⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Our experience with this fertility clinic has been extremely frustrating. While Dr. O is knowledgeable, compassionate, and one of the few bright spots in the process, the operational side of the clinic falls far below expectations. The biggest issue is the lack of proper guidance and communication regarding treatment schedules. Patients undergoing IVF are already dealing with significant emotional and financial stress, and accurate scheduling is critical. Unfortunately, appointments and procedures were repeatedly postponed with little notice, creating confusion and anxiety. The coordination among the clinic staff is poor. Communication between departments appears disorganized, and basic notifications are often missed or provided at the last minute. We frequently had to follow up ourselves to understand next steps. What is even more concerning is that we were instructed to order expensive specialty medications, only to have our treatment schedule delayed afterward. This resulted in wasted medication and unnecessary financial losses. Despite these delays being caused by the clinic’s scheduling issues, the financial burden was placed entirely on us. Overall, while Dr. O deserves recognition for providing quality care, the clinic’s administrative and scheduling failures significantly impacted our experience. Patients deserve better communication, better coordination, and more accountability when their time, health, and money are at stake.

We are incredibly grateful for the attentive care we received from Hope Fertility. After being told we had only a 20–25% chance of conceiving and having a healthy baby, we knew we needed help, and this team changed our lives. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Asemota for IVF and Dr. Gavino, and I cannot say enough about their expertise and compassion. While stationed in Georgia, I completed two IVF cycles, and my coordinator, Mariana, was attentive, responsive, and supportive throughout. Before our military transfer, we successfully transferred an embryo, but sadly lost it just days before the move. Even after we left Georgia and could no longer attend in person, Dr. Asemota continued to follow my case, ensured I received proper care, and remained available for questions during that difficult time. I will never forget her words: ‘This is not your whole life—only one part of it, and certainly not the end.’ We held on to those words. Through every difficult decision and conversation, we felt cared for like family. We truly felt the entire Hope Fertility team was cheering us on and prioritizing our health and success. We decided to complete a second embryo transfer and traveled from Washington State and Texas respectively. For anyone in a similar situation, it can absolutely be done. Neicey made the process smooth and stress-free. The second transfer was successful, and we are now expecting our baby in November 2026. I do not know how to fully express our gratitude to a team, but from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone at Hope Fertility.

They cared for and supported us throughout the process. The front desk staff were also wonderful and handled everything smoothly at both the Alpharetta and Lawrenceville offices. I began working with Dr. A in 2017. At the time, Dr. A worked at another fertility clinic, and I went to her for egg freezing. I did not have a partner then, and as a nonprofit professional I had limited funds, but Dr. A worked with me and successfully retrieved two viable eggs during my freezing cycle. Unfortunately, I could not afford another freezing cycle, but I remained hopeful and prayed that everything would work out. Fast-forward to summer 2024. I had a wonderful fiancé, and we were both in our forties. After trying unsuccessfully to conceive naturally, I contacted Dr. A again for fertility care. We thawed my two frozen eggs, and Dr. A and her team created two embryos. One passed PGT. In April 2025, after multiple tests and evaluations, Dr. A performed my embryo transfer. In January 2026, my son was born perfectly healthy. Without egg freezing, my son would not be here. If you know you want biological children, please freeze your eggs. The earlier and younger, the better. I cannot say it is an easy process, but neither is parenthood, so it is good practice. Dr. A never gave up on me, and I am deeply grateful. She was also honest about all the risks and possibilities. My outcome is not typical, but I believe Dr. A and her team played a crucial role.

I had an excellent experience with Hope, Dr. A, Neicey, and the entire team. From the moment you enter, every staff member remembers your name. Appointments are punctual and efficient, and the clinic offers a convenient online communication platform. Pricing is transparent, and clear communication about the process reassured us. Beyond these excellent systems, Dr. A and her team genuinely care about every patient. They celebrate with you, make you feel at home, and provide exceptional care. My wife and I are an LGBT couple and completed reciprocal IVF here. Every staff member was inclusive and kind. If we decide to have a second child, we will definitely return!

I completed two full treatment cycles at Hope Fertility across 2024 and 2025. After the first transfer failed, they made adjustments that I believe led to the success of the second transfer when I was 32. I am due in summer 2026, and we are incredibly grateful and excited! Hope's staff are very polite, friendly, considerate, and understanding. Their facility and team are also excellent. Dr. A is kind and fair, and you can tell she genuinely wants the best for you and hopes your wish comes true. The coordinators also respond promptly through the portal. Compared with prices we had previously researched, Hope seemed reasonably priced...perhaps even on the lower side, if I had to guess.

Dr. Asemota is a wonderful doctor. She listens carefully, creates individualized treatment plans, and genuinely cares about fertility concerns. Her primary goal is to help you achieve a safe pregnancy. I have a healthy, beautiful daughter who is now two years old. We will always be grateful to Hope Fertility Center and its caring, knowledgeable medical staff.

My first appointment at the Lawrenceville clinic was very disorganized. I arrived 10–15 minutes early, but the clinic door was locked and the staff arrived late. After an initial ultrasound and discussion of next steps, I was told to wait for my menstrual period and complete several time-sensitive steps. Three months later, the prescribed medication still had not initiated my cycle, so I contacted them through the patient portal. My message went unanswered for days. When my period finally began on a Friday, I had to call the clinic to arrange the next steps, but they offered no guidance or help with the necessary day-three bloodwork. Because it was Friday and the clinic did not help, I had to pay out of pocket for testing at a hospital. The following Monday, after discussing these serious medical errors with the clinic manager and a newly assigned care coordinator, I was told that I had to pay all fees in full before any further treatment. A payment plan was refused, and I was told treatment would be delayed for months. The clinic effectively halted my treatment plan without offering a workable solution, wasting three valuable months of my fertility window. The lack of proactive patient care, poor communication, and sudden financial burden left me devastated just before the holidays. I strongly advise against choosing this clinic, and I now have to restart my fertility journey elsewhere. —The issue can no longer be resolved—I already tried to communicate with you and was refused.

I would give more stars if I could! Hope Fertility Clinic is amazing. Everyone is caring and thoughtful. I never felt alone or unwelcome. I had an excellent experience with intrauterine insemination (IUI) at Hope Fertility. From the first consultation, I felt very comfortable. The clinic had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone I met was kind and reassuring. Dr. A was outstanding—professional, thoughtful, and very easy to communicate with. She explained everything clearly and consistently put me at ease. After treatment began, I was assigned a personal fertility coordinator, and my coordinator Fabiana was wonderful! She was warm, attentive, and handled every detail thoughtfully. All the staff were excellent. After only a few visits, the front desk and several technicians already knew my name, making each appointment feel personal and comfortable. When I learned I was pregnant, everyone celebrated with me, and their joy was so genuine. It meant a great deal to me. Overall, I had the best experience and am very grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend Hope Fertility to anyone beginning a fertility journey.

Dr. Garvin was very thorough in evaluating my polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). We were fortunate to become pregnant after one cycle of TIC medication. Highly recommended.

I sincerely thank Dr. A and the team for supporting me through my first IVF cycle. Everything has gone very smoothly so far. I have graduated to a regular OB-GYN and am 12 weeks pregnant after my first embryo transfer. I was very fortunate that the IVF process was mostly smooth. The few complications I experienced, including a concerning but ultimately harmless episode of bleeding at about 6 weeks, were handled promptly, calmly, and thoughtfully. Special thanks to Frangelis for taking adorable ultrasound photos and always remembering to offer me wipes. I also thank the phlebotomists for their excellent technique. One constructive comment is that communication about practical details, such as confirming insurance coverage, could have been smoother. The portal is generally convenient as the main communication channel, but complex conversations requiring several replies were hard to conduct promptly, and some written responses were vague or incomplete, causing further delays. Anyone considering IVF should know that it is inherently complex and frustrating. I fully believe Hope did everything possible to help my partner and me through it, and I am deeply grateful. Remember that the journey can be long (we first contacted Hope in September 2023), expensive (sometimes unaffordable even with insurance), exhausting (months of medication mean months of side effects), and extremely stressful (much of the process is entirely outside your control). Hope will help you make the best choices for your circumstances. Although I am not completely through this yet, my feelings about this baby have shifted from worry to excitement. Everyone I met was patient and courteous, even when problems arose. I trusted the clinical staff completely and always felt safe in their care. If we decide to try for another pregnancy, I will choose Hope again, and I recommend Hope Fertility to anyone struggling with infertility. Update: Our daughter was born on February 1 and is now nearly 9 months old. She is adorable and brings us so much joy. She would not be here without Hope. Thank you, Hope, for the greatest gift of our lives!

When we first looked for a clinic about a year and a half ago, reviews said this clinic had poor communication but good results. We chose it because of the results. Communication was an issue for a few months, but it was quickly resolved. Dr. A was very personable and made us feel from our first meeting that we wanted to choose her. That impression never changed throughout treatment. We are now expecting our first child and are very grateful to this clinic. I know we will choose it again when we want another child in the future.

Thank God and Hope Fertility Center. They have truly filled my heart. The doctor is caring and her team is outstanding. From the moment you arrive, they give you special attention and welcome you with love. I had a very positive experience at Hope Fertility. From the moment we arrived, the clinic made us feel welcome, and everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. A was very gentle and considerate. My husband and I felt truly cared for and supported throughout the visit. We experienced a neonatal loss seven months ago and are now trying again, so we came for an initial evaluation. Although the results were good and we did not need any invasive procedures at the time, I am confident we would receive excellent care regardless. I 100% recommend Hope Fertility!

Read this before scheduling an appointment.🚨‼️ Response update: When we asked Dr. Asemota what other lifestyle changes we could make, she shrugged and said there were none. We received no information at all about ways to improve our health holistically. Do not believe these lies from Hope Fertility‼️ In short, we had male-factor infertility, and they told us IVF was our only option. In Dr. Asemota's words, “If this were 40 years ago, you could never have children.” This was after learning that my husband used nicotine. We underwent IVF, but the transfer failed. My husband quit nicotine, and we conceived naturally. Please do not listen to this clinic. They do not care about holistic care; they only want the payment. It turned out that all he needed to do was stop using nicotine. Worse, I was assigned to Kristina, the most unprofessional and uncompassionate health care provider I have ever encountered. She mocked me whenever I tried to schedule appointments around my husband's schedule. I begged Dr. Asemota and her for relief from six weeks of nausea, but they prescribed medication only after my husband personally entered Dr. Asemota's office and explained how difficult it was for me to take my medications. This clinic takes your test results and then gaslights you about your distress. If you want an experience where you are not heard, are gaslighted, misled about your chances, and left feeling like an empty shell, Hope Fertility is the place for you!!! Seriously, stay away. Take this as your warning, leave this page now, and move on. Do not waste your time, money, and energy. They will drain you emotionally. Because my husband stopped nicotine, we conceived naturally only one month after our failed IVF treatment. Do not listen to these unethical scammers.

I highly recommend Hope Fertility and Dr. Garvin! Everyone here is extremely kind and attentive. From the consultation and all the testing to the start of the IVF process, every appointment was pleasant and informative. I actually conceived naturally during the cycle after my egg retrieval, so I did not complete the entire IVF process, but I have no doubt that Hope Fertility played a role. I cannot wait to continue my journey when family circumstances allow!

I had a great experience at Hope Fertility last year. Nya at the front desk was wonderful, with excellent customer service and a great personality. Dr. Gavins performed my tubal ligation because of other circumstances in the past, and she did an excellent job. I have almost no scarring. She also communicates well, explains the current situation in great detail, and understands that the IVF process can be an emotionally traumatic experience.

I recommend this fertility clinic 100%. Dr. Asemota and her staff are outstanding. Everyone is extremely attentive at every visit. I cannot thank Dr. Asemota enough for the exceptional care she gave me. I must mention my care coordinator, Nilsa! She is wonderful in every way. My wife and I were very fortunate to find this place. After extensive research and visits to several facilities, we came to Hope Fertility. It has been one of the greatest blessings of our journey, and we are extremely pleased with the care from Dr. Asemota and her excellent team of nurses and staff. When I decided to freeze my eggs, I looked for a fertility clinic with friendly, knowledgeable staff who would make me comfortable and work flexibly around my schedule. Hope Fertility was exactly that. Dr. A and the other women at the clinic were extremely helpful throughout my egg-freezing journey. They have a patient portal I could access on my phone, and whenever I had a question or received an updated medication schedule, I could quickly contact my coordinator, Mariana. Mariana continually provided helpful information about the process, which can be very confusing and overwhelming. The retrieval was quick, and they were intentional and kind about aftercare. If you need a clinic for fertility care, I strongly recommend Hope Fertility. 5/5!
