Columbus Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility provides reproductive medicine and infertility services for women and men, including comprehensive fertility testing and basic and advanced fertility treatments. Whatever your circumstances, Dr. Thiruppathi can work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include ovulation induction, insemination, or IVF. Surgical treatment is available for conditions that may contribute to infertility, including endometriosis, fallopian tube problems, and uterine fibroids.     After a miscarriage, I tried unsuccessfully to conceive for a year and was eventually referred to Dr. T. I spent a full year at the clinic. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and considerate, and they were especially helpful on days when I had to bring my 5-year-old child. You can tell they genuinely want you to succeed in building or expanding your family. My journey here was long and emotional, but I am very grateful to this wonderful team for helping us conceive and sustain a twin pregnancy!

    The entire CCREI team is kind and thoughtful. My husband and I sincerely thank them for the help, support, and expertise that enabled us to conceive. Before CCREI, we visited another provider in a different state that wanted to proceed directly to surgery before trying more conservative treatments. We are very grateful for Dr. Thiruppathi's thoughtful assessment of our situation. After two cycles of hormone treatment, we conceived! Dr. Thiruppathi's nurses, Haley and Beth, were also wonderful.     Dr. T and his Team has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive of all stages of our journey. The Team has answered all of our questions and concerns and maintained high-level of care and attention. Also, after doing bunch of research on fertility, this clinic offers the highest recommended options for people dealing with fertility issues.     Words cannot express how grateful I am to this clinic. The entire process was remarkable from beginning to end. Like many patients, I entered uncertain about the future, knowing only that I wanted a child and a family. My husband and I tried for years and never expected to need a fertility clinic. Dr. T quickly identified the problem and worked with us on a clear, compassionate plan to help us achieve our dream. Haley, Beth, and Maxine at reception gave us tremendous support. They treated us like family, patiently and kindly answered every question, and made us feel cared for and supported at every step. I am overjoyed to share that we will welcome our beautiful daughter in May 2026. This clinic gave us hope when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful.

    Absolutely the best team! I have been a patient here since 2022. Dr. T and his team performed a full evaluation, including bloodwork and diagnostic testing. They also tested my husband's blood, and we had several consultations in which Dr. T explained all the results, answered questions, and discussed our expectations and goals. We completed medicated ovulation-induction cycles, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF) retrievals and transfers. Having an in-house laboratory and staff who are easy to reach is wonderful because IVF and medication always bring questions. They also have a full billing team. With appointments at 7 a.m., I never had to take time off work for monitoring during IVF. I have heard that some Atlanta clinics are cheaper, but why travel so far when IVF requires visits nearly every other day? Their nurses are easy to reach, which is invaluable given how much money is invested. I once called with a question about embryo transfer and was connected directly to the embryologist. The front-desk staff are very kind and keep everything organized. Dr. T helped me have three children, and I will always be grateful to him, Beth, Haley, Laura Ann, and his entire staff. They are the dream team.

    I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and attentive. They take time to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed and keep you on track throughout the process, which greatly eased my anxiety. Dr. T is an outstanding physician—knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. Hailey and Beth are also wonderful. They patiently explain everything and make sure I feel confident about the next steps. They are kind and supportive and always go above and beyond to keep me comfortable. Maxine at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is very helpful, which matters greatly throughout the process. I am deeply grateful to this team for everything they have done for my husband and me. We trusted them from the beginning and are so thankful that we will welcome our baby boy in June 2026.     Dr. T and his team are wonderful! From start to finish, they ensured I was well cared for. They not only provided personalized medical care, but also answered emails outside office hours, called third-party organizations on my behalf for test results, and went above and beyond in many other ways. I am incredibly grateful that they helped me welcome this beautiful baby girl, and we will return when we are ready for another child!

    I was an egg donor starting in 2018. I did 7 cycles with this clinic and hands down they are the best clinic I ever worked with. Dr. T is so thorough and answers any questions. Anytime I had a problem I called the office and his staff was so helpful. I was able to bless 7 families with babies and still have a healthy journey through surrogacy. I cannot recommend Dr. T office enough! His staff is so nice and caring. They always reassured me how much I was doing to help a family have a baby. They’re the place you go if you want to be in amazing hands.

    I finally came here a few days ago after struggling with PCOS and infertility for over a year and a half. I truly regret not coming sooner! Dr. T and her team were very kind. Dr. T took time to order laboratory tests and examinations, patiently explain my condition, and develop a practical plan to help me conceive, none of which my OB-GYN had done. I know this journey may be difficult, but a single visit restored my hope after a long period of despair.

    I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! Dr. T and his team are the best people I have encountered at a clinic. They are knowledgeable and very patient! I had my tubes tied for 21 years, and Dr. T successfully reconnected both fallopian tubes. I cannot wait to share the next stage of this journey with everyone♥️ Thank you all🥰

    Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. Dr. T and the entire staff are caring, supportive, and simply wonderful people.     I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I were being cared for by angels. Dr. T and his team never gave up on me, and I will never forget their dedication and compassion.     I did IVF through this clinic, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The doctor is truly amazing, and the entire staff is just as wonderful. They were supportive, caring, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone—such an incredible team!

    I highly recommend CCREI. If you are new to or considering this clinic, as a patient of more than a year, I am not only confident in its medical expertise but also deeply grateful for the care shown by the clinical and administrative staff. Dr. T is excellent, but I especially want to thank Haley, Elizabeth, Maxine, Sandra, and Jasmine. Each went above and beyond to make our visits easier and smoother. I would recommend this clinic to my closest family members, which is the highest praise I can offer. This clinic is very busy. The coordination required to bring everyone in and keep everything moving is remarkable, and they manage it. Sometimes I am called back almost before I can sit down; other times the wait is longer and the waiting room more crowded. Appointments at this clinic cannot be easily predicted because everything depends on factors outside their control. Please be kind to the staff, because I assure you they do everything possible to give you a positive experience.

    I would give more than five stars if I could! From our first visit, Dr. T spent plenty of time discussing the options with us and was very thorough. I never felt lost or uninformed about any process or step. We met different staff members during our visits, and I can honestly say they were all very kind. I never felt like a number. Every visit felt highly personalized, which made the process much easier. We are very grateful to Dr. T and his team!

    Dr. T is amazing and very easy to communicate with! I never felt rushed. His staff are equally excellent. I do not know how he filled an entire office with such kind people, but that is CCREI! I see Dr. T personally at every appointment, which is very important to me. They always say they are like a family, and it truly feels that way. Everyone seems to know you, which is comforting. My husband and I are undergoing our first IVF cycle. I do not know what the outcome will be, but I feel very well cared for in every respect. This is all new to us, but knowing that the doctor is looking after us feels wonderful. Thank you, Dr. T and staff, for everything! Edited in 2025: Edited in 2025: At our new clinic, we learned that some things Dr. T told us were not true. Our story is too long to explain fully here. We moved to Reproductive Biology Associates (RBA) in Atlanta and are very satisfied so far! If we had known about this place sooner, we might already have a child. I think CCREI is better suited to people without significant fertility problems who have ample funds. Even if they tell you that you have a fertility problem, get a second opinion. It turned out that we did not. They led us to believe we did, so we underwent IVF. CCREI does not tailor its process to each patient or couple; you are simply one of many patients treated simultaneously. Your transfer is scheduled according to your cycle group, whether or not your body is ready.

    A Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Thiruppathi and His Team I graduated from Dr. Thiruppathi's IVF clinic yesterday, and I already deeply miss the wonderful team who helped me reach this point. From my first visit, Dr. Thiruppathi was calm, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. I am 42, have stage IV endometriosis, and had not undergone surgery in more than ten years, yet he patiently explained my condition, outlined my treatment options, and guided me toward the best way to start my family. What impressed me most was his calm clinical manner—I trusted him immediately. Every question was answered patiently and clearly, making me feel I was in dependable hands. Haley truly became a friend. She was knowledgeable and approachable and kept me calm at every step, especially during my embryo transfer when I was very nervous. Her steady guidance helped me manage everything and meant so much to me. Elizabeth was also an essential part of my journey. She was always only a phone call away, ensuring I had answers and support whenever needed. Her hug and kind words at my last visit meant more than I can say. At a time when healthcare can often feel rushed or impersonal, this team was a breath of fresh air. They never missed a detail and provided care that was both technically skilled and deeply compassionate. Everyone's experience is different, but I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Thiruppathi's experience and thoughtful approach helped me find an effective path forward, and I am profoundly grateful to him and his team.

    What I like most about this clinic is that at every appointment, you see only one doctor and his staff. You do not have to worry about meeting new faces every time you enter the office. I completed three IVF cycles with them, and the staff were kind and caring every time. My first two pregnancies ended unsuccessfully for reasons unrelated to the clinic, but the staff were compassionate and helped provide options that I could discuss with my obstetrician. Thanks to this clinic, I now have a healthy four-month-old baby boy. I would recommend Dr. T and his staff to any couple ready to start a family.

    Smoke and mirrors. Lying so called doctor states one thing at first visit but presents another at second visit. Also, the office in Columbus is nasty and both restrooms were nasty and unstocked with supplies. If they are too lazy to keep the place clean, which is pretty simple, I cannot trust them with mine and my wife's health. The doctor kept trying to get us to sign a contract even after I told him my concerns. He is only interested in the money.

    Wow! Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. T, the nurses, and the staff! Everyone showed compassion and kindness throughout our journey. We drove several hours for treatment here solely because this REI earned our trust and prioritized us—my health, needs, and wishes! From being able to call and email about concerns to having all my questions answered in person, I could not recommend them more highly to anyone facing a difficult path to growing their family.

    Please do not go there. Other places must be better, and none could be worse. My wife was referred here by tricare because he was the only provider in Columbus, Georgia. He recommended surgery to remove uterine fibroids, costing tricare $40,000. When it was time for egg retrieval during IVF, there were no eggs because her body apparently did not respond to the medication. He had her come in every day and kept increasing the dose until he retrieved two underdeveloped eggs. They did not survive. I asked why he did not stop when he saw she was not producing enough eggs and have us order stronger medication for another attempt. This man wanted us to pay again, which is why he proceeded with two eggs despite knowing our chances were almost zero. Afterward, they ignored our calls, and we could not schedule an appointment because we were asking questions rather than discussing money. For him, everything is about money. I encourage anyone around Columbus or Phenix City to go to Atlanta or Montgomery. It may be less convenient, but compared with this provider in Columbus, Georgia, it is worth the time and money.

    I could not have found a better team to help my husband and me become parents. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and progressing well. Dr. Thiruppathi and the staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They also answer every question clearly. This was my best experience with anyone in healthcare, and I have had some very bad ones. I will truly miss this team, but I hope to return when it is time for my second child. When I first contacted the practice, I felt anxious, discouraged, and depressed. They helped restore my peace of mind, hope, and trust. I will always be grateful.     The reviews made me doubtful, but I am glad we took a chance and drove 2 hours to complete an IVF cycle. Dr. T collected enough healthy embryos to hopefully complete our family. I am now the proud mother of an amazing baby boy. I enjoyed my experience here, and the front desk staff and nurses were always kind, especially Beth and Haley.
