The staff at this clinic are awful. They create obstacle after obstacle, either to create more work or to avoid providing care 🤣. Let me walk you through the process so you know what to expect. After your doctor refers you, they call to schedule an appointment where you answer questions and have lab work. Your husband must call separately before they will schedule his tests. The appointment is a month later and completely unnecessary because everything they say is already in the written instructions. After the tests, you call again to schedule with a doctor. They do not tell you that test results expire after a year. Mine still had two and a half months left, but because they have a waitlist and only open doctors’ schedules two months at a time, they required me to repeat the tests before adding me to the waitlist. So I had to have blood drawn again and call back before they finally added me to a waitlist, without even giving me an appointment. Every time you call, an assistant takes a message and someone else calls you back. Have fun playing hide-and-seek 😂

Very impressive knowledge and patience. So far so good.

First, I want to say that I am a registered nurse, so I try to be flexible and reasonable regarding hospitals. I also understand that people may hesitate to write reviews for privacy reasons given the type of facility, but I hope this review helps people understand how it works. I consulted with Dr. Proctor and found him knowledgeable; I liked him very much. Based on my experience with him alone, he would receive 5 stars. The problem is that everyone in the office is nice, but it is extremely disorganized. Answers depend on the date and who is working because they are inconsistent. Scheduling is also terrible. Understand that they do not schedule around your body; your body must fit their schedule. After completing all labs and tests, you must wait for a scheduler to call, which may take some time. While you wait, others are being scheduled, so further delays are a real possibility. If your physician's schedule is full, as mine was, you cannot see another physician with availability. Also, if your physician cannot accommodate their schedule and another physician has filled the opening, they work with the fully booked physician, causing another delay. Although KP is one health group, the physicians do not work together, and you must have an entirely new consultation, wasting more time. I feel their process has many avoidable delays. If you choose this office, bring all your patience because you will need it. Also be aware that the general manager may give you a start month, but in reality it may not happen because of their scheduling practices. They also lost my referral at the beginning, causing further delays. I hope this helps people decide or better understand their scheduling process. If time is critical for you, this is not the place for you.

You call and leave a message, but they do not call back. They have older staff who do not remember anything you say. They communicate poorly; they need to retire, bring in new people, and fire the front desk supervisor. They are completely incompetent and cannot do anything correctly.
