Dr. Thow earned his medical degree from International Medical University, Malaysia. Before training in the UK, he worked at several hospitals, primarily in obstetrics and gynecology. He trained for four years in Malaysia and spent his final year in the UK to obtain membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

He is interested in assisted reproductive technology for infertility and completed subspecialty training in reproductive medicine. He works efficiently with couples experiencing infertility, providing consultation, investigation and treatment as comfortably and conveniently as possible.

    All the staff, including the doctors, nurses, and customer service team, provide first-class service. If I had one complaint, it would be the wait most of the time, but that is understandable. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

    This was our first time coming here for IVF, but there is a lot that needs improvement. We came because we expected a large institution like Sunway to provide good service. First, we found a lack of communication between the doctor's clinic and the fertility center. Some of the misunderstandings involved medications and dosing instructions. Second, we were dissatisfied with the embryology service. After egg retrieval, they gave us no report or written documentation. We only received a phone call, and when we asked about embryo grading, they ignored us. Third, despite having a doctor's appointment, we still had to wait in a long line. I would not expect such a long wait even at a public hospital. These are the three main reasons we do not plan to return for treatment. We are disappointed because we paid a great deal here, yet the service fell far below expectations. I hope the center improves its service in the future. Thank you.
