She is an outstanding and attentive specialist who put us at ease from the first minute. After our first appointment, we had no doubt that everything would work out, and she always stayed in touch.     I came to the clinic after four years of secondary infertility; we already had one child but could not conceive again. I knew nothing about the clinic and had read no reviews, but a doctor in my neighborhood recommended it. When I called, I was offered reproductive specialists M.V. Zharova and A.A. Feoktistov. Having never seen a male gynecologist, I chose Maria Valerievna. The clinic is conveniently opposite Sennaya Ploshchad metro station, easy to reach from outside St. Petersburg, attractive, clean, and staffed by friendly people. Appointments were efficient but still allowed time for questions. Despite the high volume, I never waited more than 20 minutes. Maria Valerievna developed a treatment plan after follicular puncture. Treatment was difficult, with painful injections, mood swings, and expensive medication. In my case it worked: the second transfer succeeded, and I am now the mother of two sons! I thank the clinic and staff for excellent care and our shared victory :)

    At age 20, another clinic diagnosed me with endometriosis. They frightened me about hormonal tablets and advised me to 'get pregnant' quickly to stop the disease from progressing. They also prescribed hormones without checking blood clotting or other chronic conditions. I researched the diagnosis online and found Embrilife, where I booked with Daria Alexandrovna Sobakina. She carefully reviewed all my previous tests, examined the ultrasound images, conducted her own examination, and concluded that I was healthy. For reassurance and prevention, she recommended an MRI and follow-up. The original diagnosis proved incorrect. After reviewing my symptoms, Daria Alexandrovna referred me to her colleague Elizaveta Yuryevna for pelvic-floor assessment. She was also an excellent, sensitive doctor. She identified the problem and explained the next steps. Both doctors were professional, attentive, and courteous. The clinic's administration also deserves recognition. The staff are positive, smiling, and polite.

    The clinic is fantastic! Of course, there are some drawbacks, but nothing in the world is perfect. I came to EmbryLife in 2021 with a diagnosis of infertility.     Today I transferred my embryos from another clinic to Embrylife, and I am very satisfied with the staff's work. I especially want to recognize senior administrator Anastasia.     We are delighted that we came to this clinic! Excellent service, attentive staff, and the best attitude toward patients. Dr. Ledyaeva Inna Vladimirovna is an outstanding specialist and a true professional. She answers every question, even silly ones, and communicates directly through WhatsApp. Compared with the quality of service in our city, the difference is like heaven and earth! 1. Everything in the operating room is one-piece, washable clothing, so there is no need to bring slippers or a gown. 2. After the egg retrieval, they provided a dry ration, which pleasantly surprised me. 3. Most importantly, the embryo transfer: Everything appears on the screen, including your embryo being placed in the catheter and transferred into you. The doctor prepared everything for the transfer very quickly and easily, within minutes. In our city, they struggled for 5–10 minutes, blaming a short cervix and an insufficiently full bladder. 4. After the transfer, they let me lie down for about 15 minutes, and I could have stayed longer; no one rushed me out. I lay there for almost half an hour. 😃 Most importantly, the doctor came immediately and gave me a preliminary IVF summary, along with instructions on what to do after the transfer. Naturally, many things were new to me after leaving my city. Here, I changed clothes and went home. 5. They emailed us an embryo culture report showing how the embryos grew and developed each day. Of 5 oocytes, 1 was transferred and 1 was frozen. In our city, we had one unsuccessful IVF attempt. Of 12 fertilized oocytes, none were cryopreserved, and 1 was transferred. It is too early to discuss the result, but we are praying. We are very satisfied with the service. We recommend this clinic to everyone! 👍👍👍

    I would like to share my review of this wonderful clinic 🌺 The administrators are very polite and attentive ☀️ Our journey at the clinic began in April 2024. Our doctor was Inna Vladimirovna Ladyaeva. She performed the examination very gently and answered every question. The transfer was postponed for medical reasons. We had the embryo transfer in October 2024, but the embryo did not implant.     Hello, I would like to share my review of this clinic. I applied for compulsory medical insurance at the end of November, and my first transfer failed. The clinic offered to freeze one embryo for a set price. That is where the farce began. They started extracting money from me. I paid 2,500 for an appointment from my personal account. As I was leaving, the clinic administrator asked me to pay another 1,600 because another procedure had not been performed. I paid 2,500 for my second appointment as well. The administrator at the desk said an ultrasound could be done instead and would be cheaper, but they did not refund the difference. In April, I received a referral for a frozen embryo transfer under compulsory medical insurance, but now I have been told that all May slots are full. They also said they could perform the frozen transfer for an additional fee.

    I would like to thank the clinic's doctors, Irgit Chayana Henzig-Oolovna and Anastasia Denisovna Alekseeva. They remain in contact and answer questions. I accidentally mixed up the medication dosage in my frozen-transfer protocol, but the doctor corrected everything quickly. The doctors reassured and encouraged me. We are awaiting a positive result.     I participated as a donor and was very satisfied with the doctors’ approach, the program conditions, and the comfort of every procedure. The doctors and administrators performed thorough health checks and ongoing monitoring, which was excellent because the health of all patients, including donors, is the clinic’s priority.     This was my first visit to this clinic; my doctor referred me to see a hematologist. The doctor was knowledgeable and skilled, explained everything thoroughly, and provided recommendations. I was satisfied with the appointment. I have mixed feelings about the clinic itself—or, more precisely, its staff. I personally disliked that the receptionist photocopied my passport without my consent…🤔 When checking in on the first floor, they give you a plastic card that you must hand to security after paying for the service before you can leave the clinic. Parking is somewhat difficult and depends on luck.

    This was my first and last visit to this clinic! I was extremely dissatisfied. When I asked questions such as whether “everything comes down to money,” the fertility specialist did not take my concerns seriously at all. She laughed while giving me advice, as though she found it all amusing! This was the first time I had encountered such an incompetent doctor. I came seriously seeking help, but the doctor said that my husband wanted to donate eggs, or that if I bought eggs the child would not have my eggs, and she laughed. My God, how could a doctor say such things! I will never return to that clinic; I left in tears, feeling completely misunderstood! I definitely do not recommend them. Good luck to those who had a better experience; unfortunately, I was not so lucky.

    In October 2024, I came to EmbryLife Clinic to see fertility specialist Angela Vyacheslavovna Danilyan. I loved her from our first meeting: she was approachable, clear-minded, and highly skilled. The path to pregnancy was not smooth. First I had hysteroscopy performed by another excellent doctor, Natalia Alexandrovna Mustekivi, followed by four IUIs, two with stimulation. Unfortunately, all failed. I was very anxious and wondered what was wrong and why others succeeded while I did not. But every appointment with Angela Vyacheslavovna stopped those thoughts, and she encouraged me after every failed attempt. We ultimately chose IVF. Every step proceeded smoothly and quickly, and we trusted her completely. Finally, we succeeded. On August 29, 2025, I saw two lines and a three-digit hCG result. My extensive medical record, my ‘War and Peace,’ was finally completed at this clinic. I sincerely thank Angela Vyacheslavovna and the coordinators who accompanied me for nearly a year: Anna, Daria, and Alina. With love, my dear doctor ❤️ AV

    Pros: Courteous staff Comfortable clinic That is all. My husband and I came here for testing. It took a full two days to get the results. We later learned that they can actually provide results within one day. We were tested on the 12th, so the results should have been emailed on the 14th. Several days passed, but nothing arrived. I called the clinic several times. They replied: We will forward the information to a senior supervisor. Then...nothing happened. I called several more times, with the same result. Because of this test, I missed my doctor’s appointment on the 15th, and my patience finally ran out. I called again on the morning of the 16th and received the same response. They kept brushing me off. Close to 2 p.m., I called once more, determined to file a complaint so they would finally send the results, especially since the test cost nearly 5,000 rubles. First, they entered my email address incorrectly several times, even though it was clearly written in the contract. Then they told me there was a problem with the email, haha. After I mentioned Rospotrebnadzor, the results arrived in my inbox within minutes. I have a very poor impression of this clinic. I will never return.

    I began working with this clinic in August 2025. I chose my doctor at random but have not regretted my choice. Anzhela Vyacheslavovna D. is so calm and reassuring that I relax during appointments and believe in myself. It is still too early to say more, except that I remain under this doctor's care and hope for success. All the clinic staff are welcoming and friendly. Yes, it is expensive, as are other clinics. But there is always a choice whether to pay; the decision belongs to the client. My manager, Arina, who has guided me from the beginning of my journey, explained everything clearly and, importantly to me, is always available.     I am receiving treatment at Embrylife under the excellent Dr. Maria Valerievna Zharova, who manages my IVF protocol. She is an absolutely wonderful doctor, and the clinic assistants are excellent too. They have planned more than one course of physical therapy for me, and the first course is now complete. I have never met such outstanding specialists. Maria and Natalya are both very kind and approachable. I enjoy going to them for treatment every day because they are so attentive.     I underwent IVF at this clinic on my prenatal doctor’s recommendation through the compulsory health insurance program. I really liked the clinic—it is clean and welcoming, and all the staff are polite and friendly! I especially want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Anastasia Denisovna Alekseeva!!! She is an excellent, highly competent, attentive, and knowledgeable doctor who loves her work. After three missed miscarriages, we decided to try IVF. Because we had only one recommended embryo, we had just one attempt. Today, at 8-9 weeks pregnant, I had a follow-up ultrasound, and Dr. Anastasia Denisovna helped me see and hear my baby’s heartbeat! The doctor is always available, even on her days off. She is concise, direct, and never says more than necessary. She rules out and carefully evaluates every risk, which is very important. I arrive at every visit anxious and even cried today, but I always leave smiling, calm, and confident that everything will be all right. Thank you so much!!!     They gave me no feedback at all and ignored me on the messaging app. I waited two years for an appointment under compulsory health insurance, and they gave me nothing but empty promises. First, they said they would tell me a month in advance whether a slot was available that month. Then they said they would tell me one week ahead. How could anyone complete all the required tests within a week? Later, they said there was no funding at all. I am 35 and wasted two years at this clinic. The way this clinic treats patients is appalling.
