I would never recommend this center to anyone who needs an infertility specialist. From the beginning, my appointments were rescheduled several times because the doctor was unavailable. Just days before my most recent appointment, they told me that my doctor was no longer at the center or was no longer affiliated with it, and that I would have to drive more than an hour to see him. This organization's poor management and communication made our journey to have a child even more frustrating.

I visited this clinic a year ago and am still at a loss for words. First, we wanted to see Dr. Escobar, but we were assigned to Dr. Jones instead. She joined our virtual appointment 45 minutes late and had a young medical trainee stand behind her and listen to what should have been a private conversation. I underwent three intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures, and the last resulted in an ectopic pregnancy that required emergency removal of my right fallopian tube. I never met Dr. Tiffany Jones in person, and she never contacted me after I emailed her nurse to say that I needed surgery. I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

Based on my poor experience with scheduling and the front desk staff, I would not recommend this clinic. From beginning to end, the process felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Every time I called, they gave me the runaround and told me to contact my primary care doctor or insurance company before they could discuss an appointment, despite my efforts to follow their instructions. Simple requests became long, frustrating calls. The staff repeatedly placed me on lengthy holds, even for something as minor as checking the appointment calendar. During a single call, I was often put on hold several times for 5–7 minutes. What should have been a quick scheduling conversation often became a 45-minute ordeal. Worse, after several calls to the clinic months earlier, I finally scheduled an appointment, only to be told later that the doctor would not be in that day and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This reflects a serious lack of organization and respect for patients’ time. Fertility treatment is already stressful enough. Patients should not also have to deal with poor communication, chaotic scheduling, and constant administrative problems.

We love Dr. Jones! She always explains details that can sometimes be difficult to hear with great compassion. She provided our second opinion, and we are very glad we made that decision. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with infertility.

Our entire experience today, from check-in to departure, was excellent. We are glad we chose Dr. Jones to guide us through this journey.

My first positive pregnancy test at age 46 made that day the second most important after my birthday. After 8 years of trying, my OB-GYN referred me to Dr. Jones. Despite my anxiety and exhaustion from seeing many specialists, I tried again. Dr. Jones explained the process clearly. At every appointment, her smile was warm and reassuring. I released my doubts and fears and trusted her completely. My first embryo transfer succeeded during my birthday month—the best birthday gift ever. We also received gifts at graduation 😊, now displayed in our nursery. I thank God for this life-changing miracle through Dr. Jones and her excellent team, which brought my husband and me endless joy. Thanks also to nurses Joy and Jessie for patiently answering every email and question, the woman who drew my blood at FRISCO, and the FRISCO receptionist who always greeted me by name with a smile. I cannot wait to share our baby's photo after his birth. God bless you, and thank you.

I first came here around October 2024. In January 2025, Dr. Jones and Dr. Escobar performed my tubal reversal. My baby is due in December 2025! I am so excited 😊! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is beautiful and upscale. My only suggestion for Conceive Fertility is greater price transparency. After a client communicates proactively and asks every cost-related question, receiving unexpected bills is unprofessional.

If negative ratings were possible, I would give one. I scheduled an egg-freezing consultation three weeks ahead. The clinic said it would confirm insurance coverage and whether a referral was needed. I called a week before, but neither the front desk nor insurance team responded. For the two days before the appointment, I called daily and received incorrect answers; the front desk repeatedly claimed Maven would cover everything. My insurer said the opposite. With several Dallas–Fort Worth locations, I was shocked by how this clinic operates. The lack of communication and clarity from the start was extremely frustrating.

There are not enough words to describe what Dr. Tiffanny Jones means to me — but I’ll try. Dr. Jones didn’t just guide me through IVF; she walked beside me through one of the most emotional, vulnerable, and important decisions of my life. From the very beginning, she felt less like a doctor and more like a trusted girlfriend — honest, compassionate, supportive, and real — while still being incredibly sharp, knowledgeable, and data-driven. She gave me the statistics based on my numbers, even when they weren’t ideal. She never sugar-coated the reality, but she also never let me lose hope. One phrase she repeated that stayed with me through every step was: “All you need is one.” And that’s exactly what we got. Through her expertise, precision, and care, we ended up with one embryo — one that stuck, one that grew, and one that was born healthy and whole. Today, my baby boy is three months old, and his current hobbies include smiling at his mommy and blowing bubbles — and I owe that miracle to Dr. Jones. Even after graduating from the clinic, she prepared me for what was coming next — warning me (with a smile) that one day I’d be running after a toddler who’s constantly getting into everything just to keep him safe. I laugh now knowing how true that will be. If you are considering IVF and want a doctor who is brilliant, honest, deeply human, and fully invested in you — not just your charts — Dr. Tiffanny Jones is that doctor. Choosing her was one of the best decisions of my life. Forever grateful. 💙

We began our IVF journey with Dr. Jones in April. From day one, I knew we had found the right doctor. Her strong reputation and many successful cases gave us the experience and transparency our situation required. Dr. Jones was candid about how to achieve the best outcome, giving us confidence at every step. I asked countless questions and raised many concerns but never felt ignored or dismissed. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. Flexible appointments meant I did not need time off work, and everyone made me feel like family. Graduation day was very emotional. I cried at the thought of no longer returning regularly, which says everything. Dr. Jones, thank you for the blessing now growing inside me. Special thanks to Olivia, Aaron (I hope I spelled that correctly), and Jessie—your care, patience, and kindness made an anxiety-filled IVF process feel manageable and supportive. IVF is not easy, but I cannot imagine a better team caring for us. If you are considering this clinic, trust that you will receive expert care.

Dr. Tiffany Jones is amazing! She is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. From the beginning, she made the entire IVF process feel easy and stress-free. She was thorough, patiently explained everything, and genuinely cared about me as a person, not just a patient. Her professionalism and kindness made a crucial difference during this emotionally challenging journey. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, approachable, and truly supportive fertility specialist. She is an outstanding doctor in every way.

We came in hopeful and left feeling even more defeated and with so many bills pilling up. In our initial consultation we asked for financial transparency, and asked how much the whole process would cost from labs to IUI /IVF. We were told a few numbers and within 2 visits we had FAR surpassed any of them. That's hardly the worst part though, I have been going to hospitals and getting my blood tests every 3 months since I was born, for checks for congenital condition, and after doing an exhaustive blood test here, the report i got said my blood type was different than what I've known for 30 years. Now me thinking I've been wrong this whole time...of course NOT, military hospitals DO NOT GET IT WRONG. The results of these tests also showed a lot of underlying problems that I don't have and had to get a few more costly procedures to sort out and fix before getting ready for either IVF or IUI. NEXT...they did a procedure and saw there was a cyst, come to find out it was a shadow and negligent imaging. Overall, I highly DO NOT Recommend this place. Lots of negligence and full of judgemental doctors and staff.

Special thanks to Shivani on the clinical staff, who was kind, compassionate, and patient. She was always willing to help and answer our questions. All the staff were helpful and made the center a truly welcoming place.

Admittedly, my wife and I may be one of the most difficult cases Dr. Jones and her team have handled, and we have insurance, which is a battle in itself for an IVF provider! I cannot express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness, professionalism, grace, and patience shown throughout this exceptionally difficult journey. Dr. Jones has the education, skill, and wisdom to immediately ease the many worries and emotions that arise with IVF. Under her care, you never feel like a number. Her NP and support team also helped make the process surprisingly smooth. It was difficult, but even during the hardest moments, we could still appreciate this care team and remain hopeful. This facility is excellent. I truly appreciate the care and attention from the entire team, especially Alamar, Fernandez, Rivka, Liba, and others whose names I cannot remember. They always take the time to listen and genuinely help. Dr. Jones also does an outstanding job. She listens carefully, offers thoughtful treatment options based on your condition, and makes sure you remain informed. I also appreciate the team checking in with you between visits. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality care and compassionate service, which is exactly what we need while TTC. It is a great facility filled with calm, positive people.

Dr. Jones and her staff have been a blessing to my husband and me. I am always nervous when choosing a new provider for my care, but this team was wonderful. Everyone was kind, helpful, and supportive. I would use this office again in the future. I will always be grateful to this team for helping me on this new journey. Honestly, the place looks nice, but unfortunately I called today to ask about the status of my application and reached Joua Herr, who was extremely rude, intolerant, and impatient. As she pulled up my application, I heard her laugh and say, “I will review it and send you a message.” Two seconds after hanging up, she sent me a rejection through Indeed. I think she should have told me directly over the phone instead of mocking me and making me feel stupid!!!

Everyone was wonderful! They made my first appointment easy and helped calm my nerves, especially Shay! I love the staff here and cannot wait to move forward on this journey with them.

Rivka Darrison, FNP-BC, is an exceptionally kind, personable, and helpful practitioner. She is always welcoming, and I appreciate the care at CVF Frisco.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. She listens, understands, and does not rush you into unnecessary procedures. Simply speaking with her makes you feel better and relieves half your anxiety! She is a wonderful person. Her staff are equally excellent. I was happy to connect with Joy and Rivka, who were amazing! Last but not least, Alamar, the woman you meet as soon as you enter CFC, brightens my day every time I speak with her. She is so friendly and lovely!

I called the on-call line. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the representative who helped me, but she was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I highly recommend this fertility clinic to anyone trying to conceive. The office staff are wonderful: professional, kind, and knowledgeable. And Dr. Jones... 🤩🤩 She is a force! She is heaven-sent! My partner and I met several fertility specialists in the DFW area, and no one compares with her. If you want to become pregnant, she means business—see the Egg Whisperer, also known as Dr. Jones. Doctors can be intimidating and unfriendly, shells in white coats. Dr. Jones is the complete opposite. She is hilarious and personable, and you feel as though you are with family. She truly cares about every patient, and her patience is on another level. The way she guided me through the process without making me feel like an inconvenience or just another patient warmed my heart. I looked forward to seeing her every time. I would arrive nervous and uncertain and leave informed and prepared for the next step. The mission is not complete yet, but I know I am receiving excellent care. We became pregnant, but did not get our beautiful baby boy!
