Dr. Hoo Mei Lin

Dr. Hoo graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 1998 and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. In 2009, she completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at KK Women's and Children's Hospital in Singapore. In 2018, she was elevated to Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in recognition of her contribution to women's health.

She served in public obstetrics and gynecology under the Malaysian Ministry of Health for 10 years, then continued her training at KK Women's and Children's Hospital in Singapore, where she earned her fellowship in minimally invasive surgery.

During her 10 years with the Malaysian Ministry of Health, Dr. Hoo worked in obstetrics and gynecology departments across the country. Before joining Sunway Medical Centre, she also completed a master's degree in reproductive medicine at the University of New South Wales, Australia, to further develop her interest in reproductive medicine and fertility treatment.

Although she has received professional recognition, she considers being the mother of two lovely children her greatest personal achievement. This motivates her to help other women experience the joy and fulfillment of motherhood.

Dr. Hoo provides comprehensive fertility care and treatment for a range of obstetric and gynecological conditions, including endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome, abnormal cervical smears and menstrual disorders.
