The clinic is very clean and the service is excellent; they do not pressure you to purchase any treatments.

My IVF treatment here was unsuccessful. I paid 450,000 baht, and the doctor instructed the egg donor to take injections for seven days of stimulation without any monitoring. Before egg retrieval, I told the doctor I was worried there might be no embryos, but the doctor confidently said there would be because the follicles looked good. In the end, the donor responded poorly and only 6 eggs were retrieved, even though she was only 22. All 6 fertilized on the first day. There were originally four grade-8 embryos, but none grew by day five, and we ultimately obtained only two blastocysts. Unlike other clinics, they did not continue culturing the remaining embryos. After more than ten days without genetic testing results and repeated follow-ups with the hospital, we were finally told that both embryos had genetic problems. The clinic then offered a discounted repeat cycle for 180,000 + 190,000 baht, but this included testing for only 3 embryos. Each test costs 15,000 baht. The first package included six tests, but only two embryos were submitted, saving them 60,000 baht. So is charging 370,000 baht for a second cycle that includes only 3 chromosome tests really a discount? In the end, I paid 450,000 baht with no result. Think very carefully before choosing to undergo IVF here.
