I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. My husband and I have been undergoing infertility treatment, which is already an emotionally, physically, and financially challenging journey. That makes communication and continuity of care especially important. I would particularly like to thank Dr. Jones, who was consistently kind, professional, and supportive throughout treatment. However, most of our communication was with the nurses and clinic staff, and unfortunately there were repeated problems. These included waiting several days for pregnancy test results, unclear medication instructions during our first intrauterine insemination (IUI), and billing errors. Most disappointing of all, my treating physician left the clinic and no one notified me. I found out on my own, which was extremely upsetting because we were scheduled for our second IUI the following month and the clinic no longer had a physician available. The front desk offered to schedule us with another doctor at the clinic, but not until August, meaning I would miss a month of treatment. After learning this, I left a message for a nurse, but a week passed without a response. I contacted the clinic manager on Monday to express my concerns and disappointment. As of today, I still have not received a reply. Poor communication made us feel overlooked at one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. Fertility treatment is not routine medical care—it requires an enormous investment of emotion, time, planning, and hope. Patients deserve timely treatment updates, returned calls, and transparent information about any changes that may affect their treatment plans. Because of these ongoing issues, I made the difficult decision to transfer my care to another doctor and am currently waiting for my medical records to be sent to me. I sincerely hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves its patient communication so it can better serve those who continue to place their trust in it.

This office took all my money and strung me along without honestly disclosing the risk of failure. They only wanted more money.

This place is terrible. They will take all your money and never tell you the truth.

Thanks to this excellent clinic, we are now eight months pregnant and about to welcome our first baby. We cannot praise the office staff, nurses, and doctors enough. I have recommended the clinic to everyone I know. We will always be grateful.

Dr. Julian Escobar is the best! He helped us succeed in only three months!!!

Dr. Escobar changed our lives. After years of infertility, we are finally expecting our baby boy. I began trying in January and conceived through IVF in October. The entire team was kind and encouraging. Dr. Escobar does not wait for a failure before investigating every factor that could prevent a successful transfer. He considered every possibility from the start to maximize our chances. I never imagined our first transfer would work, but it did! We will always be grateful to him and deeply appreciate him and his entire team. I cannot wait to bring our son to meet everyone.

Working with Dr. Escobar was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable at every visit, and his team was excellent too! Everything went very smoothly with them. Warm, attentive care is essential here. If I choose this path again in the future, I will definitely return to Dr. Escobar.

I give this clinic my highest rating. After searching, I found Dr. Julian Escovar and his professional, reassuring team. After 13 years of trying, I finally had my baby. Special thanks to Michelle for always responding quickly when I needed help. I knew nothing about the process at first, but everything went smoothly. This was my second IVF treatment with Dr. Escovar. Thank you for everything.

Extremely—extremely—dissatisfied with CFC and the entire IVF process. The only positive was our doctor, Dr. Jones.

I don’t have any words how grateful me and wife are from Doctor Jones Tiffany and her entire team are exceptional. My wife had an IVF at IVFMD and unfortunately it was unsuccessful back in 2020, and we were very heartbroken. This time we put our faith on Doctor Jones and had a consultation with her. From 1st visits until the completion of the IVF, she has listened to our concerns and fears and she made a perfect protocol for my wife. We followed everything she said to us. And finally my it worked and my wife is 2months pregnant! We are very excited and very thankful to DoctorJones as she is very knowledgeable in infertility treatment and IVF! She is the master of it, Her team in Dallas location and Frisco office are very organized and helpful. They always greets you with smiles, I don’t remember everyone’s names but I remember Ozoro who is under Doctor Jones is super nice and attentive. Anyone who is trying to conceive, I highly recommend Doctor Jones. She brought so much happiness to our lives. May God help her long life so she can benifits and help others! My husband and I have been waiting over a month for Michelle to return our call, but she still has not called back. This is extremely disappointing. We have called countless times and left several messages without receiving any response. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for a fertility center that should value timely, thoughtful, and reliable communication. Patients deserve better care, especially while going through such a sensitive and emotional treatment process.

My experience was wonderful. Thank you to Dr. Julian Escobar, the embryology team, nurses, and assistants, especially Michelle, who stayed in close contact with me. Becoming a mother is a truly unique experience. When treatment succeeds, every sacrifice feels worthwhile. It is not only financial; the process is physically and emotionally exhausting. But in that moment, you feel that dreams really can come true and anything is possible. I am sincerely grateful that we now have our little princess, the most wonderful part of our lives.

Many reviews are written after a successful outcome, so I wanted to be more candid. Scheduling after my 01/23 referral was easy, but getting information afterward was very difficult. Responsiveness was a genuine problem, somewhat improved in 04/23. Dallas is less organized than Frisco. First-time fertility patients should ask every possible question during appointments because obtaining answers later is extremely difficult. In 5/23, staff prescribed the wrong medication dose and I ran out over a weekend. On-call Dr. Jones returned my call quickly but had a terrible attitude during the brief 3-minute call and did not want to answer questions. This process is too expensive for that. During business hours, you rarely see her and mostly see staff. It was not a good experience.

I came here to write a review for my amazing experience I have had at Dr. Escobar’s office so far. Overall, the experience has been pleasant and straightforward. The only thing I wish is that the billing was more clear. I had 2 exams scheduled for this week - one for HSO and one for HSG. I was given 3 different prices on these exams. The first time I was told it would be $200 per exam. The second time I went to the office which was for my HSO exam, I was told it would be $398 for one exam which was the HSG and that my insurance would cover my HSO exam completely. On the day of my last exam which was the HSG, when I walked into the office to get my exam and go to the counter to pay, I was then told that it would now be $521. Please make sure any prices are set in stone when you give these quotes to the patients and MAKE SURE everything is in writing. The front desk staff are very sweet and kind. I have no complaints about them. But please make sure the billing is more clear not just for me but for all of your patients. The fertility process is very stressful and emotional all on its own. The stress of the billing process shouldn’t be an extra burden. Other than this experience with the billing side of things, I have to give 5 stars for Amy. I was TERRIFIED of these exams by things I have read online and I really worked myself up over it. Turns out, both exams were completely painless. I realize this will not be the case for every woman, but I was so grateful. I was treated with kindness and understanding throughout the entire process and she walked me through everything before she did it and also explained to me the results on the same day of each exam. I am so grateful I found Dr. Escobar and Amy. I look forward to the treatment plan and finally I feel hope to become a mother where I thought it was impossible before. Thank you team!!!

This was the worst experience before I even received care. I called to request remote monitoring, and the woman said they accepted insurance. I said that was great and asked to send my orders. She said they would call after receiving them. I waited several hours and heard nothing, so I called. They could not find the orders, and then came a long wait. She left me on hold for 45 minutes, supposedly looking for them, or perhaps simply forgot I was on the phone. I hung up, called back, and waited another 15 minutes. I hung up and went to the clinic because a business cannot operate this way. I explained the situation to Camila, who seemed unconcerned, although another woman helped me. A woman in the waiting area said it is always like this, and I apologized to her. I later learned that they do not accept the insurance, so the entire experience wasted my time. Thank goodness a patient at my regular clinic had an emergency and her appointment became available. Thank you so much!

The staff are very pleasant and attentive and, most importantly, focus on every detail. Communication is excellent. Congratulations to Michelle for her performance and care for patients; she is a wonderful person.

Dr. Julian Escobar and his team are amazing. He is truly a miracle worker at creating families. My first embryo transfer succeeded, and I am now 18 weeks pregnant. My husband and I will always be grateful to him and his team.

This was the worst experience I have had, and I could not even schedule an appointment. I was passed around on the phone for 45 minutes just trying to ask about consultations and insurance. They recommended Dr. Tiffany Jones, but I think I will go elsewhere. Everyone on the phone was extremely rude.

Never in my life have I felt that medical professionals listened to me more carefully than they do here! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly understand the struggles of infertility. I saw nurse practitioner Joy White most often, and she was wonderful to me. After years of being dismissed and misled by doctors, I finally have hope in this journey. I love this place and recommend it to anyone experiencing fertility difficulties!

Dr. Escobar is an excellent doctor who gives you confidence and hope. He is very direct and gives you the motivation to keep fighting for what you want most: your baby. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Escobar and his incredible clinical staff. Amy and Amanda were especially compassionate and supportive throughout our fertility journey, making a challenging time much more manageable. I first met Dr. Escobar when I was preserving my fertility and freezing my eggs. That journey was emotional for me because I never expected to be in my 30s, single, and without children. However, my experience at Conceive Fertility was exceptional, and I am grateful to have been referred to such a caring and professional clinic. Soon afterward, I met my husband, and together we decided it was time to start our family. After trying on our own without success and knowing what I had learned from egg freezing, we scheduled a consultation with Dr. Escobar as a couple. It quickly became clear why people travel from across the country to work with Dr. Escobar and his team. They truly listened to us, made us feel heard, and guided us through every step. They also encouraged us to advocate for our care, which was incredible. Thankfully, we became pregnant during our third IUI cycle. Although we were excited to graduate to an OB-GYN, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to Dr. Escobar and his staff. Even the seamless transition and referral to our new provider was handled with exceptional care. Dr. Escobar and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and endlessly supportive. We are deeply grateful for their role in helping us grow our family and look forward to seeing them again when we are ready for a sibling.

Good afternoon, I began testing at the clinic, and Dr. Julian was very attentive, as was everyone at the Dallas office. However, I decided to begin treatment at another clinic, which requested all records for my husband and me. That was a month ago. I have an appointment with them tomorrow, and they urgently need the records. Yesterday, I called the Spanish-language line at 214-224-0778 and was told a request had been submitted. Today, when I called the clinic where I am receiving treatment, I was told they had not received anything. I called the same number again and spoke with a man named Bernardo Santos, who was very rude. He told me the records had been sent, but when I asked for confirmation, he said he had no record of it and then asked me for the fax number again. I told him I had provided it yesterday but did not have it on hand. He replied, “Well, I’m asking you for it. If you don’t want to give it to me, that’s your problem.” This behavior was extremely disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and requested the supervisor’s name. He gave it in a very rude manner and said, “Do you want me to spell it for you or say it slowly?” The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I only needed my records, but instead I received terrible service, unethical behavior, and disrespect. Bernardo Santos should not work in customer service. Ultimately, my issue was not resolved. I hope his conduct is addressed.
