Given the substantial financial investment and trust placed in this clinic, I expected a higher level of care and communication. Infertility treatment is stressful enough without inadequate responses from staff and having to research on Google after appointments because I was not informed about what was happening. A critical error occurred when I was given a medication protocol before receiving OURA blood work results. When the test was repeated after my poor response to egg retrieval and the failure of my only embryo, it showed a below-average score. This oversight may have contributed to the need for additional procedures. Given the money spent and the trust I placed in the clinic, I should have been given the best opportunity from the start. I do not feel I was treated with respect or care. When my transfer failed, no one from the clinic called me. I had no idea what to do next and had many questions. I was not even told that the doctor would call until days later, when Dr. Hines finally contacted me. You took my time and money and caused more pain.

I cannot praise this clinic and its team enough. A previous consultation elsewhere left me discouraged and nearly without hope, but everything was different from my first contact here. The staff were kind, thoughtful, and tremendously supportive. They patiently answered questions, explained the process, and ensured I felt comfortable and reassured at every step. Instead of feeling dismissed or discouraged, I felt heard and genuinely cared for. The fertility journey is challenging and anxiety-provoking, but this team treated me with great respect and encouragement. Their professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate care made an essential difference during my most vulnerable period. Their attentive care and expertise helped me achieve the best possible outcome, and I will always be grateful I found them. If you seek a clinic that truly supports and advocates for patients, I highly recommend this one.

Words cannot express my joy or how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Hines and his team. From the moment I arrived, they made my husband and me feel comfortable. Whether the news was good or bad, they explained everything with care. Dr. Hines and Marty helped us, and because of them, we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl. All the calls and checkups during and after treatment were excellent. I thank God for bringing such wonderful people into our lives. For a long time, no one would take the time to hear our story, but MRM did, and we all took the opportunity. I recommend them 100/10 :) Two other friends also went to MRM and now rave about their beautiful babies. Thank you, MRM and our God! You are wonderful!

Infertility is a struggle, and unless you have experienced it yourself, it is hard to understand. My wife and I spent a great deal of time and money visiting doctors and clinics. I always felt like a number. Long story short, we eventually went to Mississippi Reproductive Medicine, and despite my doubts, we immediately felt the love! The moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right place! The entire MRM family became our family. We were no longer a number—they saw us. They cared. They wanted to help. We will always be grateful to Dr. Hines, Marty, and the entire MRM team for helping us grow our family. Our journey began with a diagnosis of male-factor CBAVD. From the start, Dr. Hines was extremely thorough and made sure we addressed every potential obstacle before beginning IVF. Because of my symptoms, he recommended exploratory surgery, which not only removed a polyp found during my initial SHG but also identified and treated a uterine septum. His attention to detail and proactive care made all the difference. Despite a low ovarian reserve for my age, we ultimately created two embryos. Our first transfer gave us our beautiful daughter, now 2.5 years old, and our second transfer was also successful. We just ‘graduated’ from the clinic at 8 weeks pregnant, completing this incredible chapter of our lives. Throughout the process, Dr. Hines, Marty, the nurses, embryologists, and office staff provided compassionate, dedicated care at every step. They treated us like family, celebrated our milestones, and supported us through every challenge. We truly love them and are deeply grateful for everything they have done. During the hardest period of our infertility journey, working with knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate doctors and nurses meant everything. Through every challenge and obstacle, the entire MRM team championed us. We began working with MRM in summer 2023. At our first appointment, I feared the unknown: testing, treatment, and what might happen next. Yet I always left feeling that the procedure was not as bad as I had imagined and more hopeful than when I arrived. Dr. Hines and Marty were excellent at explaining every step in detail and sharing current research. We initially completed 3 IUIs, but when they did not work, we realized we might need IVF. Our journey brought many disappointments and moments when we did not know whether we would reach our goal. Through it all, the entire team was there to embrace us when we felt hopeless and cried, and to guide us toward the best next steps. Their confidence in us, encouragement, and evidence-based expertise always gave us the courage to continue. I also valued the holistic approach offered through Paradigm alongside MRM’s modern medicine. I learned so much about my body, and these resources provided physical and emotional support that I believe was essential to our journey. My treatment experience was unpleasant. I have now accumulated thousands of dollars in bills and am extremely dissatisfied. If someone had truly listened to me as a patient from the beginning, I would not have wasted so much money and time. Allie was the most helpful and compassionate person there, but this will be my first and last time.

The staff at MRM is very professional. They are wonderful people who make you feel at home. They are completely transparent and can answer every question. Nothing was uncomfortable, with 0 problems. They also communicated very well with us throughout the process.

We are so grateful to MRM Clinic. They gave us our miracle in February 2024, and we are now preparing for another embryo transfer soon. A little background: my husband and I went to a fertility clinic in Memphis, where I constantly felt examined but uncared for; all they cared about was making money. Infertility is difficult enough, but from the moment I called this clinic, I could genuinely feel that they cared for and treated their patients like family and wanted to help them achieve their family goals and get through the nightmare they were facing. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. I will continue driving 3 1/2 hours to see Dr. Hines and Dr. Marty because they are truly wonderful, and all the staff are so kind, from the front desk to the nurses, laboratory staff, and women at the Paradigm clinic. If you are looking for a fertility specialist, go see them; you will not regret it. This truly will be the best decision you make for yourself, your loved one, and your future family, because MRM truly makes miracles happen.
