It took me some time to write this review because my wife and I have been busy over the past few months, and we initially hesitated to share this experience because we thought it might have been an isolated case. After reading some other reviews, however, we felt it was worth sharing. My wife and I decided to explore fertility treatment options at CCRM in Frisco because it was one of the partner clinics in our employer's fertility benefits program. Overall, we have far more regrets than positive feelings. Our fertility journey began in 2024 8, when we met the clinic's director, Dr. Dorette Noorhasan, although she was apparently no longer the director as of 2026 5. I provided a semen sample, and my wife underwent two very painful tests. We were ultimately told that my sperm count was borderline—not high or low, just average—and that my wife's menstrual cycles were so irregular because she was highly fertile. Once all the test results were available, Dr. Noorhasan spoke with us by telehealth—she did not even bother arranging an in-person appointment—and told us that IVF was our only option. She said our chance of conceiving naturally was only around 5%, while intrauterine insemination (IUI), which we preferred, would increase it only to 20%. She recommended IVF because of its higher success rate. The problem is that I am not a doctor or a woman, but I have relatives who are doctors, as well as two sisters and a mother. When we told them that Dr. Noorhasan said IUI would not work and that my wife's irregular periods were caused by her being extremely fertile, they thought we were crazy. A relative of mine who is a doctor said it was one of the most ridiculous explanations she had ever heard and emphasized that IUI should be considered before IVF. She also said it was very strange that they had never asked about my medical history, whether I had any health conditions, or even when I last had a physical. At the end of the telehealth consultation, we told the doctor that we would be traveling abroad for a week and would discuss the IVF recommendation while away, but that we also wanted to keep trying to conceive naturally in the meantime. The doctor essentially wished us luck and said, “Let us know when you're ready,” because it was not going to work out that way. After discussing it, we decided to seek another opinion because something did not feel right, especially since IVF was the most expensive option available. We looked at our employer's program again to find another clinic for a consultation. Fast-forward to 2025 6, and guess what? We never needed to visit a new clinic because Dr. Noorhasan was wrong: we were fully capable of conceiving naturally, and we now have a lovely baby boy. In summary, we believe Dr. Noorhasan gave us incorrect information about my wife's health, did not care about our situation, and immediately chose the treatment that benefited her most while placing the greatest physical burden on a woman. She also used fear tactics—claiming that methods other than IVF had success rates too low to be worth considering—to pressure us into treatment we did not need. Overall, if I could, I would give the CCRM clinic under Dr. Noorhasan's leadership a score of zero. Even though she is no longer there, I would still advise people to avoid this clinic because they were willing to employ her before she decided to open a clinic called ivfmd elsewhere in Frisco.

I will always be grateful to Dr. Nur Hasaan and all the staff at CCRM Frisco. Dr. Nur Hasaan patiently listened to my concerns and goals and developed a thorough plan to help us begin our fertility journey. She is truly an expert in this field! I also want to give special thanks to my good friend Jordan. I could not have completed the egg retrieval without her. She was very gentle, patient, and considerate. She understood how overwhelming the process could feel and never made me feel that my many questions were a burden. I will always be grateful to Dr. Nur Hasaan and everyone at CCRM Frisco!

I came to CCRM on February 5, 2025, and from my first appointment through today, May 23, 2026, CCRM has been wonderful. Everyone—from the nurses and staff to Dr. Noorhasan—has been outstanding. They stood by me through every question, concern, setback, and milestone. I was very nervous when I began IVF. I knew little about it, but after my first appointment I did extensive research, and I am so glad I chose this clinic. CCRM is more than a clinic to me. After one failed cycle, they became like family. From my second frozen embryo transfer on February 13 to my eventual positive pregnancy test, none of this would have been possible without them. Heather, Cynthia, Alma, Jessica, Alyssa, Shania, Ms. Michelle at the surgery center, and the ladies at the front desk: I sincerely thank you all. I am deeply grateful for your impact on our lives. Because of this clinic, I will welcome my beautiful daughter on November 1, 2026. Thank you, CCRM, for making my family's dream come true.

I have encountered problem after problem, and giving up my egg-freezing journey just to save money is not worth it. 😕 After my first appointment, I received a $250 bill even though I had been told my insurance would cover it and my cost would be $50. I called repeatedly and left voicemails but received no response. That was last August. Because I wanted to begin the process and continue treatment in early 2026, I called the Houston office, even though I live in Dallas, to see whether I could reach anyone. I finally contacted someone in finance, who told me their records showed I was not covered at the time. That was untrue. I called my insurer, which confirmed I had coverage throughout the year and that it had never received a claim from CCRM. I kept trying to contact the finance department but still could not reach anyone, so the issue remains unresolved. After my first blood test, I scheduled a video follow-up to discuss my results. I took time away from work and found a quiet place for the call, but Shaina still had not joined 10 minutes after the scheduled start. I am extremely disappointed and no longer believe this clinic can provide the service it should, so I will seek care elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I chose this clinic after hearing good things, but it appears to have changed in recent years and is no longer as 'excellent' as it once was. 😕

After a terrible experience at another IVF clinic, I found CCRM. Their personalized care plan set them apart. I wanted to understand why I could not become pregnant, and Dr. Noorhasan helped me find answers. The team responded quickly to questions, and my patient care coordinator supported me throughout. While preparing for transfer, I was assigned a transfer care coordinator who was highly professional and very kind. Lack of individualized patient care - particularly condescending cold demeanor from the office manager, Nissa Suarez. Forced to download an app rather than my request to be called and speak to an individual live. Credit card charged without my consent. Office manager doesn’t provide individualized care, she makes excuses and rationalizes her cold behavior. I was scheduled with a PA without my consent when I asked to see Dr.Dorette Noorhasan/ my referral was specifically to see Dr. N, I was seen by a Physician Assistant; without the courtesy of being asked if I consented to see someone other than my referral.

The doctor and team are very kind and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is how they treat patients. They always call with important updates instead of only sending a message. This approach adds a personal touch to the entire experience. They also respond to calls and inquiries very promptly. Dr. Noorhasan is a wonderful doctor! Highly recommend!

They discriminate against overweight women of color. Dr. Noorhasan refused to treat me, watched me cry, and then left the room while my husband had to find tissues. Her only solution was to refer me to a weight-loss doctor whose goal was unhealthy, expecting me to lose 40 pounds in less than two months. Then, despite knowing she would no longer treat us, she deceptively had my husband undergo bloodwork, leaving us with a $1,300 Labcorp bill. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Where do we begin? Our fertility journey was difficult, but thankfully Dr. Nurhasan and her team helped us achieve a happy outcome. From thoughtful care to follow-up guidance, CCRM is an excellent choice for all your needs. We sincerely thank them for helping us throughout the journey!

Terrible, from the front desk to the doctor.

A warning to fat patients: they are biased against us. CCRM will not accept anyone with a BMI above a certain threshold, claiming it is for health reasons, as though their medical knowledge extends no further than America's anti-fat rhetoric. I spent an hour at my initial consultation, only for the nurse to mention at the end that my BMI was "above their limit of 39" and that they wanted me to lose 40 pounds (about 18 kilograms) before treatment. It was unbelievable—as if rapidly losing 40 pounds (about 18 kilograms) before trying to conceive were healthy, or as if decades of weight cycling had not harmed my bone density. Why would I choose a clinic that views my body as a risk? These people are awful. Fat patients, avoid this clinic for the sake of your mental health. Other IVF clinics use reasonable additional protocols to manage weight without making you feel that your very existence is illegitimate. I hope CCRM someday reads real scientific literature and updates its medical knowledge.

The staff is kind and attentive and made me feel like family. Jordan is an excellent communicator and makes you feel that she genuinely cares about you and your treatment journey. Dr. Noorhssan is the most approachable doctor! She made me feel comfortable and was very patient. She was honest and set realistic expectations, but communicated them with great gentleness and compassion. I could not have found a better fertility clinic. 100% recommended!

I had a very poor experience with CCRM and Noorhassan and strongly do not recommend them. They operate like an assembly line and provide no personalized care. Noorhassan had not even reviewed my chart before my follow-up appointment and got my age wrong. I had to correct her twice.

Very organized, they have great educational tools and are detailed in their directions for all of the medications. Everyone is lovely to work with! They are all informed of every case and make it flawless for the patient.

What an amazing staff! After a cancer diagnosis, we had planned to try IVF, and this clinic helped make that possible. Nissa, Shana, Heather, and of course the doctor were all very kind, supportive, and communicative. Regardless of the outcome, I am very grateful for the experience.

Our experience at CCRM was excellent. After comprehensive fertility testing, Dr. N recommended IVF. We are delighted to share that our first cycle was successful and we are expecting a daughter. The CCRM staff are very friendly and kind. We never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and the messaging platform allowed us to receive quick replies from the clinical nurses. They genuinely care about you and cheer for your success. I was surprised that many staff members had personally undergone IVF. Their own experiences helped them keep me calm and reassured throughout the process. We will definitely return to CCRM in the future to continue building our family!

Dr. Noorhasan and the CCRM care team were wonderful. From the moment my husband and I had our first consultation, we knew we were in good hands. Infertility is an extremely difficult journey for a couple, but they treated us with kindness and respect, and it felt as though everyone in the office was cheering us on. The process ended at the first appointment step. The clinic canceled my consultation because I refused to sign a credit card authorization form, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. There was no clarification or explanation, only an email notification, and no one responded. You do not meet a doctor initially; all they want is money. I did not feel respected at all and am very sad.

I was already of advanced maternal age and had several physical issues affecting conception. Everything was explained, every step was outlined, and staff were always available to answer questions. It is always important to get a second opinion. I began my single-mother IUI journey at CCRM Fertility. During the first test, I was told that my fallopian tubes were blocked. When I met the doctor, she began listing the multiple/numerous fibroids that required surgery and even mentioned that I might not be able to carry my own child. Talk about discouraging; I even began doubting whether I would have a child. After speaking with my doctor, however, I decided to seek a second opinion and found a different doctor and clinic. The new clinic performed the same tests as CCRM and found no problems. My fallopian tubes were fine, there were no fibroids, and everything was normal. I am typing this while holding my baby girl, who is nearly two weeks old. Please advocate for yourself and seek a second opinion. Best wishes to everyone on this journey.

A waste of money! I spent more than $30,000 on unsuccessful IVF treatment. Now I am being asked to pay another $25,000 for another round! If you want to throw your money away, come here! It is a scam!

I highly recommend Dr. Noorhasan. Everyone is very kind and stays on top of things. The billing department also worked hard to submit everything in record time. The kindest team!

Long post alert My name is Vanessa. I began my IVF journey in Memphis, Tennessee, where they told me I would never become pregnant. I kept trying at an IVF clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, and they repeatedly said, “You cannot get pregnant.” There was nothing they could do. When I moved to Dallas, Texas, I continued my journey. I tried the first clinic and did not like it; they gave me the runaround. I kept trying through tears and found CCRM in Frisco. I read the reviews, which seemed very good to me, so I gave them a chance. I called CCRM in Frisco to schedule a consultation, but could not be seen for 3 months because they were fully booked. My first consultation was in September 2023. I had a video call with Dr. Noorhasan and discussed my past and future medical history in detail. At my next appointment, I met Dr. Noorhasan in person for the first time. She told me what would be best for me and said IVF was my best option. I had many appointments to check my ovaries and fallopian tubes, and everything looked good, so I was able to start birth control. A few weeks later, I began abdominal injections. Then I had to take a break before the next set of injections. It was soon time for injections in my upper buttocks and abdomen, so I did those, followed by the trigger shot so I could have my eggs retrieved. Of course, it happened to be my birthday, so my egg retrieval was on January 24, 2024. I was nervous and afraid of going to sleep. The nurses saw that I was scared, so they checked everything before I went under, had me sign the forms, and then gave me medication to put me to sleep. I fell asleep while everyone was singing and woke up still singing “Happy Birthday” with them. Then I went home and received the results for the eggs they retrieved, hoping I would become pregnant. I thought I might not, but 4 male and 1 female embryo were successful, so I asked my fiancée to carry one of my eggs so that if I did not become pregnant, she would. When we called Dr. Noorhasan, my fiancée and I said we wanted opposite sexes because there was one girl and four boys, and you can choose the sex transferred to each of us. Soon afterward, she called and gave me my transfer date. My embryo was transferred on April 23, 2024. I was so happy and excited, and we were able to watch the embryo being placed. Then it was time to wait and see whether I was pregnant, although most people would have said no! My fiancée had one of my embryos transferred on May 21, 2024. We watched the embryo being placed and both stayed positive. We kept saying, what if we are both pregnant? I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. A few days later, my fiancée took a pregnancy test and hers was positive too. We both had blood tests, which were positive, and both hCG levels were good. We then completed 4 appointments to make sure the hCG levels and babies were doing well. When the nurses and doctors learned that we were both pregnant with embryos from my eggs, they were happy and excited every time we came in. We both then graduated from CCRM. Dr. Noorhasan came in and gave us a gift bag, and when I hugged her, I cried on her shoulder like a baby because when others said I could not become pregnant, she believed I could as long as I followed her instructions. She is a very kind woman, and I love her and her staff. Even though I called repeatedly when I was confused about something, they helped my fiancée and me. Update: We are now married. I am 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and our son is healthy. My wife is 24 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and our baby girl is healthy. We cannot wait to meet them and take them to meet the entire CCRM staff. Thank you for helping me fulfill one of my dreams, becoming a mother. I was blessed not once, but twice.

I would recommend CCRM more than 10 times over. After a long care journey, finally arriving at CCRM was a blessing. Dr. Nurhassan is not only knowledgeable and experienced but also has an excellent manner in clinical practice. The entire staff made the experience better than I imagined. Dr. Nurhassan immediately reviewed my records and developed a plan of action.

So far, everything has been perfect. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable, make me feel comfortable, and explain everything! I like that the doctor is hands-on and not just a face on posters, social media, and the internet! I am glad and honored that she performed one of my procedures. I am excited for the next step in this process 🤞🏾

Greedy and unethical. This clinic and its other locations do not allow you to bring embryos from previous cycles, even genetically tested embryos. They only want you if you are a profitable patient who needs IVF. What if you froze eggs when you were younger, before cancer treatment, or want a second opinion? I injected my abdomen 100 times for those embryos, worked hard, paid for medication, and endured the pain. But no—you want me to bear more expense, pain, and treatment for your benefit. This wastes life, time, and resources that women struggling with fertility do not have. Shame on you. You care only about your statistics and financial gain.

Dr. Nurhassan was insensitive and dismissive. Five minutes after meeting me, while performing a saline ultrasound, she told me I would need a surrogate to carry my child. She asked no questions and made no attempt to understand my story. My first virtual consultation was with a nurse practitioner who was cold and distant and repeatedly got details of my situation wrong, so I am sure they were not communicated well. When I asked Dr. Nurhassan why she said I needed a surrogate, she simply said my uterus was large and gave brief answers. She then told me I should seek fourth and fifth opinions because I liked “jumping around” between clinics, and rushed out of the room to continue her day. This showed she had not read my file or understood my history. She wrote a note saying she was the third clinic I had seen in a year, which was completely false and revealed her unnecessary bias against me. She did not know that she was my second opinion and that the only previous opinion I received came from a doctor who actually sat down, spoke with me, and learned my medical history. That opinion was much more optimistic, but Dr. Nurhassan had been recommended, so I wanted to see her. A major mistake and a waste of money and time. She clearly resents patients seeking a second opinion from her rather than seeing her first. During the ultrasound, she also told me that to be safe I would have to repeat egg retrieval. I had completed one two years earlier, when I was not ready to have a child, and stored 12 eggs. She claimed those eggs were “low quality” simply because she had not retrieved them herself and knew nothing about them, and said she would thaw and use them only if she could obtain more...
