Dr. Edawati Dahrawi Edrus

Dr. Edawati Dahrawi Edrus graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with an MD. Originally from Kuching, Sarawak, she began her medical career at Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) in 1998. She earned a Master of Obstetrics and Gynecology (MMED) from USM and has more than ten years of experience as an obstetrician-gynecologist.

In subsequent years, she became passionate about helping couples build families, particularly after recognizing the limited availability of fertility services and physicians in Sarawak. She pursued subspecialty training in reproductive medicine under the Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH) and became a certified fertility specialist.

Most of Dr. Edawati's patients with infertility come from East Malaysia, especially Sarawak, and neighboring countries. She provides comprehensive obstetric, gynecological and fertility services, including IVF, male fertility treatment and laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Edawati Dahrawi Edrus is a member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia (OGSM) and the Sarawak Family Planning Association. She also serves on the Board of Visitors of the Taman Seri Putri welfare institution in Kuching and is an honorary adjunct lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).
