    Dr. Somjate Manipalviratn, the medical director, is an unethical physician who performed an illegal abortion at Jetanin Hospital several years ago and, according to his statement during a Zoom meeting, never reported it. In January 2023, we tried to arrange an appointment with Dr. Jongjate Aojanepong to discuss the matter. Dr. Somjate Manipalviratn should have reported it as required by law. A complaint about the illegal abortion was sent to the Medical Council of Thailand on June 17, 2024. In an online interview with Prestige, Dr. Somjate said, 'When talking about medicine, we usually think of illnesses whose outcomes are not always favorable. But in my work, we talk about creating new life.' What hypocrisy. He should have said, 'In difficult circumstances, my conscience diminishes, and I set aside my values to protect my clinic's reputation by performing an illegal abortion. Because my boss is a politician, it is easy to cover it up.' You are not only a doctor but also a great actor who can easily deceive patients. You should be ashamed. A complete report on this matter and a complaint against Dr. Somjate Manipalviratn were emailed to the consultation department in March 2023. A year has passed without any feedback. Can anyone in Jetanin's senior management explain what they mean by a 'holistic approach'? A doctor accused of a criminal offense later became medical director. Could this happen without help from senior management? Is it not convenient for the hospital founder also to be a police chief, allowing any wrongdoing by key staff to be easily concealed? Under the RTAC International Code of Practice, page 6, ART units must also comply with relevant national laws and regulations in their country or region. Under Section 32(3), licensees must prominently display medical fees, service charges, and patients' rights at the healthcare facility. If Jetanin does not comply with its own country's laws, its RTAC status may be invalid. Jetanin, as the licensee, should publicly display treatment rates and service fees where any patient can easily see them, rather than providing a price/rate sheet behind closed doors during appointments so patients do not know what treatment costs or whether other patients pay the same fees. Current and prospective patients can note this and check for themselves on their next visit to Jetanin. For more information, Google www dot anti dash sexselection dash ivf dot com. Does Jetanin's senior management have a complaint-review process for all complaints, and do they inform patients of the outcomes? Check before choosing Jetanin for any treatment. During my research, I saw public Facebook posts in which Dr. Somjate described and complained about services he received from various providers. As medical director, has he established an appropriate complaint process at Jetanin? For your information, have you heard of the Zika virus? Before planning IVF treatment, you must research the virus to understand how it may affect you. Thank you.

    Dr. Srisuk was very rude. She is a fraud. I had planned to undergo IVF, but changed my mind after witnessing the poor conduct. The facility is extremely crowded, and nothing is ever explained.

    Jetanin is a theater where dreams are born. It is a place where hopes are turned into reality. It is definitely a great hospital with top notch service, state of the art technology and heartfelt care. I would be eternally grateful to Dr. Pinyo for his great care. He is a caring doctor with great sense of responsibility, humbleness and warm-hearted gestures. Dr. Pinyo was always ready to answer all the queries whenever we used to ask him in the whatsapp group.     I met Jane at Jetanin. She was amazing. She gave me a tour of the hospital and helped me understand the egg-freezing and ICSI services, as well as the hospital facilities. She speaks several languages: English, Hindi, Arabic, and Thai. She was very kind and highly proactive in helping her clients. I strongly recommend contacting her.

    The IVF process often makes couples nervous and stressed, but Dr. Pinyo’s experience and expertise gave us confidence throughout the process, and we are now successfully pregnant. Jenjira and the team at Jetanin Institute for Assisted Reproduction—including the nurses, laboratory team, and receptionists—all played an important role. They made us feel at home every time we visited the clinic, and their prompt communication throughout the process was also reassuring. We will always recommend Jetanin to anyone seeking IVF support.

    After visiting Bumrungrad Hospital, Nawabutr Clinic, Bangkok Hospital, and Safe Fertility Center, Jetanin Clinic is by far the worst fertility clinic/hospital I have experienced. Their crowded entrance hall smelled like a dirty bathroom, and their doctors and staff were either extremely rude or treated you like a statistic—worse than a customer at a fast-food restaurant. Although we arrived 45 minutes early, 15 minutes earlier than requested, we still waited nearly an hour to see the doctor. During that hour, we were shuffled around the lobby. Yes, the same lobby shown in their marketing photos, except in reality it was crowded and smelled like a dirty bathroom. The lobby is a public area used for patient intake, blood pressure checks, pharmacy access, and general waiting for everyone and everything. There are no private spaces for these activities and no regard for patient comfort or safety. You even have to climb a steep flight of stairs to enter the clinic. No fertility clinic that cares about patients would place them in such a hazardous environment. The doctor we saw showed no compassion for our situation and kept citing general statistics instead of considering our unique circumstances. Her advice was essentially to “go back to your own country,” even though one of us has been a Thai citizen since birth and has four generations of family in Thailand. Her attitude was extremely rude and biased against foreigners and women in their 40s, with no consideration of individual factors such as a high ovarian reserve or long-term use of prenatal supplements. While we waited another 15 minutes to pay, the nurses and cashier mocked us without caring that customers could see them. Jetanin left us feeling hurt, humiliated, and disappointed, as if fertility treatment were not difficult enough. I would only recommend it to someone willing to pay for such cruel treatment and ridicule.

    Dr. Pinyo is absolutely Jetanin's best fertility specialist and an outstanding obstetrician-gynecologist. We underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) under his care and were very fortunate to succeed. Throughout the process, he was not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also kind and compassionate.     Please note: the most expensive package does not include a very important component—EmbryoScope technology. When we asked to see the embryos' development, they responded that we had not said we wanted this technology, which was very disappointing. We had not known this and assumed the most expensive package included all the best technology. They used older technology, so Dr. Pinho replied, "The results were poor; our sperm and eggs were not suitable." Therefore, they provided no evidence. Experts later confirmed that too many injections had been given to stimulate egg development... Ultimately, we were very dissatisfied with these two errors.

    I went to this clinic to freeze my eggs and saw a female doctor. It was a terrible experience. I felt she was trying to meet her quota by pressuring me to start stimulation injections and undergo egg retrieval. In the end, only 4 eggs were retrieved. She then had me undergo two more retrievals, for 17 eggs in total. I was physically and emotionally exhausted. I paid about 180,000 baht. Later, I switched to a clinic near Witthayu Road. They retrieved 10 eggs in one cycle. The doctor there was very professional and kind, and I paid only 130,000 baht. I definitely do not recommend this clinic. This is my honest opinion. My experience there was extremely disappointing.

    I had an excellent experience receiving treatment from Dr. Pinyo at Jetanin. IVF is a challenging and emotional journey, but Dr. Pinyo made the entire process very smooth. As international patients, we communicated mainly through WhatsApp. Dr. Pinyo always answered our questions patiently, explained every step clearly, and reassured us throughout. We ultimately had a successful embryo transfer, all thanks to Dr. Pinyo. He is the best doctor at Jetanin.     ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IVF treatment is never easy, but Jetanin Hospital made the process much smoother than we expected. It began with an online consultation with Jane and Dr. Pinyo, and honestly, that first call gave us so much confidence. Jane is an outstanding coordinator. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our well-being at every step. No question was too small; she answered patiently, always reassured us, and gave professional guidance. Dr. Pinyo is simply amazing. His expertise is unquestionable, but what impressed us most was how considerate and caring he was toward my wife. He explained everything patiently and ensured she was comfortable throughout. We could not have found a better doctor. The rest of the Jetanin Hospital team was equally impressive—professional, friendly, and highly supportive from our first visit through postoperative care.     My experience was not very good. I initially chose Jetanin for egg freezing because of its reputation, but ultimately withdrew and selected another fertility center at Gaysorn Amarin, despite its price being nearly 50,000 baht higher. A statement from a Jetanin doctor, relayed through an assistant, made me question their integrity. When I challenged it and sought clarification, I received no clear or reasonable explanation. Perhaps I was mistaken, but I did not want to freeze my eggs somewhere I did not fully trust. I was also dissatisfied with their assistant team. By comparison, the clinic I chose was reviewed more favorably and made me feel safer. Its doctors were warmer and more professional, and the assistants were friendlier and more responsible. This is only my personal experience, but I hope it helps others comparing clinics.
