    The doctor is excellent and professional, but the wait is too long. I have to set aside half a day for every appointment because waits usually exceed 60 minutes. I even wait 30 minutes for a nurse to give an injection. This is unsuitable for busy professionals balancing fertility treatment and work. I did not expect such long waits at an expensive private clinic.

    I arrived on time and waited 90 minutes. They have my WhatsApp and regularly text me, yet could not warn me in advance. I wasted 90 minutes of a workday to hear something they already knew and could easily have told me. This is a private clinic, so I expected more. If I must wait 90 minutes, I could go to SGH for less. After my procedure, they never explained what I should or should not do. They did not even tell me about an appointment the doctor scheduled, so I did not know I needed to return. They also failed to perform tests included in the health-screening package they said they would arrange. I would not recommend this clinic because they do not respect patients' time or health.

    Diana at the front desk is very kind and approachable, and Dr Lim Min Yu is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend Sincere IVF Center.

    It was important to me to find a doctor who truly understands how difficult conception can be and listens to concerns. After trying several IVF centers, I came to Sincere IVF. Professor Ng is caring and gentle. The way he explained drawbacks did not discourage me, and I felt he truly did his best for patients. Nurse Alice and Nurse Rose are attentive and very reassuring. The clinic does not feel rushed, and appointments run smoothly. If a long wait is expected, the nurses notify us by phone at the start of the day.

    I have regular follow-ups with Dr. Julia. She is always patient and gives useful advice. My health has improved and is now stable and well controlled.

    Overcharging and overprescribing. Some nurses do a genuinely poor job, and the methods may be outdated. I did not feel everyone was sincere. I believe there are better places for IVF treatment.

    I am deeply grateful to Professor Wu and the clinic’s nurses and embryologists for helping me hold my two children in my arms. I truly appreciate the professor’s wisdom and gentle bedside manner, which helped resolve my problems and enabled us to create embryos, conceive, and maintain the pregnancies. Every step of IVF presented a challenge to overcome, and thanks to everyone at the clinic, I overcame them successfully. Thank you all for helping us on our journey!

    I had a very good experience at the Gleneagles OG clinic. Dr. Jotthikumar took excellent care of me, as did Ms. Jennifer, Nurse Hui Ping, Ana, and all the staff I cannot name individually. They were truly friendly, caring, and patient... I made the right decision to undergo IVF here.
