We had an excellent IUI experience at Kindbody. Every step was explained very clearly from beginning to end. Their website offers many resources, and the entire team was kind, professional, and helpful. We highly recommend Kindbody and are incredibly grateful to them for our lovely twins!

Kindbody Atlanta is absolutely terrible and unsuitable for any fertility treatment! We stayed for nearly a year only because we had insurance; otherwise, we would have left long ago. The front desk staff are never welcoming. Every time I visit, they ignore me without even saying hello. You might expect employees at a fertility clinic, especially at the front desk, to be warm and friendly, but that is not the case here. The nurses who draw blood, especially Andrea, also always seem to be in a bad mood. Whenever I ask Andrea a question, she answers rudely. Our first miscarriage experience was also terrible. At my first ultrasound to check the gestational sac and heartbeat, the lead sonographer quietly told another nurse in the room that we had miscarried. She did not tell us first; we learned from their whispering. This was extremely unprofessional. At first, I thought Dr. Kain was the clinic's only good doctor, but I later realized we were just a number to her. She appears to be the only attending fertility doctor and cannot even keep patients straight when communicating with them. Before my second transfer, I insisted on checking my progesterone level the day before. Dr. Kain said they did not usually check it but would if I requested it. The test showed that my progesterone was low. The next morning, Dr. Kain instructed me to increase my dose a few hours before the transfer. They checked it again after the transfer, and it was then within the normal range. Imagine what might have happened if I had not requested the test. Overall, this clinic is terrible. I had such an awful experience during an extremely vulnerable time in my life. I would never recommend it. Please look elsewhere for a friendlier fertility clinic that cares more about its patients.

This is my first negative review, but I feel I owe it to the fertility community to share my experience so others understand what they are signing up for when they entrust Kindbody with their future family. We went through four unsuccessful cycles—three rounds of timed cycling and one IUI. The first round went as well as it could. The staff was kind and responsive, and although we didn’t get the results we hoped for, we felt comfortable trying again. The second round was completely different. No nurse was present during my ultrasounds, only the technician. I was told I would receive phone calls if my medication regimen changed, but despite constant adjustments, I only received updates through the portal at the end of the day. This left me scrambling from pharmacy to pharmacy to find what I needed so I could start treatment that same night. I was never told why these changes were being made. Even though I had fertility insurance through Mayven and wasn’t charged for the first procedure, Kindbody said I owed $500 out of pocket. They charged me twice because they failed to link my account with my husband’s. On one visit for lab work, the needle slid out of my arm and the nurse shoved it back in. When I told her it hurt, she replied, “It did? I’m sorry, this must be a bad batch of needles.” After all of this, I was told I had grown too many eggs and the procedure had to be canceled. At that point, I was livid and ready to switch clinics. I voiced my concerns to the doctor and spoke with a clinic manager. They were apologetic, admitted they weren’t sure why I was ever charged, and promised adjustments to restore my confidence in their practice. I appreciated the olive branch and decided to continue. We were already approved through our insurance to do one more round of timed cycling and then an IUI. Anyone going through fertility challenges knows timing is everything, and starting over at a new clinic would have delayed everything. The remaining visits went smoothly, but after two more unsuccessful rounds, I needed a break. We decided to move to another clinic when we were ready to try again. At the new clinic, the doctor discovered polyps causing inflammation that directly affected implantation. Kindbody missed this important factor. I was also told that, because I have PCOS, I needed additional medication since I was resistant to follicle-stimulating hormones. Kindbody knew I had PCOS and never offered these medications, even though I wasn’t responding to the hormones and had to stay on them longer with dosage changes. Despite my frustration, I had no intention of writing a negative review. I simply wanted to move forward. But now we’ve started receiving notices for a $900 invoice. For the past eight months, we’ve gone back and forth with Kindbody’s billing department about why we owe this charge when our insurance covered everything. We repeatedly asked for detailed, itemized breakdowns, but they never provided them. A week ago, we began receiving collection notices. We now live in Alabama, without fertility insurance, trying to budget for a new treatment plan—and we are being harassed by Kindbody. This is where I draw the line. Do not trust this company with your future. It simply isn’t worth it.

Be careful! Their billing department is terrible. They overcharged us $1,000. We had already pointed this out, but they would not listen and refused to perform the IUI until we prepaid the full amount, even though my husband’s employer had promised to cover all costs after the procedure. After his employer paid the $1,000 they had insisted we prepay, no one told us we had overpaid. We found out only 6 months later when our flexible spending account (FSA) reconciled the previous year. We had to plead with them for a refund, and even then they returned it to the card rather than issuing a check. That would not have been a problem if they had refunded it in 2024, when we had the procedure, but they refunded it only 6 weeks ago, after the spending deadline and too late to submit any other medical receipts. Our FSA is use-it-or-lose-it, so we lost the money. They effectively took $1,000 from us. Worse, when we tried to schedule a second IUI, they wanted me to pay the deductible again because they had not submitted the first procedure to the insurer in time, so the insurer did not know the deductible had been met. If time or money is limited, or if you simply want a good healthcare experience, go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with this company has been a complete mess, although Lu and Donna were the two best people we dealt with. They repeatedly misled us about medications. We had been paying over $50 per vial for progesterone because they said our pharmacy would not order it and my local pharmacy would not cover it. I knew that was untrue because I work in a pharmacy. After considerable effort, I finally got a nurse to send the prescription to my local pharmacy, where three vials cost only $4. They said the same thing during the second egg retrieval. After I finally found someone to transfer the medication, their recommended pharmacy did not accept our insurance. Kindbody Pharmacy included billing information on the prescription faxed to my local pharmacy, but it did not match any insurance I had ever used. It turned out that my prescription coverage did cover stimulation medications at my preferred pharmacy; they only required prior authorization, which I assume the staff did not have time to process. Kindbody Pharmacy wanted to charge me more than $7,000 for medications they said my insurance would pay for. I also called my insurer and confirmed that Kindbody had never billed my insurance for medications during my first retrieval. When I reviewed the billing information from Kindbody Pharmacy, I discovered it was a discount card. We have undergone three embryo transfers, two performed by our OB-GYN, who previously worked with IVF and IUI. Our estradiol and progesterone levels were too low to support pregnancy. We were later told my uterine lining was not considered thick, but that ‘they had seen success with thinner linings.’ By the third transfer, we were extremely dissatisfied because we knew medication could thicken the lining, so the doctor finally prescribed it. Unsurprisingly, it worked and we had a positive pregnancy test. Although I ultimately miscarried, my estradiol remained low, so I should have been on a higher dose. It also took the medical team an entire year to discover that I had insulin resistance. They did not test for it initially; we identified other concerns ourselves. They assumed that because we are a same-sex couple, IVF was automatically necessary. In reality, we had tried IUI and at-home insemination for 8 years without ever having a positive pregnancy test. That should have immediately prompted the medical team to investigate further. We are still disputing billing issues, which have been ‘escalated’ four times over the past year, yet we still have no answer about last year’s charges. We are also trying to clarify the biopsy procedure I am supposed to have in three weeks. I am now seriously considering ending dealings with both the insurer and Kindbody and finding a clinic that will monitor my wife’s and my health as closely as we need. I strongly recommend saving your money and time and choosing a clinic that genuinely cares for patients instead of focusing only on enrolling them. Also, our OB-GYN is more than a five-hour drive from Kindbody and performs our laboratory tests and ultrasounds. We saw the doctor’s office fax the results to Kindbody, yet Kindbody told us we had to call and have them resent instead of a nurse calling the office to obtain the needed information. I understand that this may be inconvenient for the nurse, but we called the clinic repeatedly and they repeatedly confirmed that the results had been sent. What else could I do? I sincerely hoped things would improve after reading similar reviews two years ago, but the same problems remain and nothing has changed. Kindbody’s responses to reviews are also always identical: they are working to improve and working to change. It is all untrue; they only want to build their reputation and financial gain.

I received fertility treatment at this clinic for a year, and the care and support were honestly wonderful. This journey can be overwhelming, but the team made me feel supported and cared for. Special thanks to Nurse Donna, who was always caring and attentive and made me feel at ease. She took time to answer all my questions and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout treatment. Special thanks also to Andra, who was exceptionally gentle and patient during my blood draws. I am very afraid of blood tests, but her kindness and calm manner made them much easier.

I struggled with infertility for nine years and underwent multiple tubal surgeries and egg retrievals to reach this point. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with our miracle daughter. I visited many large fertility clinics and had painful experiences where I felt like nothing more than a number and a bill, ultimately feeling abandoned and uncared for. Everything changed when I met the kind Dr. Cain. She listened carefully, genuinely cared, completely changed my treatment plan, and reassured me that everything would be all right. Dr. Cain always kept communication open, so I never felt alone or afraid. The clinic has a boutique feel and is not intimidating at all. The staff quickly felt like family and always welcomed me warmly with a smile. I had the best nurse, Pam, who is amazing, and the best sonographer, Christine (Chrissy). I cannot say enough good things about these women; they saw me at my worst and my best. IVF alone is an emotional roller coaster. The clinic director, Regina, is wonderful and very helpful. One thing is certain: I will always be grateful to this clinic and all its outstanding staff.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Kindbody-ATL! We began our fertility journey five years ago after my husband underwent chemotherapy. We had to delay treatment because of limited funds or lack of insurance coverage. We found Kindbody-ATL only after Walmart, where I work, added fertility benefits to its insurance. From the beginning, getting started was fairly easy even though the clinic was more than 300 miles away. We contacted them in April 2023 and completed our first transfer in December 2023. Every staff member was wonderful, and Dr. Cain was exceptional. We were very fortunate to obtain 8 viable embryos from just one cycle, and one embryo transfer gave us our miracle baby, who was born healthy on August 23, 2024. We will continue choosing Kindbody whenever we are ready to grow our family.

Me and my husband used Kindbody for our IVF Journey, and are currently 9 months pregnant with our little miracle baby! We were so grateful to have a Kindbody benefit through my work, but I truly could not have hand-picked any better clinic to go on this journey with! We struggled for years on our own with no success in getting pregnant. After our first meeting with Kindbody they already seemed so eager to help us and gave us lots of options to get started. We decided to start with a round of IVF. I always saw IVF being a part of my future, but now the thought of it was getting so real and almost overwhelming. The staff was so much help to get us started. They were there to help explain the process, how to get the medications that I would need, get the financial side of it set, and always answer all the questions we had. IVF is such a physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging process but having such a caring and helpful team made the process so much more smooth! Our first round of IVF ended up in 4 embryos, we ended up doing 3 separate frozen embryo transfers all in one year but each one failed. Each time we did a transfer it felt like we were getting closer, with the last one ending in a blighted ovum. I almost felt defeated after 3 back to back failed transfers, but I was determined to keep going. The staff was always rooting for me, and you could tell they wanted this for us just as bad as we did! After carefully reviewing everything that we had already done, Dr. Cain worked with us to help decide what else we could possibly change to achieve success. Ultimately we decided to try a second round of IVF. This was something that I never imagined we would have to move on to so quickly, but I felt very hopeful and confident in Dr. Cain’s expert decision to make some changes in my protocol that we felt would be beneficial for us. With medication changes and a few other changes in our protocol we ended up with a very successful 2nd round of IVF. We did genetic testing this round as well, and ended up with 8 genetically normal embryos. We did a frozen embryo transfer soon after and got our little miracle baby girl that should be making her appearance any day now! It was such an emotional day for us when we got to graduate our fertility clinic! We were so excited to be able to leave, but only because that meant we had made it so far with our infertility story. It was bittersweet to leave the staff we had grown so comfortable with! It is so important to have a clinic that you trust and are comfortable with while going through a process that can be one of the most trying times in your life. Kindbody was that place for us. We are beyond grateful to Dr. Cain and the rest of the staff at Kindbody Atlanta for helping us get to where we are. Pregnancy is something I was unsure that I would ever experience myself, it seemed so far out of reach for so long but they helped my dream become a reality that I have enjoyed every moment of so far. Some people on our journey with Kindbody really made our experience so much better. Dr. Cain was always so helpful in deciding what would be most beneficial for us and was always checking in on us. Chrissy the Sonographer, truly felt like a friend who just always wants the best for you and was so encouraging even on our hardest days. Anndrea, who did my bloodwork was always the sweetest and so personable! A huge thanks to these people and all the other wonderful nurses and staff members in Kindbody Atlanta!

Our path to pregnancy was not easy, and we are deeply grateful for our success with Kindbody. After two IVF cycles, I am now in my second trimester, and both pregnancy and baby are doing well. Kindbody's clinical team, especially Christine and Pam, gave me warm, confident care even during difficult times. We cannot wait to meet our daughter, thanks to Kindbody's science, medicine, and magic. Sending hope and positive energy to all the strong women of Atlanta!

I visited this morning to discuss IVF. My first impression was that the office was clean, but the front-desk staff were extremely rude and did not know how to greet customers or say thank you. I think I placed my trust in the wrong place.

An incredible experience. The appointment was slightly delayed because it was across state lines, but the doctors were warm and attentive. Every doctor provided first-class care in a very calm environment. Highly recommended!

We did not have a great experience here. I’m only changing my review to reflect the doctor and embryologist because we did have pleasant interactions with both Dr. Cain and the embryologist with our transfer and I know things are out of their control, our transfer went great and ended in successful transfer which we are thankful for - However, the experience with the remainder of the team has been a nightmare from day one. And since they are primarily who you are interacting with - it nearly overshadows every bit of joy you could have for a successful IVF journey. We experienced delays with our transfer due to paperwork not being requested, extremely delayed responses to messages, no one being on the same page with our care, billing tried to charge us twice for the transfer, bloodwork that was needed wasn’t ordered so had to go back and pay another fee to get that done thanks to the error. And this kind of thing happened more times than not. I had to basically chase people down and message multiple times to get responses to messages. I felt the need to check and recheck in with them to make sure something wasn’t wrong as it had been before. Our transfer was nearly delayed because when I notified of my cycle starting, I wasn’t answered for days later and could have missed the start window. We were told our embryos couldn’t be used and then found out that was not the case and we could. We just kept getting mixed directions. After escalating concerns to the director multiple times anbout miscommunications annd delays and being told it would change - we still experienced the same issues from the start of our time here to the end. So while we had a great experience with Dr Cain and the embryologist here - and this is the only reason I am changing this review because I do feel like they are owed the appreciation, - the errors and miscommunications of the admin team have added extreme stress and frustration to an already stressful situation. And created an extremely negative experience throughout the entire process.

Hello, I am happy to say that we succeeded. Thanks to God and to Dr. Cain's support and dedication, my baby was born. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication. Pam was wonderful and helped me every step of the way. I began treatment at Kindbody in July 2023, and after several attempts, my baby is finally in my arms today. Thank you so much. I will return for my second child. I truly believe I will succeed. 💖✨✨

I am now in early pregnancy after only one IVF cycle, with help from Dr. Cain and the rest of Kindbody's excellent team. From day one, my experience was wonderful. You do need to ensure that you attend appointments on time and call to schedule certain things, but overall everything went smoothly. Most importantly, Dr. Cain's expertise is the only reason I became pregnant. Chrissy's monitoring throughout and coordination by my excellent nurse Pam made the experience even better. The phlebotomists and front desk staff were friendly and always on time. And of course, we cannot forget the laboratory. Embryologists may not receive enough recognition, but they took excellent care of my little embryos!! I cannot wait to return with my baby. I owe everything to these amazing people. Thank goodness for science!

My overall experience was excellent, but one avoidable problem occurred at the end. The clinicians who care for you throughout the process are outstanding. They are professional, warm, empathetic, helpful, and very reassuring throughout. The front desk staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, although this may have been due to a bad day or another reason. They remained professional overall. I mention it because egg retrieval can be a very sensitive, private, and vulnerable process for many people. Interpersonal skills are therefore vital when welcoming clients who may already be nervous. However, Kindbody actively sought my feedback about the entire process and asked what could be improved. This showed that they genuinely care about the client's experience from beginning to end, from the first greeting through completion of treatment. It also showed that they want every employee to meet their customer service standards. My overall experience would have received a perfect score if not for billing problems that took too long to resolve. I contacted their billing department for months without a reply. I even had to leave a Google review before someone called with a solution. However, after learning about my communication experience with billing and the lack of assistance I had received, they resolved the issue quickly and effectively, which greatly impressed me. I understand that errors happen and one experience does not define a company's success. What truly matters is how they respond and honestly identify areas for improvement. Kindbody not only resolved my issue, but did so with grace, respect, professionalism, and empathy. I highly recommend Kindbody to anyone interested in their services. They are an honest company committed to providing the best service to patients and clients. Additional credit: A snowstorm prevented me from obtaining the medication I needed on time. Kindbody went above and beyond to ensure continuity of care and provided solutions and options that reassured me during the storm-related shutdown. Without their help, the snowstorm might have prevented me from completing my egg retrieval.

Crissy is truly a bright light in the office. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and honest. Dr. Cain is excellent, but you spend so much time with Crissy during scans, and she makes the experience as pleasant as possible.

Our experience with the clinical team (Crissy, Lu, Pamela, and Dr. Cain) was incredible, but the company's billing has been a nightmare. We have a large credit because we overpaid for IVF services, and the refund team has held our money for months without telling us when we will receive it. We started the refund process in December, and it is now March with no end in sight. Even when they say you will hear back within 24-48 hours, no one returns your calls. The billing department has no direct phone number, so you must keep calling the clinic or customer service for updates. The clinic director twice promised to call me back when I tried to escalate our concerns, but we still heard nothing, and there is no transparency in their billing practices. When I asked customer service for the director's or clinic manager's contact information, I was told she could not disclose it or she would be fired. They also tell you to message the billing team through the portal, but those messages go unanswered, leaving me in a constant loop trying to get updates until this is resolved. I am grateful that the Atlanta clinic team is wonderful, but I strongly encourage anyone considering Kindbody to be aware of the billing challenges they may face.

Fertility is a very personal journey, and so I’m writing this to give women a sincere perspective, not to bash the professionals. The setting is beautiful, but the experience, especially from a board-certified fertility doctor, left a really unpleasant taste in both my and my husband’s mouths. The doctor and I won’t name which one; while she was knowledgeable, you couldn’t help but feel like she was constantly “upselling.” Because KB is a for-profit clinic that’s not a part of the traditional health system, a clear economic component comes into play almost immediately in the conversations. Considering the nature of the topic, it’s pretty uncomfortable and somewhat disappointing—the incessant need to push IVF conversations, testing, medications, screenings, etc. BEFORE understanding the patients' actual needs, concerns, etc., was pervasive and, for us, an instant turnoff. Needless to say, we decided against this place. Come to find out I was pregnant when I visited them and didn’t even know it! And NATURALLY. 🙏🏾

Never use or trust these people. They have lied to us for nearly two years. Complete BS. They are falling apart and now even refuse to return our calls. We have hired an attorney and are pursuing them. They have fraudulently billed us for two years, refused to provide services, repeatedly lied about their locations, and now completely ignore us. Unprofessional! Read the news articles about them. They are going bankrupt, lost their CEO, and face mounting lawsuits. We are done with this treatment. We will tell every corner of the world and will organize protests outside your clinics. 100% pure greed and lack of care. Before deciding, read every review you can. Learn how untrained staff have killed embryos through simple mistakes. We have had enough. Check Reddit, Yahoo, Youtube, or any social media platform for the truth about what these monsters have done. We did everything right! We followed every step!! We attended every appointment!! We did nothing wrong. This is Kindbody's failure and greed. They cannot provide anything they claim. They only bill our insurance company multiple times for tests performed multiple times. Disgusting. Update: We are 100% patients. Of course, we did not use our real names. Speak with our attorney. We have left you more than enough messages for over a year, and you ignored us. You know 100% what you are doing and what devious, disgusting games you are playing. You have truly targeted the wrong people. We will not go away quietly. Update February 27, 2025: The Charlotte location is still not open, and no one has called us. We began using Kindbody on July 29, 2023. This is disgusting! Still no contact after leaving a message on March 10, 2025. The Charlotte location is still not open. Update As of April 7, 2025, Kindbody still has not contacted us, and the Charlotte location is still not open. They lied to us again, saying it would open in August 2023, then February 2024, then October 2024, after which they stopped all communication. They delayed our fertility plans by more than a year and a half. Completely dishonest.

Leaving another review to say how amazing this team is!!!! We could never have achieved this dream without you!

Dr. Kane and her team are wonderful. I began my IVF journey in September 2024, traveling from Florida! It was a long process, but we completed the journey and I am pregnant with my baby boy! From the travel experience to the in-house nurses Tracy and Pamela, they were the best in communication and knowledge. Melody also communicated very well. I would repeat the process if needed! We loved the office; it was very clean and always felt like home. Virtual visits with Dr. Kane were highly informative, and she left nothing out. Thank you again for this wonderful journey.

This has been the worst experience by far. The receptionists are neither friendly nor welcoming. Their phone number does not work, so you cannot call directly with questions or for clarification. Dr. Kane is hardly ever available, and you never see her. They expect you to send all your questions through the portal, where you may not be able to explain everything. However, I want to commend Lu and Pam for going above and beyond. They are the best. Overall, my experience was not good.

Update 1/10/25: I contacted Kindbody again, and without any communication or notice to existing patients, as far as I know, they told me they no longer have physicians available to perform annual well-woman exams. The representative told me they would be happy to provide fertility services, however. I did not request or need them. Update: A Kindbody representative contacted me and scheduled a well-woman appointment. I appreciate the customer service and responsiveness. My first annual exam was a very good experience. The second was somewhat worse because I had to wait more than a month for my Pap smear results. This year, I arrived for my appointment and was told they no longer perform well-woman exams at this location. Patients should have been notified in advance. It was careless and made it clear that they do not genuinely care about patients.

I began my journey with Kindbody on October 8, 2024. The doctor told me she would contact me the next day with the next steps. For weeks, I called Kindbody and left messages trying to reach this doctor or anyone who could tell me what to do next, because the doctor never called back. We did not learn until November that the next step was a semen analysis for my partner. When he went in for the test, he said the staff were very unprofessional and rude. This prompted follow-up from the clinic director. We finally met with the doctor on November 21. Her excuse for not contacting me was that she lives in Ohio and rarely comes to Atlanta. The meeting lasted less than 10 minutes, and she told my partner she could not give him detailed results because she is an OB-GYN and would have to arrange for him to see a male doctor. It cost $400 to schedule a doctor who could give him the results, but Kindbody still charged my insurance $250 even though my doctor said she could not tell us anything. From the beginning, we had asked someone to explain the total cost and our plan, but we could not get any answers. This again prompted follow-up from the clinic director. She was very pleasant and apologetic and scheduled a 15-minute meeting with my doctor so she could fully explain our plan. The day before the meeting, the medical assistant called to cancel it. She said the doctor did not want to meet with me until my lab results were available. I explained that the meeting was not about the labs; the clinic director had arranged it so we could clarify our plan. The assistant did not care. She said the doctor still did not want to speak to me—those were her exact words—and canceled the meeting. Later that afternoon, the clinic director called and said she had noticed the meeting was canceled. When I told her about my exchange with the assistant, she seemed concerned and said it was completely unacceptable. She suggested switching me to a physician who had worked at Kindbody for a long time. We were scheduled to meet during the second week of December. The doctor called from a private number, and I declined it without thinking. We had a brief conversation through the portal, and I apologized for missing the call. She told me she had openings in her schedule the following week. I have been waiting for that call ever since. More messages, no follow-up. My employer covers all of my fertility care. They loaded a large amount of money onto a debit card and sent it to me. Their only requirement is that I upload a receipt every time I use the card. My partner had his semen analysis on November 21, and again I called almost every day trying to obtain a receipt. My employer gave me 30 days to upload it. After 30 days passed, I requested an extension and received another 15 days. I called and messaged Kindbody several times each week asking for any proof of why I used the debit card—nothing! My employer had no choice but to treat it as misuse of funds and lock the card until I repay the money. I completely understand, because as far as they know, I could have gone shopping since I have no receipt proving otherwise. Choosing a fertility clinic means that, for some reason, I need help becoming a mother. That alone has worn me down emotionally for years. I began to feel heartbroken and afraid that I might never become a mother. My employer gave me hope. They gave me the chance to achieve my greatest goal in life. There was light at the end of the tunnel. Kindbody is taking away my hope. My heart is broken, and I am emotionally exhausted. I turned to Kindbody for help, but the process has only become harder. I have never been so disappointed. My only advice to anyone seeking fertility care is to look elsewhere 😢

This review concerns only Kindbody's billing department and lack of communication. I have reached my out-of-pocket maximum but still have outstanding bills. I tried several times to contact billing, but my portal messages kept being marked “resolved” without anyone speaking to me. I am now planning a transfer, and they have placed my care on hold because I have spent the past month trying to resolve the outstanding balance without receiving a response. My care is now delayed. What a frustrating experience in an already stressful process. I am very disappointed with Kindbody. Kindbody needs to communicate better and respond to patients. Update: Regina, the clinic director at the Kindbody Atlanta office, was truly wonderful in resolving this issue. She called me personally, and I finally felt like a human being. Thank you, Regina.
