Dr. Mardiana bt Kipli

Dr. Mardiana bt Kipli earned her medical degree from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 2005 and a master's degree in obstetrics and gynecology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2014. While actively serving as a consultant obstetrician-gynecologist with the Ministry of Health (MOH), she is also an associate professor at UNIMAS. Her commitment to helping couples with fertility problems led her to join fertility training programs. Since then, she has actively managed fertility patients in her hospital practice.

Dr. Mardiana co-founded Pink & Teal EmpowHer (Persatuan Kesedaran Kanser Wanita), an NGO that provides free basic health screenings to women in rural Sarawak. Through this work, she helps women diagnosed with gynecological malignancies, particularly cervical cancer, receive early treatment. She regularly gives talks and writes articles on women's health to educate and empower the public. She also has publications and research papers on the subject.

Dr. Mardiana bt Kipli has extensive experience in gynecology, colposcopy and laparoscopic surgery from her clinical practice at Sarawak General Hospital. She manages antenatal cases and a range of gynecological conditions, especially polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and fibroids.
