    除了距离起点的距离之外,你提供的信息太多了。最重要的就是路线指引,而你却没有提供足够的信息。我以后再也不会用这个应用了。我给它零分。👎🏾

    放射治疗团队的冷漠无情对这个过程大有裨益。

The two women at the outpatient surgery reception desk were extremely rude and mocked me. They made fun of my English pronunciation. My English is not good, and I was nervous, so it was difficult for me. Then they told me to sit down and continued laughing at me. I found their behavior very disrespectful and cruel. I do not think it was right because I always treat others with respect, and it even made me hesitate about having the procedure. Later, my sister took a video of a robot—I do not know whether that is prohibited; perhaps it is—and I think someone could quietly say, “Excuse me, you should not do that. Could you delete the photo or video?” Instead, she loudly scolded my sister. It felt personal…

I absolutely do not recommend this hospital to anyone. It is the worst hospital I have ever encountered. My sister needed brain surgery to remove a cerebral hemorrhage. They said they had performed this common procedure many times. She underwent surgery the day after Thanksgiving 2025, arriving early that morning expecting everything to go well. After surgery, her condition deteriorated rapidly. She was initially conscious but then developed slurred speech and symptoms of a stroke. Her condition worsened until she could no longer breathe independently and required intubation, and she was ultimately declared brain-dead. On December 2, 2025, we had to remove her from life support. This was the worst experience of my life, and losing my sister has left me heartbroken. She was young and healthy. The doctors were extremely irresponsible. They allowed a resident to operate on my sister, and the surgery failed completely. We intend to sue this hospital, and I hope they never treat another family as they treated mine. We are devastated and desperate after losing our loved one. We despise this hospital and will do everything we can to hold them accountable for what happened to our beloved sister.

Our overall experience with Dr. Xie, the neurology team, and my father’s visit was excellent! However, I do have one complaint. I brought my father here for an appointment on Wednesday, 2026/1/28, at 11 a.m. in the neurology department on the fourth floor. If you plan to use valet parking, I strongly recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early. The valet line was extremely long, and it took nearly 30 minutes to reach the building entrance. I do not know whether the cold weather was a factor, but the line was very long, and valet staff directed everyone around the block, creating severe traffic congestion. After my father and I went downstairs and paid for valet parking, it took another 20 minutes to retrieve my car. I strongly recommend parking in the garage yourself. I have accompanied my father here several times, and the valet service has never been this poor. It needs improvement or a better system. I learned my lesson and will park in the garage myself unless I see substantial improvements.

I am extremely disappointed with this hospital’s valet service. Although valet staff are often the first people patients and visitors encounter, this experience was ruined by the afternoon supervisor’s behavior. He treated employees disrespectfully and unprofessionally, and the way he spoke to team members was uncomfortable to witness. Compassion and empathy should be paramount in a healthcare setting, which makes his lack of both especially concerning. His tone and treatment of employees reflected poor leadership and created a negative atmosphere inconsistent with the hospital’s expected standards. Management should seriously review how staff, especially those in leadership positions, treat others. Patients and visitors deserve a welcoming environment, and employees deserve respect. This situation was disappointing and, frankly, completely unacceptable.

I have been a patient at the University of Chicago since 1999. I love my doctor and nutrition team. Over the years, I have found no other place that cares for patients as attentively, so I highly recommend the University of Chicago for all your healthcare needs. I have also visited many other hospitals in the Chicago area.

They barely deserve one star, solely because some of the doctors are skilled and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff are a complete mess. I am currently dealing with a privacy-breach nightmare involving ENT that has seriously endangered my entire family. I served them with court documents explicitly prohibiting disclosure of my daughter's information to a specific person because she is dangerous. Despite consulting them four times about this, they still violated the order and allowed this person to access my daughter's MyChart, appointment information, and more. My daughter needs another surgery, and I am trying to reach anyone willing to transfer her records to the new hospital where she will be treated because I no longer feel safe or comfortable here. They clearly hire anyone without providing any training, which is deeply disappointing. The University of Chicago was once prestigious, but I would never return now, even if my life depended on it. The waiting areas and rooms are also dirty and cluttered, with dust everywhere. It is disgusting.

The appointment service is terrible! They have no option at all to schedule as a self-pay patient!! What is going on?! They should provide a link so people can pay online before the appointment and easily schedule as self-pay!!!! Then they cancel your appointment without notice! They say you must be “approved” to self-pay?!?! Then they schedule you a month later because they canceled your original appointment!!! How do they “approve” you to self-pay??? There are no criteria, and they did not record any of my information. They simply called to say my self-pay request was approved, but my appointment had been moved back a month!!!! The entire process makes no sense!!! I am shocked.
