An alumnus of the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and University of Malaya (UM), Dr. Chong is a nationally registered specialist and a member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Chong received the Excellent Public Service Award while serving at Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital.

    All the staff, including the doctors, nurses, and customer service team, provide first-class service. If I had one complaint, it would be the wait most of the time, but that is understandable. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

    This was our first time coming here for IVF, but there is a lot that needs improvement. We came because we expected a large institution like Sunway to provide good service. First, we found a lack of communication between the doctor's clinic and the fertility center. Some of the misunderstandings involved medications and dosing instructions. Second, we were dissatisfied with the embryology service. After egg retrieval, they gave us no report or written documentation. We only received a phone call, and when we asked about embryo grading, they ignored us. Third, despite having a doctor's appointment, we still had to wait in a long line. I would not expect such a long wait even at a public hospital. These are the three main reasons we do not plan to return for treatment. We are disappointed because we paid a great deal here, yet the service fell far below expectations. I hope the center improves its service in the future. Thank you.
