West Coast Fertility Institute (WFI) is a reproductive medicine clinical and research center in Los Angeles on the U.S. West Coast. It was founded by Dr. Ashim Kumar, a professor at a University of California medical school and a specialist in reproductive medicine, endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, and infertility, together with a California-based team of reproductive physicians, embryologists, andrology specialists, molecular diagnostics specialists, and ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) and PGD/PGS laboratory experts.

Over the years, under the leadership of Dr. Ashim Kumar, the WFI medical team’s commitment to reproductive medicine has resulted in a reported overall pregnancy rate per embryo transfer of 83%, rising to over 90% among younger patients.

    This was an amazing experience, and everyone's support was incredible. Sarah was by my side throughout, as were many others, and they made the entire process so wonderful.

    Terrible. Before treatment began, I had 5 follicles. The doctor prescribed an extremely high medication dose, and after 8 days all 5 follicles had degenerated. At the first visit, I already had a 16.6 mm follicle, but he did nothing and did not perform another ultrasound to see whether it matured over the next few days. If you are over 40, do not waste your time and money here. This doctor is only at the clinic on Thursdays.

    I followed Nurse Sofia's recommendation and traveled from London to see Dr. Quinn, and I am very glad I did. Although there were minor issues during treatment, Dr. Quinn's expertise, patience, and compassion helped me overcome every challenge. She always took time to listen, explain, and reassure me, which meant a great deal. Her nurse Sofia was also wonderful—supportive, caring, and always available when I needed help. Thanks to Dr. Quinn and Sofia, I achieved the result I dreamed of, and I am deeply grateful for their dedication and care.
