Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) was formally established in 1987 and is one of the earliest large fertility centers in the United States. CCRM's physicians are established specialists in U.S. reproductive medicine with many years of clinical experience and develop an appropriate IVF treatment plan for each patient.

After decades of development, CCRM has received numerous international awards in assisted reproduction. It is widely recognized for its reported live birth rates and is considered one of the most successful fertility centers in the United States.

thank you for explaining to me the information I needed to make a reasonable decision

Everyone was very professional, and scheduling was easy. I especially appreciate that they have a Colorado Springs location, so I did not have to travel as far for certain appointments.

I had wonderful experiences at both the Colorado Springs and Lone Tree CCRM locations. Dr. von Wald and my nurse Mindy were outstanding. The process was neither easy nor inexpensive. I went through a great deal, from intrauterine insemination (IUI) to ultimately in vitro fertilization (IVF), but my team was extremely supportive and responsive. Their platform was clear and informative, which was very helpful because the medications can be confusing. Their app was also easy to use, and I felt I could always reach someone. Everything was highly professional, and I cannot imagine a better experience.

I am very grateful that CCRM not only offers direct IgG antisperm antibody testing, but also provided exceptional help while I worked to obtain a physician's prescription. The staff went far beyond the standard level of service, even communicating directly with my primary care team to resolve an issue with my prescription. Thank you for providing such important information promptly!

CCrM is wonderful! My nurse and doctor were both excellent. It is a hundred times better than the fertility clinics I previously visited.

If you are considering treatment at CCRM, I highly recommend them. The Colorado Springs clinic is smaller and does not offer every service, so you may need to visit the Lone Tree location for your main treatment. I cannot express how grateful I am to nurse Mindy, who made me feel like her only patient and turned a difficult process into an easier and better experience. The Colorado Springs staff are exceptional. You see the same familiar faces, and they are all kind and caring. Nadia will draw your blood, and Angela will perform your preconception ultrasound. I experienced unexplained infertility for years and was never able to become pregnant. I chose CCRM because its success rates were higher than many other options in Colorado. I felt that if I was going to spend this money, I needed to invest in a team that could ultimately help me have a child. I do not work for them; I am simply a patient. I have seen many people switch to CCRM after poor experiences at other clinics. Time is limited, and treatment becomes increasingly difficult, so if you want the best chance of success, it may be better to skip the cheaper clinics. When I first began treatment at CCRM, I did not know what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations. Best wishes on your journey to parenthood.

Reposting because they somehow seem to have hidden my last review, and it is important that people know how this place operates. Original review: If you want to know whether you are fertile within the next month or so, do not come here. I had a semen analysis in early November, and as of December 1, neither my referring provider nor I knew the results. After spending half an hour calling to obtain them, I was transferred to a medical-records robot and told to leave a voicemail. In the next few days, I will likely dispute the $75 charge as fraudulent because I have not received the service I paid for. Edit: I realize that, as a referred patient, my primary care provider may actually be avoiding me. If that is the case, I will change this to a 5-star review because the appointment itself went smoothly. Edit: A month later, I began considering legal action and tried contacting CCRM headquarters directly. They immediately sent me the results. CCRM overall may be a good option, but avoid this specific location if possible because it appears to have problems. Edit because replying seems impossible: 'When our office performs a semen analysis for a referring provider, we always send the results back to the provider to review with the patient.' That may be the intention, but CCRM headquarters confirmed that it did not happen. They confirmed that my results were never sent to my referring provider. After more than a month of being passed around by everyone I called at this location, I had to go over your heads to headquarters to obtain my results.

The woman I spoke with, Elizabeth, was wonderful and very friendly! The only unfortunate part was that I could not schedule a consultation because you do not accept Medicaid :( Very sad.

Dishonest is the first word that comes to mind. A few months ago, I called to schedule an initial consultation. I spoke with the front desk, and the earliest appointment available was more than three months later. I had to keep a card on file to schedule and was explicitly told, multiple times, that the initial consultation cost $150. I was told my card would be charged after the appointment. It was expensive, but we decided we could manage it. A few weeks after the appointment, which involved only 20 minutes speaking with the doctor online, I received a $375 bill, more than twice what I had been told! I called the finance department and was told I had been misinformed. They would send me a payment plan so I would not be sent to collections. There was no record of my card information. No help, just, 'Sorry, but the front desk should not have told you that.' Unbelievable. I feel deceived and do not know how to trust people who cannot even ensure their staff agree on the cost of something as sensitive as fertility care!
