Whenever my children are ill, I bring them here for treatment. The service is excellent, especially in the pediatric ward. The nurses care for the children very well and are thoughtful. I really like this place.

The dermatologist misdiagnosed the itching as lice and prescribed lice medication. The itching was ignored, so I had to return to the pharmacist for another opinion and buy shampoo for dandruff. My scalp was very dry. A one-day treatment for the itchy scalp cost 300 baht, yet the visit cost 1,700 baht, wasting my time and causing distress. Then I had to sit and look for lice even though there were none. At what age do people even get lice? The doctor also seemed eager to leave the room for fear of catching them.
It was a simple issue, yet it was still misdiagnosed. I do not want to imagine what would happen with anything else... Please improve.

An internationally accredited hospital comparable to a leading private hospital, with a wide range of specialist medical centers. The doctors, nurses, personnel, and staff are polite, cheerful, and take excellent care of patients. The overall atmosphere is very good: beautiful, clean, and safe. There is also the international Viva Food Loft food court and many convenient shops, including Starbucks, 7-11, Auntie Anne's, S&P, Tong Garden, and many more.

I always wondered why this hospital had so many good reviews compared with others. It turns out they asked me to write a review in front of them and watched me give 4 stars while my examination was still in progress 😁😁. This does not mean the hospital is bad. It is clean, the service is good, and the nurses are attentive. Dr. Chai, who consulted on my physical examination, was patient and caring and explained everything clearly. The ultrasound doctor, however, was rather impatient. Like other hospitals, it has good and bad aspects, but asking us to write a review in front of them is a little ridiculous.

The nursing staff lack training and do not understand the difference between over-the-counter and prescription medicines. I requested balm or a hot pad to relieve tension and had to wait 6 hours

We visited the hospital's dermatology department on October 13. The doctor shouted at us, did not want to examine the condition properly, and made no diagnosis. She merely confirmed what was written in the report we brought from the monastery, without properly communicating with the patient or interpreter. Her attitude was forceful. She calmed us down and then walked away. No examination or biopsy was performed. They told us the wound was being cleaned with a special hospital procedure, but in the end they cleaned it with alcohol and rhubarb solution and charged 1,500 baht. This cleaning was repeated every day, and we were forced to help them do it. Their medication cost 3,000 baht, while we paid 1,500 baht for it outside, half the price. This is an exploitative hospital. The staff are disrespectful and laugh and talk about you in front of you.

An excellent service starting from welcoming me and my wife at the Airport, all the way to the 111-RESIDENCE, and on the morrow into the service centers of the hospital where we had our first meeting with the doctor. She recommended lab check ups and tests as per International standard protocols. This was taking time, but built our confidence. We're now waiting to hear the final results, after which the detailed comprehensive treatment will follow. The hospital I regularly visit was as satisfactory as ever, and this time I needed inpatient treatment. It was the best hospital stay I have experienced—like staying in a hotel, with plenty of rest, balanced meals, spacious comfort, and peace and quiet. If you need anything, the nurses, staff, and cleaning team are helpful and courteous. The food was delicious too!

I was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer and received treatment at Vejthani Hospital. The doctors provided very detailed guidance on targeted therapy and closely monitored tumor progression. The nursing staff were very attentive and checked my breathing every day. The interpreters also helped me greatly by explaining every step of treatment.
