Terrible customer service. I made an appointment by phone in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the clinic opened an hour after my appointment time. Several other patients had also arrived for appointments at the empty clinic. Their treatment of patients was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

We had a hospital appointment at ten on the sixth. But there was no doctor, no receptionist, no one. When we asked, they said they never told us ten o'clock. They also said they open on Sunday the 6th at 11. I do not understand how this hospital operates. We waited 1 hour for the receptionist and doctor. No one apologized, and they even argued with me, asking why I was speaking that way. 🤮🤮🤢

For several months, we were unable to retrieve our embryos from GGRC. We were often ignored, went weeks without a response, and were passed from one person to another, leaving us anxious and worried. When we finally obtained the phone number of embryologist Marina Pavlova to ask about the embryos, she blocked me on WhatsApp after a few messages and, as it later turned out, also blocked the clinic's work email. She then posted a strange Instagram reel with her middle finger raised, saying patients were disrespectful, rude, and communicated improperly. If the reel was directed at us, which I doubt, all our WhatsApp correspondence is available, and I would never allow myself to communicate rudely. We are patients of the clinic: I underwent several examinations there, my husband was also examined and had his biological material frozen, and most importantly, our embryos are stored at the clinic. I wish the embryologist good mental health and greater humanity, instead of seeing only patients' wallets. Even if we were not clinic patients, no one should behave this way. I have never encountered such unprofessional and inappropriate conduct. Also avoid the Stork Service agency that works with the clinic. They are scammers who do not know what they are doing. Because of them, we have effectively been unable to retrieve our embryos from GGRC and have lost a great deal of time and money. We are suing Stork Service.

I froze my eggs at this clinic and was very satisfied with the overall result. Special thanks to Dr. Tamara Nadirashvili, who was highly professional, calm, and attentive and remained available throughout ovarian stimulation. I felt well cared for medically, and everything went smoothly. The clinic director also impressed me. She is a very polite and considerate woman who personally meets every patient during the initial consultation and clearly explains all the details. This was very important and reassuring. I was surprised that I had to request printed copies of the treatment contract and stimulation protocol separately; the clinic apparently does not provide them by default. For such an important medical procedure, I believe complete documentation should be provided without having to ask. Some experiences left a poor impression. The specialist who collected the cervical swab was very rude, speaking harshly and making me feel as though I were at a public clinic rather than a private one. It was unpleasant and caused unnecessary discomfort. Unfortunately, the receptionist, a young blonde woman, was also very unprofessional. When I asked her to confirm the payment details and whether my previous overpayment had been credited, she suddenly claimed not to speak Russian or English, which is unacceptable at an international clinic where communication is essential. At first, she also refused to look for documents I had left at reception and produced them only after I repeatedly insisted. Unsurprisingly, they were there, but she did not apologize. Thankfully, the woman who dispensed medication and taught patients how to give their own stimulation injections was very kind and helpful. Her warmth and clear guidance made a major difference during this emotional process. Overall, I am grateful for the medical support I received, especially from Dr. Nadirashvili and the nursing staff, but I hope the clinic improves its front desk service and communication, as these details greatly affect the patient experience.

This clinic has no vaccines. How can you plan a pregnancy there if they do not even have basic vaccines? The call center operator was rude and uninterested in answering patients' questions.

Not recommended. I am a patient at GGRC. The clinic has poor customer service, responds slowly to my inquiries, and leaves some inquiries completely unanswered. They value their agents and business partners more than their patients. Most responses to my questions were, “Ask your manager or agent,” which was completely unhelpful.

This is a terrible clinic because of Tamara. Thanks to Tamara and the doctor, I had multiple miscarriages. Every attempt and every embryo ended in miscarriage. Do not go to the clinic where Tamara works. Refuse this doctor; she is unqualified. Hamid is rude and irresponsible.

Everything was fine until I sat waiting from 11:00 to 2:12 while the person in charge called whoever she wanted. Please be fair. Everyone has things to do, so we need to be efficient. Thank you.

Extremely poor work done by legal team in GGRC especially Mariam Lastakanidze and Nino Dedabrishvili. If you can, try avoiding them completely. Don't pay any money in advance for legal assistance. They grab every single penny first and provide with awful service. You won't get to see or call them once payment is done. You will be an option.

There are many foolish reviews here, but I still want to write this: because of this clinic, I have a healthy son, my little boy Danny. I want to thank the clinic managers Nino and Tamara, with special thanks to Lado Vladimir and all the other staff. Thank you, everyone.

Can this clinic transport biological materials from Kulakova Hospital and store them here?

This is the best clinic ❤️ I am grateful for everything they have done. Dr. Tamara is highly skilled. I do not have a uterus but do have ovaries, and she did everything possible to help us become parents. They stayed in contact and answered all our questions. I believe they stand out among hundreds of clinics. Thank you for everything ❤️

Amazing experience at GGRC Clinic. The doctors are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff made us feel comfortable and supported at every step. Modern technology, clear communication, and real attention to patients. Highly recommended!

This clinic is a complete mess. The staff are unprofessional, yell at and bully patients, call them liars, cut corners everywhere, and make you endure extremely painful treatment. Stay away from this clinic!

Everything was fine when I left. Then a woman named Vlada started calling us again! Do not trust this woman—she will leave you to fend for yourself! I have screenshots of every conversation we had with her! I am warning you!

I was a client of this clinic, both as an egg donor and for freezing my own biological material. I experienced extremely unprofessional and negligent treatment. Dr. Tamara made a serious mistake: she prescribed a hormone dose twice my normal level, not based on my individual indicators but as a “safety margin” to ensure the procedure's outcome. As a result, I developed severe swelling and discomfort and needed 2 months to recover. This was extremely unprofessional. The staff at Stork Service, which works with GGRC, were also negligent. They forgot about my test and were prepared to proceed with the puncture despite the health risks. They told me about inflamed lymph nodes and the possible risks, but decided to proceed without consulting a breast specialist, who was on vacation at the time. They also failed to tell me that I needed to avoid food and water for 12 hours before the puncture. Ultimately, the procedure was performed while I was awake. Storage terms were another issue. I was initially quoted $250 per year, but after the 6-month free period ended, I was charged $750. They also did not provide me with a contract. This made me feel there was no transparency regarding the pricing and storage conditions for biological material. After consulting a lawyer, I decided to retrieve my biological material from the clinic because I was uncertain whether future storage conditions and costs would remain stable. I do not recommend this clinic.
