I recently underwent complex surgery with Dr. Tsai, including myomectomy, bladder surgery, and endometriosis treatment. I am profoundly grateful for his attentive care. His surgical skill, clinical precision, and knowledge are exceptional. For years, I worked with him in the operating room as a circulating and scrub nurse and witnessed his precision and dedication in every case. Experiencing that same meticulous care as his patient deepened my respect for him. As a 42-year-old Latina, preserving fertility was essential to me. His thoughtful care has given me hope of doing so. Only two days after surgery, I had minimal pain and felt reassured knowing I entrusted my life to such an experienced physician. He remained fully involved throughout surgery and recovery and gave me exceptional attention and support. Hello everyone, I want to share my very positive experience with Dr. Tsai. For a long time, I suffered through painful menstrual cycles and felt unwell every month. It was exhausting. Before seeing Dr. Tsai, I even had surgery at Mount Sinai, but honestly still felt something was wrong. When I explained everything, he genuinely listened, which made me feel much better. He took my concerns seriously and, after evaluating me, performed another surgery that found and removed the tumor I had long felt was overlooked. It was such a relief! Even better, I have now seen Dr. Tsai for some time, and he has remained supportive. I am very proactive and persistent about my health, ask many questions, and want to participate in decisions. Dr. Tsai never made me feel like a burden. He encouraged my involvement and respected my choices. His genuine concern for his patients' health shows in everything he does. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tsai and the team at NY Fertility. We were fortunate to conceive after our first IVF cycle and felt supported throughout. Everyone was warm and friendly. Yanna, the nurse practitioner, patiently answered all our questions; Olesya was kind and patient during ultrasounds; Jenny and Melissa were gentle with blood draws, carefully explained every medication and injection, and were always responsive. Sunny handled our insurance perfectly and prepared all the documents we needed. Dr. Tsai even personally completed an insurance peer review to secure approval, which meant a great deal to us. The front desk was always helpful in person and by phone and flexible when scheduling or changing steps. We are also very grateful to embryologist Dr. Feng, who explained the process clearly and reassuringly. All information was kept on one platform, making the experience convenient and easy. We are fortunate to have found Dr. Tsai as our fertility doctor. God gave him wonderful hands and blessed skills, and we pray that he will continue to bless more people. I underwent surgery because I had severe adenomyosis and fibrosis that prevented me from becoming pregnant. With positivity, faith, patience, and the belief that God can move mountains, the Lord will make it happen when the time is right. My uterus now looks very good, I have no pain, and I have begun producing more eggs. My husband and I are very grateful for the good news, and we are now looking forward to a little angel entering our lives.

What an incredible journey fertility and conception can be—a roller coaster of hope, disappointment, happiness, insecurity, uncertainty, sadness, and despair. The New York Fertility Center team made it all 100% easier and better. I was amazed by the royal service, treatment, and care provided by Yanna Dostova, Dr. Tony Tsai, and the Manhattan and Queens clinic teams. I began several IUI cycles from September through November, followed by one IVF cycle in December. Every consultation, procedure, and care plan was thoughtfully designed, and they spared no effort at any point. The IUI procedures were painless, seamless, and easy to complete. Although the IUI cycles were unsuccessful, the team did not let me lose hope, and we quickly moved into our first IVF cycle. For speed and convenience, all injections were prepared in syringes, and my uterine condition and blood levels were monitored continuously to give me the best chance of success. The first IVF cycle was extremely successful, and at age 40, I am now pregnant with my first child after one IVF cycle at this clinic. I am delighted to share this story and journey. Well done to the New York Fertility Center team. I will always be grateful. It was a wonderful experience receiving care from Dr. Tsai and the team. The entire team has extensive expertise and devotes time and effort to ensuring positive outcomes and a smooth, comfortable patient journey.
