I have so many positive things to say about this place. I am very grateful that someone recommended Dr. Raj, who made the process much easier. His team is always warm and friendly, with smiles on their faces. They feel like family. I was here for over a year. After my baby was born, I brought her to meet them, and they welcomed me warmly and were happy that my efforts had finally paid off. I would recommend Dr. Raj to anyone without hesitation. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me and my little family.

The billing department here completely ignored me, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their administrative error. They ordered expensive tests through Labcorp but failed to submit the required prior authorization to my insurer. When the claim was denied for missing documentation, they refused to help, claiming they could not submit anything retroactively. Because of their error, I received an enormous bill and was threatened with collections. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone in billing, get them to answer the phone, or have them accept responsibility. Patient care should not end when you leave the exam room. Carefully monitor how this clinic handles your paperwork.

IVFMD is a wonderful clinic. I feel like I got so lucky with Dr. Raj and his team being the first fertility clinic I visited. His nurses are warm, welcoming, and compassionate. I was very intimidated by the amount of medications and strict timelines IVF involved, but Dr. Raj and Nurse Kristie walked me through every step of the way. Dr. Raj designed a protocol specifically to what he thought my body would respond to, and also took my concerns regarding ovarian hyperstimulation into consideration. We had an amazing outcome thanks to him and the level of care the embryologists provide. We got pregnant for the first time EVER on our first frozen transfer, and sometimes I still can’t believe I’m here, over halfway through my pregnancy. Thank you to Dr. Raj, Nurse Kristie, and the IVFMD team for helping us grow our family. We can’t wait to meet our sweet boy!

Before I started this Journey, I searched really hard to find wonderful reviews on a fertility clinic. This place definitely stood out thanks to everyone who took the time to write a review. Thank you for doing so. So grateful that I came to this clinic. Dr. Raj, Jessica, Joy & Trish we’re all always so kind to me. I can’t stress how helpful Jessica was always to me. I suffer with anxiety and was always so nervous throughout this process but she always made me feel at ease. Always found a solution to any issue I had. Absolutely EVERYONE was always kind to me throughout my whole Journey. Dr. Raj….THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making my our dream of becoming Parents after almost 12 years of infertility. Five stars for Dr. Raj and his medical team! They are wonderful. However, I am still in a dispute with the cruel woman in billing. My insurance company confirmed that they paid $154.41 for my July 14 visit, but I never received a refund, and that woman even rejected the dispute I filed through my credit card company. The front-desk woman who works with her is also not suited to working at your clinic. I strongly believe that fertility clinics need more compassionate and kind people at both the front and back desks. Again, Dr. Raj and his medical team are excellent; it is simply unfortunate that these cruel people are there.

Fertility journeys are often long and difficult, so having a doctor who supports you throughout is essential. He explains everything in detail and makes you feel at ease at every visit, through both good and bad. The clinic is always clean, and I was seen promptly. His staff are all friendly and professional. They always accommodated my schedule, allowing me to come in at the last minute or at the end of the day, which I greatly appreciated. We had two unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) and one unsuccessful egg retrieval. We planned another retrieval after taking a few months off, but somehow conceived naturally. I believe everything we had done helped prepare us, so I would not change any of it. We will always be grateful for Dr. Raj's role in our journey. Even after graduating, I returned for another ultrasound, just in case! I am happy to say we are halfway through the pregnancy and expecting a daughter next January. I sincerely thank Dr. Raj and his nurses Kristie and Jazmine. I struggled with infertility for 10 years despite having no previous medical history. I spent two years and a great deal of money with doctors in Arkansas before deciding to look for another option. I searched Google for a doctor in Texas, and I was fortunate that day because I found Dr. Raj's clinic. We had our first appointment in September 2024, and from that day on I knew it was the best decision we could have made. The doctor was very attentive at every visit. After my polyp removal, he planned our first transfer, but it was unsuccessful. The doctor then spoke with my husband and me, and we tried again. I can now tell you that we are 7 weeks pregnant. I could call Kristie at any time on Saturday or Sunday, and she always answered. I will miss Dr. Raj, Jazmine, and Kristie very much. If you are about to begin IVF, Dr. Raj and his nurses are ready to help you. I fully recommend them. Dr. Raj is a physician who loves his work, and I will always remember him.

Our fertility journey began four years ago. After about two years of medicated IUIs, first for me and then for my wife at this LGBT-friendly clinic, it was time to try something different. Dr. Raj discussed IVF with us and honestly explained that it might not be the best choice for our medical situation. He then told us about embryo adoption, which was a better option for us. We joined the waiting list until embryos became available, and about seven months later, we received the call. ❤️ After four FETs, the fourth one stuck, and we are currently 14 weeks pregnant! I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Raj and our nurse Trish were throughout the process. This journey was incredibly difficult, but the IVFMD staff made our experience excellent. Update! We now have a beautiful three-year-old child ❤️

This review is long overdue, but I want to make sure anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area looking for a fertility specialist finds Dr. Raj. A friend referred me to him after her sister had been his patient. After I became his patient, a colleague also told me that Dr. Raj was her doctor. Both became pregnant with his help. I began treatment in July 2024 and underwent two egg retrievals. We transferred in November, and I am now due in August 2025! My husband and I are very grateful to Dr. Raj, nurse Kristie, and the entire staff!

I went to IVFMD's Irving location for two tests related to IVF, including an HSG. The young woman at the front desk welcomed me warmly, and I was taken back immediately upon arrival. I had both tests performed consecutively, which was a major plus because that is how the process should work. Shannon Maloney, WHNP, MSN, was extremely gentle, and I felt no pain at all! I had read many reviews saying both tests were painful, so I was genuinely afraid. Shannon did an amazing job! I will definitely see her for monitoring related to my IVF treatment at CNY Colorado. If you are undergoing IVF, I highly recommend this team.

So far, our experience has been terrible, and we cannot reach anyone. Unfortunately, this is the only place covered by our insurance. If my wife and I have to go through this process, deal with the way things are done here, and are unsuccessful, I will certainly say it was because of the stress and pressure they caused us.

Dr. Raj is absolutely the best doctor we have ever met. After one year with him, we conceived our IVF miracle. The staff are all very attentive and patient. During such an isolating and difficult time, you truly feel like part of a family. Thank you to the entire team, especially Dr. Raj and our IVF nurse Jessica! We will eventually return for baby number 2 :)

Dr. Raj and his team are the best! Highly recommended.
