Dr. Garg and her team are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I had to undergo unexpected IVF treatment because of a health issue. They went above and beyond to see me as soon as possible and meet my expected timeline. The clinic responded quickly to all my questions and was very considerate in accommodating my schedule. The care at Greenwich Hospital was equally excellent.

Choosing Dr. Gager and Greenwich Fertility Center was the best decision we ever made. From our first visit, we felt their compassion, professionalism, and sincerity. Fertility treatment can be an emotional journey, but every doctor, nurse, and staff member made us feel supported and hopeful at every step. I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I worked with Elisa, Whitney, and Dr. Nora Miller, all of whom were kind and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They patiently answered my questions, kept me informed of my progress, and created a very supportive and welcoming environment. The transfer was successful on the first attempt.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. Do not go there. Dr. Garg aggressively pushed every possible treatment, but the worst part was not her forceful sales tactics, half-truths, or making me feel like an ATM. During my first diagnostic ultrasound, she clearly saw a large tumor on one ovary but deliberately ignored it and urged me to begin—and pay for—another ovarian stimulation cycle. This is medical malpractice. Stay away from this profit-driven clinic.

My experience at Greenwich Fertility caused years of emotional, financial, and physical pain, and I feel obligated to warn other women. 1. Inappropriate medical advice At my first consultation, Dr. Garg told me that if I were 40, I ‘would be unable to have children.’ I was 37 at the time. This statement was medically inaccurate and sent me into a deep depression. 2. Canceled egg-freezing cycle with no follow-up I paid $8,500 and followed all medical instructions exactly, only for my cycle to be canceled at the last minute because of an ‘embryologist emergency.’ (???) No one contacted me for over a month, until I reached out myself. This was completely unacceptable. 3. Conflicting instructions from doctors During my cycle, Dr. Miller and Dr. Garg gave completely opposite advice about when to administer the trigger injection. Dr. Miller said it was too early, while Dr. Garg said the timing was right. I spent $16,000 and still do not know whether the timing was appropriate. 4. Major delays and insurance problems I returned to begin IUI/IVF and developed a cyst after taking Clomid for seven months—a waste of time, as I should have switched medications. The clinic told me my insurance required two IUIs before IVF. Later, the insurer denied IVF coverage because Dr. Miller had not completed—or had forgotten—the peer-to-peer review she previously conducted. I had to deal with the insurance company alone while paying $1,000 per month for COBRA coverage, which I maintained only because Dr. Miller had completed the peer-to-peer review. This cost me more time and caused tremendous distress. What doctor has no record of a peer-to-peer review after completing one? 5. Hidden fees disclosed while being wheeled into the operating room Minutes before egg retrieval, while I was on the stretcher, they told me I needed intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), which cost $3,000 and was not covered by my insurance. They said they had not wanted to tell me earlier ‘to avoid upsetting me.’ They had initially said I would not need ICSI. 6. Laboratory report After retrieval, a nurse said she could not interpret my embryology report because it was ‘confusing.’ She could not tell me how many embryos I had. (???) 7. Missed testing At my new clinic, a saline ultrasound found a uterine polyp that Greenwich Fertility had never checked for. This could have affected embryo implantation and undermined my chance of success. I had to undergo surgery to remove the polyp before restarting treatment. In addition, several necessary blood tests had been expired for a year during my time at Greenwich. Only after I pointed this out to Dr. Miller did she say, ‘Oops.’ This clinic cost me years of time, thousands of dollars, and tremendous emotional distress. Please seek a second opinion before deciding on fertility treatment. They truly should be sued.

Terrible experience. Do not waste your health, emotions, or money here.

The staff are extremely unpleasant and unhelpful, which is the last thing you want during a journey like this. The front desk is rude, and everyone acts as though you are bothering them.

Dr. Miller is wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly. They worked with my insurance and helped make dreams come true. I would absolutely recommend them.

Worst place ever.

I came to Dr. Miller after years at another fertility practice and countless disappointments. When I spoke with Dr. Miller, she made me feel comfortable and told me she saw no reason why I could not become pregnant. Not only did she help me conceive my daughter on the first try, but I am now pregnant with a boy. I will always be grateful to Dr. Miller and her team for everything they have done for me. Dr. Miller was always available to answer my questions and ease any concerns. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone there is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts with another fertility practice, we came to Greenwich Fertility Center. Dr. Nora Miller impressed us from our first video consultation, when she asked very detailed questions to better understand our situation and clearly explained our options. She tailored my treatment protocol according to how my body responded to the medication doses. Throughout the IVF process, she personally performed every ultrasound and always explained what she saw on the screen. She is very personable, encouraging, and consistently reassuring. The office staff are also very friendly. They do not overbook, so routine monitoring visits are quick with very little waiting. This is extremely important because IVF requires frequent monitoring appointments. My first attempt with Dr. Miller resulted in a successful embryo transfer and the birth of our son. Without Dr. Miller and her team, we would not have this tremendous joy. We are truly grateful that we found her.
