insist. The results were found and sent that evening. 2. Even that was difficult. Because the test results were poor, my husband saw an andrologist at this clinic. The doctor prescribed dietary supplements, which was fine. When asked about alcohol, he said it would not affect conception in any way and that he could even drink a glass of brandy every day if he wanted—despite my husband's abnormal semen results. The doctor asked no clarifying questions about chronic conditions or anything else. He did, however, make a fairly bold claim about conceiving boys versus girls, and not in a scientific way. He told a myth, a story. The claim came from some friends whom the doctor described as ‘not insignificant people.’ Is this truly evidence-based medicine? It creates serious doubt about the doctor's competence. We had considered IVF at this clinic, but now we definitely will not. I believe IVF clinics should take patients seriously and use genuine scientific methods rather than repeat falsehoods that other doctors cannot verify. I absolutely do not recommend seeing the andrologist here.

    Endocrinologist NINO GVALADZE is an excellent doctor. We have not met anyone like her in a long time. She explains everything in detail, always offers guidance on nutrition and healthy routines, and prescribes nothing unnecessary. It is clear that she is passionate about her work.

    It was okay. I saw a gynecologist, and you need to be patient because her English is not very good. I had an IUD removed. I felt their pricing was deceptive: they said it would cost 70 lari, but I paid 270 lari because that price apparently did not include the doctor's fee. I had contacted them in advance rather than relying only on the website, so this felt like a lie and made me question their other prices.

    My husband had an ultrasound on June 28. At first, the front desk said it would cost 280 Georgian lari, but after the examination it became 290 Georgian lari. They had me transfer the money directly to a private bank account and provided no receipt or documentation for the insurance company or management. Your own employees are deceiving you!

    I visited therapist Alexander Nazarchuk at the Dighomi branch and was very satisfied. The clinic was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and friendly. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, asked questions, and created an examination plan. Overall, everything was just right. I was also pleased that the doctor considered my preferences, offered several treatment options, and answered all my questions. Excellent clinic—I highly recommend it!

    My girlfriend is rather reserved, so she went along with everything, but she felt that the breast specialist left her too exposed. In Thailand, during a breast cancer examination, the doctor would have you sit on the bed and allow you to remain covered, exposing only the area needed to check the lymph nodes. This doctor asked her to walk over to his chair, stand in front of him with her chest near his face, lift her shirt, and expose herself completely. During the ultrasound afterward, she was again asked to undress completely and lie on the examination table with her arms extended, with only three people in the room. At her previous visit in Thailand, she was allowed to remain covered as much as possible and expose only what she was comfortable with. She also wanted me beside her for support, but this was not allowed. Overall, this may reflect different examination practices, but she felt uncomfortable, which I believe is important, especially in such a sensitive situation. The entire process was quick, taking about 45 minutes for the examination, ultrasound, and discussion of the results.

    The clinic's organization is terrible (1/5). The reception staff know nothing about the clinic's services or prices. Instead of offering a testing package, they tried to bill each test separately, making each one 150 Georgian lari more expensive. When I asked why it cost so much, the employee said, “I don't know.” I had to check the website myself and show them the price list. There was a problem with the laboratory used by the clinic, but the clinic did not compensate me for the additional travel costs or time required to repeat the test, even though I had to travel from another city. The clinic did not even contact me or help resolve the problem, placing all responsibility on the doctor, who had to return after work to repeat the test. However, despite the clinic's poor organization, it has excellent specialists. Temur Soziashvili is one of them, and I am very grateful that he helped resolve the issue. As a physician, I can say he demonstrates a very high level of professionalism. (5/5) Conclusion: many excellent doctors here can help, but if you have the option of finding a good specialist here or elsewhere, it may be better to go elsewhere.

    The staff were harsh with patients and showed no sense of responsibility, and the front-desk staff were useless. They made a mistake and failed to schedule my appointment. When I asked them to arrange care, they shouted at me even though it was their error. The doctor shouted as well. If you care about your health, I do not recommend this facility.

    I went to the clinic and realized I had not yet left a review of this ‘wonderful visit.’ I had booked a female breast specialist, but she suddenly became ill before the appointment, so I was switched to Lado Nadiradze. I was fine with that because he had excellent reviews. My initial impression was good. He listened carefully and examined me. During the ultrasound, he circled my cyst with a marker, took photos, and sent them to me. The cyst had mild inflammation/tension. In such cases, doctors normally drain and treat it. Nadiradze refused to drain the breast cyst, saying that because it had previously been aspirated, it needed to be removed or it could become cancerous. This was shocking and very stressful, yet I could find no doctor or online information supporting this, except that any such possibility was extremely small. He immediately insisted that surgery was necessary and that the cyst had to be removed. He strongly pushed the idea that there was no alternative, then gave me the contact details of a clinic where he personally performs these operations and told me to book a consultation the next day. They gave me no discharge summary or conclusion and left me thinking I had cancer! I was furious. This doctor clearly favors surgery over treatment. They offered no treatment plan other than ‘surgery.’ Naturally, I consulted other doctors, two of whom confirmed my doubts. After one cycle, the cyst subsided and no longer needed drainage. Nearly a year has passed since my visit, and I forgot to leave a review, but returning to this clinic today reminded me of the experience. I would not recommend such a doctor to anyone! However, Alexander Nazarchuk made an excellent impression. He follows evidence-based medicine and prescribed no quack remedies or homeopathy, which pleased me greatly🥰 Zero stars for Nadiradze🤡

    The clinic is excellent, with fast WhatsApp communication. Special thanks to Dr. Nata Shengelia. I came for a routine examination, and she found a new treatment approach, arranged tests, and supervised the entire process. She performed surgery as carefully as possible to preserve my ovary, which other doctors said could not be saved. Nata handles issues very professionally, explains every detail, and stays in contact. She has multiple specialties as both a gynecologic surgeon and fertility specialist.

    My mother saw a rheumatologist. The doctor did not perform an accurate examination or answer relevant questions. She deliberately ignored questions raised during the consultation, offered no clear treatment recommendations, and the examination was very poor. We truly regret contacting this clinic. We have never encountered such a poor payment system. Why hire doctors who can barely speak Russian when your clinic presents itself as Russian-speaking? Your policy and positioning are Russian, yet the doctors can barely pronounce the language. Rating: 0.

    When I received my first vaccination in Ukraine, I felt no pain at all. Here, the nurse inserted the needle so forcefully that I nearly screamed, and now my arm hurts. If you can choose another clinic for vaccination, I strongly recommend doing so. It is also important to confirm the price in advance. I called and was quoted one price, which the receptionist confirmed, but when it was time to pay they gave me a different price. After I complained, the woman charged the original amount. However, the stocky therapist with glasses was very friendly and polite, which was the only positive part of the appointment.

    On July 31, 2025, my mother had an appointment with gynecologist Stella Dzotsenidze. She calls herself a professor and reportedly worked in Germany, France, the United States, the UAE, and Georgia, according to the website. My mother booked a 220 GEL comprehensive examination that included a physical examination, ultrasound, and cervical smear. This “doctor” could not even insert the speculum. She finally succeeded after many attempts but injured the patient, causing severe pain. Worse, she could not find the cervix. I had never encountered a “gynecologist” who did not know where the cervix was. Stella, did you really study for years, or did you simply pass by the clinic and decide to enter? After several attempts, she found the cervix and began taking a smear for cytology, causing unbearable pain. She then removed the speculum without performing an examination. There was no palpation or speculum examination. She only took the smear. More than that, she caused pain and injury, despite being a gynecologist. Beforehand, she did not ask about medical history or symptoms but skillfully tried, as everyone at this clinic does, to add hormone tests without my knowledge. I do not know why; perhaps as a gynecologist she thought she could tell from a glance. When my mother explained that she had already undergone hormone testing at another clinic and received all necessary prescriptions from that doctor, Stella asked which doctor she had seen and demanded his surname, which I consider unethical and unprofessional. She then tried several more times to add smear tests without my knowledge, but my mother refused. Only afterward did she take her to the examination chair. Again, she had not asked about her history or symptoms or performed an examination, yet somehow knew she needed many expensive tests. This terrible gynecologist also kept asking where I was from and why I had come. What else was there to discuss during an appointment? As of August 14, 2025, they still had not sent the Pap smear result, and it is unclear whether she even completed it. Another doctor then performed the ultrasound and was no better than Stella. She handled the ultrasound probe as though it were her first time, requiring several painful attempts to insert it. After all this, my mother was in pain for several days and felt pinched for days, and an ambulance was called. It is remarkable to need an ambulance after an appointment at an expensive private clinic. We went to complain and request a refund, but the clinic director smugly told us that inserting a speculum constituted an examination. She must have attended the same clinic as Stella. When we asked why the test results were still unavailable, she simply remained silent and continues to ignore us. I am shocked by these people's incompetence. First they injured my mother, and then they decided to ignore us.

    My husband and I visited ophthalmologist Saida Gasanova on July 29, 2025, simply to have our vision checked. A discount was available through the end of July, and we specifically asked about it when booking. Everything initially went smoothly, and we paid the amount the doctor stated. However, without warning, she performed unexpected additional tests that neither of us needed. We immediately said that we only wanted a vision test, which was included in the appointment fee. In addition to checking our vision, the doctor examined our retinas and intraocular pressure and collected my husband's tears to test for dry eye. She did not tell us about these tests in advance, ask whether we wanted or could afford them, or even disclose the prices. During the procedures, she did not explain what she was doing and simply asked us to move between devices. We had no idea what she was doing and thought it was all part of the vision examination. After finishing with my husband, who was seen first, she took him directly by the hand to reception without letting us speak, then immediately called me in. She completed my appointment the same way and wrote something on a piece of paper for me to give reception. It turned out to be a list of tests requiring another 240 GEL in addition to the 120 GEL I had already paid. My husband was charged another 350 GEL. We paid 830 GEL in total without knowing what it was for because, again, the doctor never explained what she did. At the end, she only said everything was normal and prescribed glasses. We learned about the procedures at reception. We had expected to pay 240 GEL for two appointments, which we paid before the visits, but afterward we were charged another 590 GEL without explanation. The notes we received only listed the appointment time and required glasses, with no description or results for the additional procedures. If we see another doctor, we cannot even show the results of the expensive tests. I also want to add that this doctor does not listen, although her first responsibility should be to hear the patient and take a medical history. She never listened fully, was constantly distracted, and frequently interrupted. Her behavior was unprofessional, and her goal seemed to be extracting as much money as possible through unnecessary testing rather than providing treatment. I especially want to mention reception. When we called to complain, they said administration would call the next day because they were not handling the matter at that time. Then they suddenly asked, “If it is not a secret, who is the patient?” We reminded them that they had just said they were not handling it, and they replied, “Oh, sorry.” Of course, administration did not call the next day or the day after. We called the clinic again and reached an extremely unpleasant, rude woman who did not listen, repeatedly interrupted us, ignored everything we said, and ultimately hung up. While shouting, she said she would forward our complaint to an administrative chat and that they would call, but not until the following week because they had finished work. When we asked why no one called during the workweek as promised, there was silence. I would like to know how this system operates. Rudeness seems to be valued at this clinic. Everyone shouts, interrupts, and extorts money. Even more interestingly, it was not administration but the director herself who contacted us. Like her staff, she shouted and interrupted, claimed she only served professionals, and said we had invented everything. Apparently shouting is professionalism. Predictably, she hung up before listening to us. Overall, this is a disgusting clinic where everyone tries to extract money but no one knows how to provide treatment.

    The clinic is terribly organized. Be prepared to wait for the results of a $300 test that could change your life, without knowing when you will receive them. Weeks later, you will be arguing endlessly with customer service through WhatsApp, the website, and email. Every hour, they will again ask for your full name and the branch where you took the test, tell you the results were sent, and ask you to check your spam folder. You will carefully check your inbox and spam and find nothing. They did not respond even when I requested a refund. Only after I threatened to call the police did they tell me the results were not ready and would take another week.

    Terrible clinic!!!! They are dishonest and incompetent! I do not recommend them to anyone!!! A place full of unprofessional people... A terrible clinic with terrible staff. My husband and I saw reproductive specialist Albert for a supposedly ‘free consultation.’ The post describing the terms clearly stated that the tests, consultation, and semen analysis were FREE. The doctor did not even take samples; he gave only a superficial glance and said everything was normal and no tests were needed. The semen analysis turned out not to be free. We paid and requested the documents needed for insurance. They said everything would be emailed, but we have been waiting for more than a week and calling the administration during business hours to remind them to do their job! We have had no documents since the 28th and only empty promises. In short, I do not recommend them. You will waste a lot of time and feel that you have been deceived.

    Dr. Mivankova, the ophthalmologist, is very good. She is pleasant to speak with and checks everything thoroughly to be certain. Reception is on the 3rd floor; otherwise, you will waste time waiting on the first floor. Everything went very well. The prices are not the lowest, but I have no regrets. This is not my first visit to this clinic network.

    I had an appointment with Stella Dzotsenidze yesterday (September 16, 2025). I had seen a negative review on Google Maps, so I admit I was a little concerned. However, yesterday’s appointment went smoothly. The doctor was professional, did excellent work, and carefully addressed my concerns. I have no doubts about her professional competence, and I do not know what happened afterward with the client who left the Google Maps review. The receptionist provided excellent service, and everything was handled efficiently, including the invoice and Form 100.

    I want to thank Dr. Nato Shengelia for successfully managing my pregnancy and delivery. She organized the entire monitoring process, from the first ultrasound through cesarean delivery and postpartum recovery. Dr. Nato personally performed the surgery. With her support, I felt secure, and my longstanding anxiety disappeared. I also thank sonographers Nino Grashvili and Mariam Mamatashvili for their positive attitudes and attentive patient care during examinations.

    I had an individual checkup. Therapist Alexander Nazarchuk was very professional. It had been a long time since I met a doctor so understanding and considerate of patients. In addition to a highly professional consultation, he listened closely to my concerns and clearly explained the available options. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander. Special thanks to the laboratory staff; the tests were painless, and the ECG was completed quickly. I also want to thank ultrasound specialist Nino Gelashvili, an excellent professional.     I have been waiting 16 days and still have not received Form 100. They promised to send it within 3-4 days after the appointment. I also write to the clinic frequently to remind them. I recommend it if you are willing to keep reminding them and wait for appointments; otherwise, I do not. I had no issues with the doctor's appointment itself.

    I went to Silk Medical for appointments with an ophthalmologist and an ultrasound specialist. A spot had appeared on my eye—not inside the eyeball, but on the white surface near the iris. It felt like a foreign object, so I chose a clinic that seemed reputable. I also wanted an abdominal ultrasound to check my kidneys because I previously had sediment in them. The experience was terrible. The ultrasound specialist was careless and indifferent. After the examination, he handed me a printed report entirely in Georgian, with everything crossed out and no explanation, recommendations, or conclusion. The ophthalmologist was equally indifferent. She declared that "everything is normal" without explaining what was wrong with my eye. She also did not tell me in advance that the vision test cost extra and only mentioned the additional charge at the end. I spent more than 300 lari on these appointments and received neither professional care nor basic respect. I strongly advise against Silk Medical. They charge high fees without providing quality care, explaining results, or showing concern for patients.

    Extremely rude and uncooperative staff member—“Anastasia.” She consistently fails to respond promptly and shows no sympathy, courtesy, or professionalism toward patients. Interacting with her is highly stressful, and being required to deal with her seriously affects the overall clinic experience. We are a German couple undergoing a surrogacy / IVF process, a highly sensitive and expensive journey. While the clinic is very clean and the doctor is competent, Anastasia is the primary contact for updates, and dealing with her has been extremely disappointing. Contacting her for basic updates is frustrating and exhausting. Responses are often delayed, and she frequently seems unavailable or on vacation. We conducted extensive research before selecting this clinic and visited the facility several times. Unfortunately, despite these visits, the process has still not begun. If this clinic wants to maintain and improve its reputation, especially at this location, it should reconsider having Anastasia in this role.

    I see Dr. Nato Shengelia at Silk Medical and am very satisfied. The clinic's atmosphere is always pleasant and calm, and the reception staff are welcoming and attentive. Every visit is relaxed. The doctor explains everything clearly and in detail without rushing. Ultrasound examinations are always thorough and include detailed explanations, so everything feels clear and understandable. Appointments begin on time, and the doctor later responds to text messages and answers questions. I highly recommend Dr. Nato Shengelia—an experienced and genuine professional.

    This clinic is small, and I do not know what the other locations are like. It was good to see a Russian-speaking staff member at the front desk. I brought my four-year-old child and was seen by Dr. Pavel Kazakov. He is a very attentive doctor, and I was impressed by how considerate he was with my child! He explained everything to me politely. We will try to see him in the future. I highly recommend him. My child is now doing well, recovered quickly, and responded well to treatment.

    I wholeheartedly recommend gynecologist Nato Shengelia. She is thoughtful, attentive, caring, conscientious, and makes patients feel comfortable. She resolved many of my problems, including one that numerous previous doctors could not address. She is always considerate and ethical, encourages me with warm words and a smile, explains what we are doing and why, and patiently answers my questions. This reassuring atmosphere is invaluable, especially in gynecology, where patients can feel particularly vulnerable. I would give her more than five stars if I could!

    I was fortunate to consult allergist and therapist Aleksandr Nazarchuk about my skin allergy. Dr. Nazarchuk was very attentive, carefully reviewed my medical history, and asked many additional questions. Only after gathering all the information did he give me a diagnosis. To my surprise, he explained the disease mechanism in detail. I now understand how it works and how to prevent recurrence. The doctor is also highly knowledgeable in biochemistry and modern medications and offered me three solutions! He answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood his explanations. I received a document by email with a detailed consultation summary, which was very convenient. I have recommended Dr. Nazarchuk to my friends and sincerely recommend him as your allergist or therapist. I will consult him again if needed.
