After struggling and seeing doctors in the Scranton area, Dr. Lee changed everything for us. She listened, cared, and never made us feel like just another patient. Because of her dedication and expertise, we now have our little boy—something we once feared might never happen. We will always be grateful for the role she played in helping us become parents. If you are looking for a doctor who truly cares and goes above and beyond for her patients, I cannot recommend her enough.

They say it is hard to forget people who have had a major impact on your life, for better or worse. I can honestly say I will never forget Dr. Lee because she is the best doctor I have ever met. She is compassionate, honest, direct, and a true expert in her field. My OB-GYN originally referred me to another fertility clinic, but I took time to do my own research and am so grateful I found Dr. Lee. Our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) was successful—I am now 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant—and I will never forget that it happened on a Sunday, when Dr. Lee was there alone, showing how dedicated and attentive she is. I also want to thank her excellent team: Michelle, Courtney, Christy, and the other nurses whose names I did not catch, who always greeted me with smiles. Michelle knows insurance and billing extremely well and always made me feel welcome. Courtney is also wonderful: warm, approachable, and helpful. Dr. Lee, thank you sincerely for taking such good care of me through my graduation from your fertility clinic today. Thank you for answering my after-hours calls and for your patience and kindness. Writing this makes me emotional because you are truly wonderful. Once our baby is born next year, we will certainly return to visit and share that moment with you. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lee and her team. From the beginning of our fertility journey, we felt supported, cared for, and genuinely heard. Dr. Lee spent a great deal of time with us at every appointment, carefully explaining the science behind each step and ensuring all our questions were answered. We never felt rushed—she truly wanted us to understand the process and feel confident in every decision. We initially tried intrauterine insemination (IUI), but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. When we moved to in vitro fertilization (IVF), Dr. Lee guided us with expertise and warmth. Thanks to her and her excellent team, our first IVF cycle succeeded. The entire staff were welcoming, professional, and highly supportive. They made an otherwise stressful process feel manageable and hopeful. We are extremely grateful for everything Dr. Lee and her team did and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Words cannot express how much Dr. Lee and the entire medical team mean to our family! My husband and I were both diagnosed with conditions causing infertility. My experience at Family Fertility Center was truly wonderful. My husband and I tried for three years before seeking a second opinion after an unsuccessful IUI at Geisinger. We had a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Lee, where no one watched the clock or tried to rush us. Dr. Lee provides knowledge, guidance, and exceptional support. If you are struggling to conceive, I would definitely go here. The doctor and staff are wonderful, and you see Dr. Lee every time. Even when I sometimes thought it would never work unless I got lucky, I knew that if it could work, she could make it happen. After 3 IUIs and my second untested FET, I became pregnant! There were some male-factor issues in half the samples, and the cause was otherwise unexplained. The wait and everything else were worth it. She did an excellent job with the egg-retrieval procedure, which was very easy for me. I trust her completely. I did my research before coming and chose this clinic without hesitation. The care is very personal. It is incredible how hard she works every day!

Dr. Lee is one of the most insightful people you will ever meet. She helped my wife and me build our family while also guiding us through the difficult realities of fertility treatment. You rarely meet someone as qualified as Dr. Lee in a private practice. She not only achieved our goal of starting a family, but also thoroughly answered every question I could have asked. This is not your typical doctor's visit. This woman truly cares.

Dr. Lee was exceptional during both my first and second treatments. I went to her in 2021, and my beautiful daughter was born in 2022. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Lee and her team for their hard work and dedication in making our dream come true. After a year without success at another clinic, we were very dissatisfied. We came to Dr. Lee, who was highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to become pregnant. She explained every step of the process and what to expect. She truly spent a great deal of time being thorough throughout the process. I went to the office on weekends, and she personally called me during holidays to tell me exactly what was happening. All the staff were wonderful as well. I felt comfortable calling the office with any question. I will always be grateful to Dr. Lee and her excellent staff for my little blessing!

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Dr. Lee and her staff. Infertility is a long and difficult journey, but this center always made me feel at home. Give yourself grace during this time. Take it day by day, trust the process, and leave it to Dr. Lee to create your little miracle. We are now expecting after three IUI cycles and two frozen embryo transfers. My husband and I are extremely grateful that we found Dr. Lee and were fortunate enough to become her patients. She truly was the perfect doctor for us. Although we never wanted to experience two years of infertility and a miscarriage, we are deeply grateful that Dr. Lee helped us on our journey to build a family. My first appointment with Dr. Lee was by Zoom because her office is in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, while we live in Pittsburgh, about five hours away. We had a terrible experience at our first clinic, Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility in Ohio—see my other review for more information—so our first appointment with Dr. Lee was to review that clinic's diagnosis: an allegedly blocked right fallopian tube and mild male-factor infertility in my husband due to low morphology. Our first meeting with Dr. Lee lasted about an hour, and early in the meeting we knew we were in good hands. She thoroughly reviewed our records and asked many questions about the testing we had already undergone. By the end of that meeting, we fully understood her plan. At every stage, Dr. Lee explained everything in detail, personally performed every ultrasound, and always took time to answer our questions. Although our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) worked and I became pregnant, the pregnancy was not developing normally at the first ultrasound. An ultrasound by my local MFM specialist confirmed this, and I miscarried. Again, while this was an experience we wish we had never had, we were so grateful to have not only a doctor, but a kind person like Dr. Lee to help us through it. She even called me at 7 p.m. on a Sunday to see how I was doing. It was an extremely thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. During our second insemination cycle, Dr. Lee confirmed her suspicion that my right fallopian tube was not actually blocked, contrary to what the first clinic had said while insisting we needed IVF to become pregnant. Dr. Lee had always suspected that the tube was open. Rather than do nothing, waste the cycle, and have us make repeated trips across the state, she asked whether I would be willing to receive an injection of gel, wait at the clinic for an hour, and then undergo a saline ultrasound to confirm whether my tubes were blocked. If they were open, we would see bubbles pass through both tubes on the ultrasound. I waited in the conference room for an hour, and then we performed the saline ultrasound. We immediately saw bubbles light up my fallopian tubes, confirming that neither tube was blocked at all! Our plan was then to proceed with the next IUI appointment. I am so grateful that Dr. Lee performed this test because I am now nearly 35 weeks pregnant with our son. I do not think many doctors would have done what she did—let me stay in her office for several hours for a small test that truly made an enormous difference in our lives. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Lee for everything she has done for us.

I spoke with Michelle at the front desk and asked about the cost of sex selection. She would not tell me the price, so I asked her to schedule a consultation. She then asked my age; I am 36. She immediately told me I could not have a boy at this age. That was disappointing. How could she tell me that without any test results? I clearly told her I have no health problems. Getting pregnant is not a problem for me.

We initially planned to see a specialist in Hershey, Pennsylvania, but decided to change because we were unhappy with our previous clinic. When we met Dr. Lee and her excellent team, we finally saw hope. Dr. Lee's knowledge and dedication are first-rate, and her compassion and amazing bedside manner are unmatched by anyone in the area! Communication about what to expect during the process and the financial aspects was very clear. The embryology team and Michelle were wonderful! We welcomed a beautiful baby girl in October 2023 after eight years of infertility. We will always be grateful to this facility and every miracle worker there!
