Mr. Scott Mosher was very considerate. I truly appreciate how kindly he applied the paste needed for my EEG and kept me comfortable during the test. I sincerely appreciate his character and professionalism.

If you are naming Cleveland’s number one institution, it is not the Browns, Cavaliers, Guardians, or Rock & Roll Hall of Fame; it is Cleveland Clinic. Founded in 1921, the clinic has expanded beyond Euclid Avenue, Greater Cleveland, and the rest of the United States. I have received care here for nearly 40 years. Wherever I live, I make sure there is a Cleveland Clinic nearby.

Just to sit in a room to see doctor for 20 minutes they charged $1300 dollars just for the room. That doesn’t even include the Dr’s bill for seeing me. How is that even possible. No wonder why people can’t afford to be sick. Got to find a Dr not affiliated with Cleavland Clinic. 0 stars for cost. Dr was ok.

We withing is great when having to go to the main clinic for procedures. Valet parking around the circle and easy access to every location in the building. Excellent staff and super nice and very caring. Excellent place to be take care of!!!

I previously wrote a positive review of Dr. Bower, but then the bill arrived and shocked me. I know doctors generally do not handle billing. However, I spent only about 15 minutes with Dr. Bower and received a $16,000 bill today. I had asked whether the “procedure” in his shabby Cleveland Clinic office—generously provided by the organization also known as the “mafia”—would cost that much. He said no, then spent 10 minutes “carefully” removing a tiny spot from my throat. I am grateful that everything was normal, but this is outrageous. I was not taken to an operating room, given anesthesia, or anything else. $16,000 divided by the visit length is $1,066 per minute. Does that seem reasonable? Be warned: Cleveland Clinic profits from the fear and pain people experience when seeking medical care. I was afraid of the test result, but never expected to be deceived and exploited at the same time. Protect yourself and your money. Unless you want to be treated as a cash cow, do not go to Cleveland Clinic. Worse, I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor.

On August 7, 2024, I had a face and neck lift performed by Dr. Zins. I have had problems from the beginning: a strangling sensation inside and outside my neck, swelling of one submandibular gland, and pain at the base of my skull. Dr. Zins was the second Cleveland Clinic plastic surgeon I consulted. He asked why I chose him, and I said I did not want the other surgeon because the estimated procedure time was too long. I clearly told Dr. Zins I required surgery at the main campus. He said he could perform it there faster than Dr. Isakov. About a week before surgery, I checked online and discovered the location had been changed from the main campus to Beachwood. I was upset because we had booked a hotel at the main campus and I had expressly requested surgery there after Dr. Isakov said nowhere was better. I told Zins's staff I objected, and Zins soon called to say Beachwood was safer for me. Just before I was taken into the operating room, his associate Pierce told me he would personally perform my surgery. When I later told Zins, he said he did not know why Pierce had said that. Was Pierce lying? For a year and a half, I have not had a good night's sleep. This is the greatest regret of my life. I contacted the ombudsman, who said they would negotiate a refund or revision surgery. I said I would never allow Zins to operate on me again. He offered Botox injections in my neck and reduction of the submandibular gland, but said these procedures involve heavy bleeding and high complication rates. No, thank you. At my drain-removal appointment, one drain was stuck. He became annoyed and yanked it so hard that I fainted. He said the swollen lymph node was unrelated to surgery, although it appeared within a month or two afterward. Cleveland Clinic referred me to other doctors, but no one found a problem. My CT was normal. I wanted a contrast CT or MRI, but no one would order one. I feel some doctors simply want to dismiss me without determining the cause. Now, 20 months after surgery, I still cannot sleep, still feel strangled, and still have headaches. The ombudsman said she regretted that negotiations did not achieve the expected result. Patients who make complaints should be allowed to participate in negotiations. I felt treated as irrelevant and unworthy. I therefore left Cleveland Clinic. While I lie awake, Zins continues his life as usual. That man ruined my life! The photo was taken today, 20 months after surgery.

My sister went there because of cancer. They operated on her and kept her hospitalized for 7 days. After discovering she was terminally ill, they discharged her on the eighth day. She died that night—last night. That place does not care about patients. It is an experimental laboratory using people instead of animals, then billing insurance companies for money.

This is the best private health-care option for Canadians disappointed by Canada's poor health-care system. It is about a 4- to 5-hour drive from Toronto.

I had open-heart surgery there, and they saved my life and improved my quality of life. The trip was worthwhile, and they were ranked #1 in aortic aneurysm treatment and surgery.

I went in for hip resurfacing. My surgery and doctor were excellent, but the stay afterward was a disaster. First, they kept me in recovery for an additional seven hours solely because they were overbooked and had no room available. Apparently, this is a recurring problem. By the time I reached my room, I had missed dinner service, and my wife had to drive 30 minutes to bring me food. They placed me in an overflow area, where the staff seemed unsure how to manage me and my orthopedic condition. Then they had no walkers and made me wait more than an hour just to use the bathroom. Finally, valet parking, which is essentially necessary when having surgery, required a wait of more than 30 minutes. What was once considered one of the best hospitals in the nation now feels substandard.

My father recently had a stroke and was placed in Nuero ICU. The whole team of doctors and nurses aides and everyone, were amazing! Dr. Geiger from Oncology was also so special to my father and her care was impeccable! I’d like to call out a few that made my father’s last days as good as could be. First, Jeffrey, his RN (went to Xavier and grew up in San Diego). This young man was just amazing. His commitment to care was beyond and the way he dealt with our family was so gracious! I’m so glad my father was in his care! Also Dr. Hassit was very good to us. And Nancy, in custodial on the floor, she is such a beautiful woman inside and out! Her kindness and thoughtfulness helped so much in such a hard time!! Thank you to all who helped my father in his last days! I will be forever grateful and thankful he was with that ward! The whole ward was truly amazing and made the end so much easier! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Everything went smoothly after the consultation, but 4 months later, instead of telling me sooner so I could have surgery, they delayed and finally said they would not perform it. There was no reason for the delay. They wasted my time and insurance coverage!

My wife's spinal surgery was successful, and the surgeon was highly skilled. The problem was postoperative care. Calling the staff unresponsive is an understatement. Nobody noticed her, so she received no pain medication until someone entered her into the system. She had almost no assistance and had to rely on me and her roommate, who also had cancer. The room was not very clean, and the phone for ordering meals had been pulled from the wall, so I had to improvise. The lack of postoperative care traumatized her, and she cried constantly. Most staff appeared to be temporary nurses who meant well but communicated poorly with one another. Unless staffing and room cleanliness improve, we will avoid this hospital whenever possible.

I had stage IV cancer. When I went to the hospital, they gave me pain medication that lasted about 30 minutes, took an X-ray, administered saline, and told me I had severe arthritis. The pain was not arthritis—it was stage IV lung cancer with spread to my brain and lymph nodes. I drove five and a half hours to Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, where they performed scans and told me an hour and a half later that I had cancer. Cleveland Hospital then charged me $6,000 for the misdiagnosis. What a scam! Stay away from this hospital; they are extremely unprofessional!

I just have to say, it is awful when the ICU nurses actually remember what you have been through before. The staff are kind, the rooms are clean, and the food is fairly good. Wonderful—they saved my life twice! Five stars; I would choose them again. If death comes knocking again, he will not find me; I will be at Cleveland Clinic!

I would like to share my experience with retinal specialist Dr. Pierre George Neri. He is a highly skilled, caring physician who truly respects his patients and always makes them feel comfortable and reassured. He is very attentive to detail and genuinely cares about his patients' health. What I appreciate most is his responsiveness and dedication. Whenever I message him through the app, he replies quickly and clearly, which is very reassuring. In my opinion, he is one of the finest retinal specialists. I have been under his care for the past three years and attend regular follow-ups. God willing, I will continue to trust his excellent care and successfully complete my treatment.

After Dr. Zaki performed surgery, my father was recovering in the cardiac ICU. The nurses there told my ambulatory father to have a BM IN HIS BED instead of getting him a walker to go to the bathroom. It was the most degrading and humiliating thing I’ve ever witnessed in a medical setting. Then they had to audacity to tell him that getting him to the bathroom would delay his transfer to a step down unit (which should have happened hours beforehand but they were severely delayed). Great surgeons. Unbelievably degrading and disgusting treatment by ICU nursing staff. The ombudsman was worthless, reporting back that there was “a misunderstanding.” My mom, dad, and I all witnessed this gross recommendation and had to staunchly advocate for a walker after being told “this is our policy,” by the charge nurse. To be clear—she is saying it is their policy in the cardiac ICU to tell ambulatory patients to poop in their beds. World class surgeons or not, this should definitely NOT be the standard of care.

I love everything about Cleveland Clinic. Additionally I would like to add their My Chart Tech support. Specifically KIM. I was having so much trouble logging in & was getting confused. I'm elderly. She was so patient & kind. Got me back into the right app & even let me 'practice " so I was comfortable logging in. I am so appreciative & I hope her manager sees this. You have a wonderful employee. Thank you !

Cleveland Clinic refuses to follow Medicare rules. Medicare patients are NOT supposed to be billed by the provider until the bill has been processed by Medicare. Cleveland Clinic insists on billing patients ahead of that final determination. They have sent me bills for higher amounts that were eventually much lower after Medicare made their final determination.
    Jan 8, 2026
I wish I could write two reviews: five stars for the doctors and zero stars for the other staff. Since I cannot, I will give them three stars. The doctors are excellent, at least the more senior ones. They are highly skilled. The newer doctors are average. Billing is always a headache, and the bills are enormous. Communicating with customer service is extremely difficult. The contrast between the excellent doctors and the inconsistent quality of the other staff is very strange. Patients should proceed with caution.

I had one of the worst healthcare experiences ever. I had been a Cleveland Clinic patient for at least ten years. My doctor retired, but no one told me, and they did not assign a replacement. When I needed a prescription refill, I could not reach him. Worse, they tried to schedule me with a doctor on Warrensville Center Road who still seemed to be in school. When I tried to contact him, no one knew who I meant; he was actually only a resident. I called my cardiologist's office because I needed a prescription, and the person on the phone said I had to come in, even though my appointment was still several days away. They said they would prescribe only enough medication to last until then and would not provide the prescription unless I came in. Worse still, they sent a nurse rather than a doctor to see me. I am at a loss for words about this level of care. I have now transferred my primary care to a university hospital. I thought I was the only person having this experience until I spoke with others and realized there must be a problem with your hospital. I simply expected better. —Terry Grandberry

I would give zero stars if I could, but that is not an option. I was sent here from Columbus for surgery, and my postoperative experience has been terrible. Everyone was kind when I arrived on December 4, and surgery went well on Friday the 5th. But everything deteriorated after I was admitted to unit H50. Most of the nurses here are cold, uncaring, and extremely rude. I do not remember the first night because I was heavily medicated, but I had to beg staff for medication and help. Thank God my daughter stayed in my room that night because no one would help me. I do not understand how they can call themselves the number two hospital while allowing staff to treat patients like animals. If I had not been in severe pain from my groin to the top of my ribs, I would have discharged myself. It was that bad. My condition worsened yesterday, and I have been unable to keep anything down since 5 p.m. At about 9 p.m. last night, I suddenly began vomiting blood and bringing up everything, including my medications. All my medications are oral, and I have repeatedly asked for an IV or injections because I keep vomiting everything. I have had no pain medication since 5 p.m. yesterday and am in severe pain, but they do not care. I do not know what else to say; animals are treated better than I have been.

Cleveland Clinic does not accept my current insurance, so they will not let me schedule an appointment. I am changing to insurance they accept on January 1, 2026, but they still will not let me schedule in advance. Do they not want new patients? This is incredibly frustrating.

Back in 2022/2023 I was referred to Dr. Hopkins due to my unborn daughter being diagnosed with a rare condition. When meeting with Dr. Hopkins throughout my pregnancy he always greeted with a smile, answered all questions I had, and went out of his way to ensure I knew the process of absolutely everything my daughter would have to go through once she was born. Fast forward to now, he continues to always great my daughter and I with positivity, smiles and warmth! We continue to follow-up with him even though my driving distance is almost 3 hours long (1-way) if that doesn’t show how much of an amazing surgeon and doctor he is then I don’t know what would! My daughter and I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for her and getting her to where she is now!

My experience with CCF has never deserved more than one star. It calls itself a nonprofit, but every time I feel they are only trying to take my money and pressure me into unnecessary medical tests or procedures, refusing service otherwise. I avoid going there whenever possible.

They should post a sign saying, "We do not accept white men over age 35."

Not recommended. The clinic charged me fraudulently, forcing me to file a dispute with my bank and request an investigation.

I ordered a salad with dressing and a cookie. The salad was fresh and came with two dressings, which was perfect. The cookie was missing, so we had to return for it. Overall, ordering online and picking up at a busy medical facility was a good experience.

In September 2020, I moved from Phoenix to Cleveland for treatment at Cleveland Clinic when it appeared I might need a heart transplant. They managed to keep me off the list for five years. In fall 2025, the time came again. I am working with the clinic to qualify for a heart transplant. I do not regret selling everything in Phoenix and moving somewhere all my doctors, specialists, and cardiologists are under one roof—or many buildings under one umbrella. You know what I mean.
    Oct 28, 2025
The doctors are excellent, but their billing practices border on fraud. They charge more than the insurance explanation of benefits and then make you spend hours dealing with the insurer. This has happened twice. The first time I assumed it was an error; the second established a pattern. I reported it to the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
    Oct 29, 2025
This is the last place in the world to entrust with your family. If they arrive mildly ill, they will leave worse because of the lack of care and an ineffective ombudsman. Go elsewhere, where people will truly care about you.

If you value a doctor who makes your health the highest priority, Dr. Lascano is an excellent choice. He played a vital role in my weight-loss and LDL-cholesterol reduction plan. I greatly appreciate his patience and ability to explain complex issues clearly. Thank you, Dr. Lascano!

I waited over a month for an EMG appointment. Today they called and said my doctor, Ramazzo, had submitted the wrong order and I would have to wait at least another month and a half to reschedule. It feels as though my life and health do not matter. Cleveland Clinic has caused problems since my injury, including doctors treating me terribly. Go elsewhere if you can.

My wife spent six weeks in the hospital with a severe, life-threatening illness. We will always be grateful for Sherry's treatment and professional care. She is now recovering after 140 days of ongoing hospital treatment. I believe combining a scientific approach with medical practice made this possible.

Unable to schedule an appointment. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and was transferred to multiple offices without knowing who any of them were. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment with my family doctor’s personal assistant. I called the number they provided in MyChart. This level of service is unacceptable.

In my opinion, this is much better than the specialty care offered by UPMC. What sets Cleveland Clinic apart from other hospitals is that they provide a quote before the procedure. Yes—they tell you exactly how much a test/procedure will cost before you have it. That seems...obvious—but other hospitals seem to prefer sending you a large, unexpected bill after your visit.
    Sep 13, 2025
Have been going to Cleveland Clinic for over 25 years, will not go anywhere else, best care possible!
    Sep 14, 2025
I don't live in America and had never seen or visited this hospital before, but it looks like a good hospital. I definitely recommend it, especially Dr. Steven.

Summa/Cleveland ruined my life... They treat symptoms rather than causes. They are here to collect insurance payments, not make you better. The distorted healthcare system has completely collapsed.

The level of care at Cleveland Clinic facilities in Akron Ohio has deteriorated! I waited 4 months for much needed colon surgery at Akron General which my primary care doctor said caused me to get a life threatening blood clot. I was told they had a shortage of doctors and I would just have to wait. In my opinion, the CEO is more concerned with profits and purchasing more and more hospitals and private physician practices. As a result, the quality of care is suffering. Supposedly, it’s a nonprofit organization, yet the CEO is paid over $4 million annually. Again, my opinion, but Cleveland Clinic is now just all about the $$$. There was a time when it was a patient first organization. Very unfortunate…

I rushed my father to ER because he was fainting from his pace maker shocking him. He was quickly admitted, but didn't see a cardiologist until the next morning! Day 2, the cardiologist introduced herself to my father's roommate, thinking he was my father. Day 3, dad is still in ICU, but stable. Cardiologist diagnosis was that dad needed a new pace maker because his heart had deteriorated. Day 4, I arrived at 9am to chaos in his room and red lights flashing. He'd had another heart attack right there in ICU because the nurse was ordered to remove him from all of his IV meds. So the nurse did. But didn't replace any medication in any form. Can you imagine being taken off of all your IVs and medication and being thrown into a heart attack, in Cleveland Clinic, in ICU. He was shocked with the paddles, given life-saving medication and CPR. The cardiologist blamed the nurse and vice versa. They stabilized him again by putting him back on the IVs. He was sweating, breathing heavily and clearly in so much pain from the heart attack.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire Cleveland Clinic team. From security and valet staff to those giving directions in the halls, the women at the duty desk, and especially the pediatric anesthesia recovery staff and Dr. Ernest Young in orthopedics—everyone was wonderful. My son had surgery, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and compassionate. There were no long waits, only kindness, professionalism, and clear communication. We sincerely appreciate how well you cared for our family.

They have become one of the worst hospitals in the Cleveland area.
    Aug 24, 2025
I would like to sincerely thank the Cleveland Clinic pediatric staff for the outstanding care they provided during our recent visit. Every visit is rewarding, and the experience is unmatched. The staff are always helpful, caring, and compassionate. From the doctors and nurses to the care assistants, everyone is truly a blessing. If there is any way to recognize their dedication, they absolutely deserve it. Our hospital visits over the years have always been positive, and management clearly continues to put patients and families first, creating an uplifting environment that truly makes a difference. As the caregiver of my autistic younger brother, thank you for going above and beyond to help us and for changing our lives.

Cleveland Clinic is a luxurious facility designed for patients. They have nearly every top-quality medical resource needed to support your health and well-being. My respect goes to the Cleveland Clinic staff, who make it a wonderful place for patients, families, and the entire Cleveland community.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited. They do not tell families the truth. After a patient is brain-dead, the hospital keeps them on a ventilator for days. What happened to my niece was inhumane. I would not take my dog to this hospital. The best hospital in America? What a joke!!

My experience trying to obtain a sleep study kit, follow-up, and an actual CPAP machine has been terrible. I started in April. They gave me 7 different numbers for the home-testing department and canceled the order the day it arrived before I finally obtained testing and a diagnosis through my doctor. A CPAP order was then sent, but I heard nothing for weeks. My messages went unanswered. After persistent effort, I finally spoke with a representative 2 months later. They told me to ask my doctor to send the order to a competitor and, when I requested the phone number, told me to Google it. Is this the advertised “world-class care”? People travel from around the world for service this poor? I live less than an hour away and honestly cannot imagine worse service.

Best Cardiac Care Ever! Love Cleveland Clinic! Also The Miller Pavilion is Stunning
    Jul 21, 2025
These people are supposed to be professionals who care about others. I had tests with 11 (!!!) abnormal findings, yet everything was supposedly fine. The medication they prescribed did nothing, and I do not believe I had a condition requiring medication. They also refused to bill my insurance company! Overall, this place is terrible. Stay away from pancreatic/liver disease specialist Sara S. She is a joke and will treat you as though you do not matter!

I would say this is by far the worst hospital and the worst experience, full of lies and fabrications. I woke up with a concussion and three fractures in my skull, and now no one cares. All of you are lying, truly.

Poor communication and terrible customer service.

Why is this place so dirty? You would think a world-renowned hospital could pay for cleaners. The waiting area was filthy and covered in crumbs. The surgical check-in area was small, crowded, short on seats, and dirty and disorganized. Disgusting.

Thank you for saving... Dad's life—Mr. Patel! He recently had his annual checkup for signs of colon cancer♋, but nothing was found... At his last examination, he had an oral endoscopy to check for signs of oral cancer. His appointment lasted from morning until afternoon. They went together for dinner, brunch, or lunch. This really matters!!! Her mother, my mom, and I waited in the waiting room for her dear husband until he woke from the anesthesia and everything seemed back to normal. A few days later, we drove more than 10 hours through North Carolina to another hotel in Georgia. Suddenly, he had to lie down in the hotel lobby, his face shaking... eyes fixed on the ceiling and mouth wide open. It was frightening, and I could not tell whether it was a reaction to the medication💊 or one of the following🛑: signs of a stroke, seizure, heart attack, cardiac arrest, or something else causing the reaction. The paramedics and police should have rushed over, but instead delayed on the phone asking many questions!😕🤳📱 Life and death can change in an instant 🫴☠️ Daughter (eldest daughter) -BKP

Do not admit your child here if you do not want them to receive any help. I admitted my daughter for treatment of feeding intolerance, but not to receive help. My daughter, my entire family, and I experienced racial discrimination, and someone called Child Protective Services (CPS) based on false allegations. Please do not admit your child or children here.

Over the past year, I drove from my home near Philadelphia to the hospital five times for evaluation and treatment of tricuspid regurgitation. On two of those occasions, I spent several days in the hospital and was ultimately discharged without anything being done because of scheduling confusion among cardiology, the catheterization laboratory, and the operating room. My last discharge without treatment was in June, and I still have not heard from anyone about what I should do next. I have tried calling but have only been brushed off. It is extremely frustrating! The process for scheduling patients for tests and same-day appointments is very good. I do not understand what changes once they actually admit you. Waiting in the hospital for 11 days, only to have the procedure canceled at the last minute because it was scheduled in the catheterization laboratory rather than the operating room, is unacceptable. It wastes everyone's time and money!

In 2023, I took my son to the hospital for a movement disorder. The doctors did not know what to do and told me I had to return to New York to see a doctor. They had no compassion and treated you like a number.

It is the No. 2 hospital system in the United States and No. 1 in Ohio. What more is there to say?

I expected high-quality care. Very disappointed. My experience was exactly the opposite! The factory healthcare model in action. What happened to caring? To add insult to injury, they actually charge $10 to $20 for parking. I guess they do not have enough money already?

Apart from the neurosurgeon who saved my life, Cleveland Clinic Hospital is only interested in research. I was treated like a laboratory rat! After I raised serious complaints, their ombudsman dismissed me as a patient. Then it became clear: a physical therapist joked, “After working here for at least ten years, my student loans will be paid off!” That may explain their retention. Cleveland Clinic repays clinical staff's student loan debt after a period of “fair,” or at worst poor and dismissive, treatment. I was often mistreated by physical therapists, nurses, or doctors who behaved like drones. [Cleveland Clinic has several campuses in Ohio. Choose one.]

Communication here is terrible. I have been sitting here for hours waiting while my boyfriend has an echocardiogram and then another test. What is going on? No one has come to update me; he has had to text me himself. This is extremely frustrating.

Do not believe the hype! I was very disappointed with an institution that is supposed to be one of the best in the country. Once you look past the bells and whistles, such as the massive cardiac facility and concierge service for international patients, you quickly realize that this hospital system is little different from other hospital systems. It is simply excellent at publicizing and marketing its exceptional past and current achievements. Those achievements were produced by a very small number of people. In other words, like other hospitals, this hospital also lacks excellent doctors. They are simply good at marketing the accomplishments of a few exceptional doctors who are the exception rather than the norm. Be aware that you may not be able to see these outstanding doctors because they are in high demand. Instead, you may be assigned to less-skilled doctors who are no different from ordinary local specialists. I dealt with cardiology, specifically electrophysiology. The staff and allied health team were wonderful; they were outstanding. However, the EP I saw was poorly organized, not thorough, and, contrary to what the cardiac scheduling staff advertised, did not manage complex arrhythmias. His knowledge and approach were very limited and did not include any extensive investigation, such as reviewing QRS morphology from previous events or clues from earlier and current imaging. He did exactly what I have seen average, overloaded EPs do: (1) focus on the main symptom that fits his skill set and (2) ignore acute symptoms outside his expertise while relying heavily on medication instead of investigating the underlying cause. He was not interested in addressing the root cause of the disease or its progression, preferring treatments that manage symptoms while hoping they do not immediately worsen. This almost guarantees that I will return for more acute and extensive services once the disease progresses. What a good revenue model. I strongly recommend that you (A) conduct extensive research and identify doctors with the skills not only to “treat” you but to truly cure you or find and address the root cause of your condition before visiting this hospital, (B) confirm that the doctor can actually see you and is available, and (C), most importantly, ensure that the doctor is thorough, which is largely the exception. Why? It takes time and effort for which they may not be financially rewarded. Otherwise, you are wasting your time and money. Simply see a local specialist. Do not let scheduling staff randomly choose a doctor or specialist based on availability. Doctors with greater availability often tend to be the least effective or least thorough, hence their open schedules. Bottom line: do not believe the hype. Do your homework!

Since when do medical facilities make political statements? This is sick! The image is a little difficult to read, but it says, “Stop injecting woke politics into patient care,” so I suppose that if you are liberal or “woke,” they do not truly want to care for you. If they vote against the current administration, you cannot say that you care about patients! Sick, sick, sick!!!!

Is Cleveland Clinic the most woke hospital in America? “They prioritize care based on skin color. Perform gender transitions on children. Promote transgender ideology to vulnerable children. Incorporate DEI into everything they do.”

The staff and Dr. Neka were wonderful. I am very pleased with the results. I walked in without an appointment. My visit took 5 hours, but it clearly states that the wait may be 8 hours.

I appreciate how thoroughly Cleveland Clinic listens, unlike my local doctors. The 3-hour drive is always worthwhile when I need answers or a second opinion. Please never change.

The main Cleveland Clinic is wonderful. The doctors are excellent, and the care I received was excellent! The other Cleveland Clinic branches are completely different from the main clinic. The people working at those smaller branches are not friendly at all. They lie and treat patients terribly. I would give those ordinary locations 2 stars, but the main Cleveland Clinic deserves 5+ stars.

Sandra in Administrative Services was friendly and helpful and put a smile on my face. This showed me that the “world-class care” trademark applies to more than Cleveland Clinic’s medical providers. Sandra, your parents should be proud, because your kind heart is inspiring. God bless you. —Mike Chupp

I used a wheelchair to reach my family member’s room and parked it outside because the room was too small to bring it in. Apparently, “transportation” thought it was not being used and took it away. It took an hour to get another one, and only after I asked to speak with the nurse manager. My family member’s room was cold, with extremely cold air blowing from the window vent. 🥶 It felt as though the air conditioning was on instead of the heat. This was January 24. When we asked the care staff in the room about it, they said, “Yes, it is always too cold or too hot.” This was in Building H, by the way. There were no blankets available either! My family was freezing. Finally, when we left, we used valet parking, but they misplaced my car. Somehow, the wrong ticket had been placed on my car because it did not match my claim stub. That took another hour. This was my first time visiting anyone at Cleveland Clinic. Thankfully, most of my friends and family go to MetroHealth.

My mother was a patient on the 8th floor of Building G. She killed several of them, and several others escaped. They ran across the floor and into the baseboards. A nurse was aware and said, “We know; it is part of nature.” My mother repeatedly said how uncomfortable and anxious she felt. Nothing was done. Absolutely disgusting. The lack of concern about this issue is appalling. What are they? How do you know they will not spread disease? How can you be one of the best hospitals if you do not listen to patients' concerns?

After months of my sister's and her family's time and $$$ were wasted with another poor cardiology group in WNY—and we felt her care was going in circles—we decided to arrange an appointment with Cleveland Clinic Cardiology. The appointment was scheduled quickly. I cannot say enough about their caring, attentive approach, from our first phone contact through the CC information desk, radiology testing, staff meetings, and the doctor's visit! We were impressed by the doctor's concern, appointment timing, review of the care plan, agreement to begin two new medications to improve heart function, and follow-up scheduling. The schedule for her next CC visit is: preliminary blood results completed in New York State and faxed, then at CC an ECG at 10:30, an echocardiogram at 11:00, an appointment with the cardiology heart-failure team at 12:45 p.m., an EP team appointment at 2:45, and finally follow-up with “her” Dr. at 4:00 to discuss the future care plan. That is how it should be done! Cleveland Clinic cares 100% about its patients, their health concerns, timely care, and appointment scheduling. They are patient advocates. Thank you for setting an example in healthcare❤️ Please recognize this caring team of medical professionals.
