Our mission is to address advanced fertility care as a matter of “social justice” by making it accessible to the broadest possible range of prospective families.


Dr. Steinleitner believes successful infertility treatment involves caring for the heart and mind as well as addressing physical concerns.

Our simplified IVF protocols allow us to treat complex infertility at a fraction of the cost of conventional medications and procedures.

Our goal is to treat every patient with a personalized approach. At most medical appointments, you will see a physician, and you will also be assigned a staff member as your “coordinator” and guide.

You will have access to our computer system's instant messaging feature, allowing you to contact our office or your physician. Your coordinator will also be available to take your calls or meet with you when needed.

Through our personalized care plans, we have successfully helped patients move from infertility to family.

    He is a wonderful doctor. 3/12 years ago, he gave me hope of becoming a mother again, and I will always be grateful. He is the best and tells you the truth. I love him and want to return before having my second child. God bless you ❤️🙏🏻

    After treatment with Dr. Steinleitner, my husband and I finally conceived in 2/2023. It took only two cycles. We had been trying to have a child without success since 2015, but thanks to his help and expertise, our baby boy was born. We will always be grateful and will return to try for a girl❤️

    Reviews of Dr. Steinleitner were mixed, and I was hesitant to use his practice, but everything from the first phone call to the final visit was excellent. Even if I had not become pregnant, I would honestly write the same review. He was always direct and candid. I produced only 5 eggs, and he called me to say that we needed to decide together whether to continue or start over. He was not pushy or rude. We discussed everything, and of course I am glad I continued. We transferred 3 embryos, and I am delighted that one implanted successfully. His staff at both the Fresno and San Luis Obispo offices were always pleasant and answered all my millions of questions, which I am sure were annoying. The doctor did everything he could on his side, and I did everything I could on mine. Not everyone gets a perfect outcome. The doctor is not God. Thank you, Dr. Steinleitner and staff.

    If you are looking for a compassionate, outstanding doctor willing to help vulnerable women who feel desperate, Dr. Alex Steinleitner is the best choice! My first appointment with him was wonderful. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail and gave me tremendous hope. His front office was equally wonderful and friendly. I am excited to begin my journey and so glad I chose his practice! Thank you again to the doctor and staff!
