    I have never seen a better clinic. In 2024/1, my daughter underwent surgery with the help of Gizatulin Marat Rimovich, and I want to say that he is an extraordinary doctor. The medical staff surrounding our doctor smiled and eagerly helped patients. She had a brain tumor, and the 13-hour surgery was successful. My daughter is 21 and had a poor prognosis. We were told that any operation would have disastrous consequences. We are so glad Marat Rimovich performed this extremely difficult surgery at the hospital. Our entire family will pray for this doctor. May Allah grant you good health. Now, in 2024/7, we are receiving rehabilitation. I want to thank everyone working there—kind and compassionate people—as well as our doctor and rehabilitation specialist Sabyrbek Meirambek Mukhametalievich. He is young and a professional in his field. I hope he reaches the highest level without obstacles. You are the best—you gave us hope for the future. Thank you very much.

    I had surgery for varicose veins in my right leg in May, performed by vascular surgeon Alzhan Alkeshevich. The procedure was very quick, with no complications. I recovered quickly, and the visible veins are gone. I wore compression stockings for a month, but that is part of recovery. The level of care from the medical staff was excellent. Thank you all very much!

    ❌ I feel compelled to share our painful experience at this clinic so others do not end up in the same situation. This clinic shows how spending a great deal of money may not help and can instead harm someone you love. We brought my mother for a routine examination, expecting qualified help, convenience, and attentive care. Instead, we encountered negligence, overmedication, and complete insensitivity. My mother arrived in stable condition: she walked without difficulty and exercised daily. I was concerned about dizziness and high cholesterol. Cardiologist Lukpanova Aigerim persuaded her to be admitted for testing, saying only one bed remained. During our 10-day stay, however, the paid ward never appeared overcrowded. My mother received numerous IV infusions and medications, and after three days her condition deteriorated sharply. She could not eat, vomited severely, lost substantial weight, and became too weak to walk. Rather than accept responsibility, the doctor blamed her age, avoided directly answering my questions, and refused to discuss possible side effects of the prescribed treatment. Why were so many drugs prescribed despite her age and risks, ultimately worsening her condition? We were afraid to take her home because the doctor insisted on observing her for several more days. When I again raised concerns about overmedication, the doctor repeated that everything was fine, although my mother looked worse than I had ever seen her. A planned 4-day stay became 10 days, and she begged us to take her home. This “treatment” cost $2500: 250,000 tenge for the room and 350,000 tenge for the supposed treatment. Worst of all was her condition at discharge. She left in a wheelchair, exhausted, unable to walk independently, and with memory decline. We had to carry her home even though she had arrived in good condition. Before discharge we were told the cost was 650,000, but the final calculation totaled 1,020,000. The reception service was appalling from the start: they repeatedly confused rooms and information and forgot to respond or send documents. After discharge, we had to restore her health at home. Most upsettingly, she began improving after stopping the medications prescribed by this clinic, raising serious doubts about the quality of treatment. My lawyer and I filed a claim seeking a partial refund or at least another proposal, but management responded coldly and with complete indifference. There was no empathy or apology. Management reflects the staff. They finally offered, reluctantly, to examine my mother and discount the tests. 😵‍💫 After such a nightmare, who in their right mind would agree? We came expecting professionalism and humane care. The reality was entirely different: indifferent doctors, unclear prescriptions, and complete communication failure. From reception repeatedly sending us to the wrong rooms and giving false information, to missing test results in our account because of constant “technical issues,” to the incompetence and indifference of attending physician Lukpanova Aigerim, questionable testing, and the callous conduct of director Shulenbaev Olzhas Zhumataevich, this clinic caused our family enormous disappointment and stress. If your loved one's health and well-being truly matter to you, I strongly advise against contacting this clinic. They have very good reviews.

    Terrible clinic. Instead of providing real help, they only try to take your money. They prescribe unnecessary procedures and medications to charge more. Service is poor, and the doctors are completely indifferent to the patient’s condition. We spent a great deal of money and emotional energy, but the condition only worsened. Please do not waste your time, money, or health.

    Good evening. I am disappointed. It began when I scheduled sedation with a young receptionist whose name I do not know. I asked someone nearby how it worked, assumed everything was fine and that she might be new, and left reassured. Two days later I came for the test, and later learned that the receptionist had written down my phone number incorrectly. On the day of the procedure, when they called that number, the procedure was denied. I ultimately had it done in another office next door with different equipment and, of course, not by the doctor I wanted to see. Everything seemed fine and I have no complaints about that doctor, but the experience still left an unpleasant impression.

    On July 2, 2025, I underwent endoscopic surgery to remove a herniated disc. The operation was performed by a truly gifted surgeon, Marat Rimovich Gizatullin, and I have the utmost respect for him. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was quick. I am very grateful to neurologist Ayana Dmitrievna Lupezhova, a highly attentive and thoughtful doctor and a leading specialist in her field.     Strange clinic. I tried to make an appointment, but they ignored my messages and did not answer my questions. I had to repeatedly ask whether the doctor would be working on the day I needed and what their hours were. It felt as though the operator had no interest in scheduling me and that I was distracting them from something more important. I could not make an appointment or find an available time 😅

    I was pleasantly surprised by the clinic's service quality and the doctors' professionalism, although that may be because I was a platinum health-screening client. At this price, it was wonderful to receive such attentive care. I underwent a comprehensive checkup from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. and was very satisfied with the results. The clinic has the latest technology, and the interior is spacious, fresh, and comfortable. I hope they expand the buffet with tastier options for clients.

    If you want the worst possible service from a private clinic and to be deceived, this clinic is ideal for you. You submit a swab for testing, the due date for the results passes, and you still receive nothing. Day one: We cannot send the results; we cannot send this type of information through WhatsApp; you need to come in person. We arrived and were told the results were not ready—sorry. Day two: The results are ready, but the system cannot upload them to your account. We will forward the request to technical support for uploading. We received the same response three more times, until that evening when we were told the laboratory had not actually processed the results. Day three: We called twice and were misled both times. When we asked to speak with someone who could help, they hung up. That evening they told us there was a minor system issue and promised the results the next day. The following day, the same thing happened again. The operator apologized and transferred the request to a technician, then a manager, then someone else, with no result. After 4:30 p.m., they began saying all managers had left for the day and only regular staff remained. Of course, those staff would pass everything to someone else, but not until tomorrow. The doctors who created this system should seek management as quickly as they work. You are more likely to receive results at a public clinic, and they may not lie to you there.

    It took a very long time to receive the test results. I called 7 times and eventually had to go to the clinic in person. In addition to our own results, they gave us another patient’s scan reports, including an ECG and ultrasound. We discovered this later that day. I reported it to the clinic on Friday. Today is Monday, and no one has called me back. The patient whose scan reports we received was named Stefan.

    I did not like it here. Admission takes two days, and I felt exhausted when I left. The customer service center also provided inaccurate information, while hotel management ignored the issue.

    I would like to express my immense gratitude to the cardiac surgery team who performed an extremely complex heart operation on my mother, Lyudmila Alekseevna, in April 2026.
