Dr. Farah Leong Rahman

Dr. Farah Leong Rahman earned her medical degree from the University of Malaya in 2006 and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She served with the Malaysian Ministry of Health for more than ten years and worked at government hospitals across the country.

She has a strong interest in infertility and assisted conception and completed specialist training in reproductive medicine. She has attended many courses and workshops to remain current, including the CREST (Centre for Reproductive Education and Specialist Training) course in Singapore and other fertility and assisted reproduction conferences worldwide. She is also a member of ASPIRE.

Dr. Farah is a strong advocate for women's health. She is a member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia (OGSM), actively trains future obstetricians and gynecologists, and supports other programs that promote women's overall well-being.

Fluent in Malay, English and Cantonese, Dr. Farah Leong Rahman believes that speaking multiple languages helps her better understand patients' needs. In addition to fertility consultation and treatment, she provides pregnancy and delivery care and services for other gynecological conditions.

All the staff, including the doctors, nurses, and customer service team, provide first-class service. If I had one complaint, it would be the wait most of the time, but that is understandable. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

This was our first time coming here for IVF, but there is a lot that needs improvement. We came because we expected a large institution like Sunway to provide good service. First, we found a lack of communication between the doctor's clinic and the fertility center. Some of the misunderstandings involved medications and dosing instructions. Second, we were dissatisfied with the embryology service. After egg retrieval, they gave us no report or written documentation. We only received a phone call, and when we asked about embryo grading, they ignored us. Third, despite having a doctor's appointment, we still had to wait in a long line. I would not expect such a long wait even at a public hospital. These are the three main reasons we do not plan to return for treatment. We are disappointed because we paid a great deal here, yet the service fell far below expectations. I hope the center improves its service in the future. Thank you.
