The care team went above and beyond! Dr. Wilshire is wonderful; he makes patients feel heard and understood and genuinely cares about them! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!

I love this clinic, and the staff are wonderful. Felicia and Dr. Wilshire were both very caring, and I appreciate all the time and effort they gave me. I will definitely return. 🤰❤️

Medically, IVF went very smoothly and they did an excellent job. I ultimately had two children and would never change that decision. However, their paperwork and recordkeeping are a nightmare. Staff turnover is extremely high. I had to send documents repeatedly before they were filed. They then refused to sign or email confirmation that they had received the required documents. I completed the same notarized form three times to discard old, nonviable embryos. I hope it is finally filed and that the $1,600 storage fee they tried to charge is waived, but they would provide no proof. “We will update your wife’s portal” was their only response. The entire records team seemed questionable, especially when handling people’s DNA and embryos. Dr. Wilshire is highly skilled, but his clerical and records staff are terrible. They refused even to email confirmation of receipt and a fee waiver and argued with me, which was childish. I will recommend other clinics if we expand our family again. I hope Dr. Wilshire sees this and asks why such a small request is so difficult for patients. I used to recommend him, but their treatment of patients makes me reconsider.

This clinic is amazing! The staff are very kind and make you feel valued and heard at every visit. I am so grateful to Dr. Wilshire, who never gave up on me, and to his excellent nurse Carly, who made every ultrasound comfortable and something to look forward to. My husband and I are thrilled to begin a new chapter, all thanks to Missouri Fertility ❤️ Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Wilshire and his team are highly skilled, and I received excellent care! Ultrasound technician Carly was wonderful and performed my scans with great patience and attention. David W also provided excellent service. The nurses were friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I had a very poor experience at this clinic. The nurse primarily responsible for communicating with me was extremely rude and lacked professionalism. She was impatient every time I called with questions about IVF treatment. I do not recommend this clinic.

We feel incredibly blessed and will always be grateful for their attentive care, dedication, and support. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility until I saw Dr. Gil. After five years of trying to conceive, my husband and I finally welcomed our first little miracle! Dr. Gil diagnosed me with endometriosis and performed surgery to remove the endometrial tissue he found. Two months later, we finally became pregnant! My wife and I decided to start our family! As a same-sex couple, we were initially unsure how to begin the process, and Dr. Wilshire guided us through everything. He is extremely intelligent and thorough. He performed all the necessary testing to gather complete information and give us the best chance of success with our first insemination. I came here hoping for a little help, and these amazing people truly worked wonders for me! ✨ Many thanks to Krystals, Kalli, Diane, and of course my right-hand doctor, Dr. Wilshire. From day one, they made me feel like a member of the VIP club, with patience, humor, and expert guidance as standard. Every appointment felt like a science-filled pep rally—celebrating small victories, keeping spirits high, and making the path to pregnancy feel truly possible. Thanks to these fertility superheroes, I am now living one of the happiest chapters of my life.

In August 2024, I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). It was painful, but the nurses were wonderful. The doctor wanted me to return the following week, but I chose to wait and let my body adjust naturally. In April 2025, I found out I had conceived naturally! Thank you so much, doctor! I cannot wait to bring my little one to meet you!

With the help of Dr. Wilshire and his excellent team, we became pregnant after just one intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycle! The clinic staff are wonderful, and I would recommend them to everyone. Check-in is quick, and they are easy to reach with any questions. Dr. Wilshire and his team are very kind and knowledgeable, and they explained every step of the process in detail.

Our sonographer, Kalli, was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most compassionate people we have met. We were very pleased with our experience at Missouri Fertility.

After discovering Dr. Wilshire's YouTube videos, I underwent tubal cannulation with him. After more than a year of infertility, my husband and I traveled from Little Rock, Arkansas, for treatment. I was very worried about undergoing another procedure, but my overall experience was excellent. Dr. Wilshire went above and beyond to make me comfortable and explained the procedure and everything leading up to it in depth. His expertise and compassion were unlike anything we had encountered in our state. I was extremely impressed and satisfied.

Save yourself heartbreak and money and go to Arbor Fertility. His nurses Marnee, Amanda, Kim, and Jerica are wonderful, which matters because you never speak with the actual doctor. I spoke with him only three times in an entire year: at the initial consultation, during surgery and an in-person follow-up, and after countless failed IUIs, when I had to request to hear from him. His new business manager Kelsey, I believe, and the insurance representative Alyssa had no idea what they were doing. After my first year, I discovered I had insurance coverage, but they repeatedly denied it even after the insurer called the office and confirmed that I had coverage, that being a dependent did not matter, and that only prior authorization was needed. They still refused to bill insurance. From then on, I felt treated as a dollar sign rather than a patient. They knew I had always paid privately and that switching to insurance meant they would earn less depending on their contracted rate. Two of Dr. Wilshire's nurses now work at Arbor, and I made more progress at Arbor last month than during a full year at his clinic. I even had an egg retrieval at a fraction of Dr. Wilshire's price. Seriously, see Dr. Zarek; you will not regret it! Insurance also covered my care at Arbor without any problem 😐

We love Missouri Fertility! I highly recommend Dr. Wilshire, Kim, and the other outstanding staff. They make you feel like part of the family. We would not be where we are without them. Thank you for helping us grow our family!

Updated 10/4/24 When I began my journey, I never imagined it would take this path. Wilshire and all his staff are compassionate and understanding and genuinely care for every patient they see. The past 8 months have been the hardest part of our journey. Wilshire never lost hope and ensured we kept the same goal. Kim, Kelsey, Victoria, and David are masters of their work. You can feel how deeply they share your pain and how much they celebrate even your smallest victories. During my two years there, the clinic made staffing changes. The new staff are first-rate, and you can feel that things will be better than ever. We are so grateful to everyone at this clinic and cannot wait to bring our baby back to meet all those who helped make her possible. Highly recommended. Wilshire knows his field. I felt seen, heard, and most importantly, cared for. I cannot wait to continue our journey under his care!

We are truly grateful we were able to become pregnant. The nurses are wonderful and treat you like family. The clinic's business office is incompetent and charges without reason or changes prices. They lose important documents and ask for them again months later. Considering the time, money, and pain patients endure, I recommend going elsewhere.

After two years and six doctors, I finally found Dr. Wilshire. He and his team truly listened to me and my concerns and gave me practical steps to improve my health. He performed my surgery, and I firmly believe his skill and knowledge improved my recovery. I hope this is the first step toward building our family, but if we need additional help becoming pregnant, we will definitely return to Missouri Fertility.
