I had a wonderful experience at Gineia. I obtained an appointment the same day I called. The doctors and nurses spoke good English, making communication easy. The clinic looked new, and everything was extremely clean and in its proper place. I observed that they had protocols and followed them rigorously.
I felt safe and comfortable throughout the process.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a child. The doctor gave excellent, detailed advice, even though I was told it was a difficult case. Most importantly, the place is clean and looks very nice.

I had an excellent experience freezing eggs and embryos at GenPrime Genea. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all professional and welcoming, making me feel at home. Undergoing IVF treatment overseas is a major challenge, but choosing GENEA was one of the best decisions I have made.
My greatest concern was how long the children would have to wait during the procedure. I was impressed by the hospital's thoughtful arrangements. To keep them entertained, they played Pororo, the popular Korean children's cartoon, and provided cold drinks and snacks, helping them wait patiently. This allowed my husband and me to relax and focus on the procedure.
I was also worried because I do not speak Thai, but the interpretation service was professional and seamless. From the consultation with the director through the entire procedure, I received accurate information and felt reassured. The clean environment and warm hospitality made me feel at home even in a foreign country. I cannot imagine a more family-friendly hospital. Thank you very much!

World-class in every way. Every part of Genea exceeded my expectations. It is one of the best clinics I have visited, and I have visited many. From the clean, professional reception area to the attentive service from every employee, each detail was impeccable. Dr. Jan was kind and an excellent communicator. His fluent English made the entire egg-freezing process clear and easy to understand. This was my first experience of this kind, so I was very nervous, but the Genea team reassured me and confirmed that I had chosen the right clinic.
Highly recommended. I will definitely return to Genea for egg freezing and IVF in the near future. 🫶
