Dr. Kristansion and her staff made our dreams of having another child come true. She is not affiliated with “big name” fertility centers and runs her office privately, based on years and years of knowledge and experience. I never, ever felt like a number. When you call her office, a real person answers the phone. When I wanted to speak with my nurse, I was immediately transferred. The level of care I received through my IVF process was exceptional. Dr K does not give you the “run around”. She is smart, methodical and brings science to the table when making decisions. From her embryologist, to her nurses and office staff…. I could not recommend her more. I am forever grateful to their team.

This doctor is terrible, and the staff are also terrible. Do not go to this clinic. There is a reason her fees are low. Her successful cases are due to luck, not because she is a knowledgeable, well-trained professional.

This is the best fertility clinic in town! Before coming to Houston Fertility Center, I consulted four different fertility specialists. Choosing this clinic was the best decision I made! I love Dr. K; she genuinely cares about her patients and is very sincere. In fact, I like everyone at the clinic—the nurses, receptionists, financial coordinators, and even the embryologists. They are all wonderful. I became pregnant after one IVF cycle here. I know not everyone is as fortunate as I was and that IVF cannot guarantee success, but if you are struggling to become pregnant, consider Houston Fertility Center. They may be able to help!

My experience at Houston Fertility Center was a disaster. The staff were cold, rushed through consultations, and barely listened to my concerns. I spent thousands of dollars on treatment without receiving clear answers, only vague promises and a pile of bills. For a clinic dealing with such sensitive issues, the lack of empathy and transparency was shocking.

The worst part? Misleading success rates. Houston Fertility Center advertises high success rates, but after multiple failures, I discovered that they cherry-pick their data. This was devastating, and their one-size-fits-all protocol ignored my individual needs. When things went wrong, they accepted no responsibility.

I had a wonderful experience at Houston Fertility Center. The entire team was caring, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout my fertility journey. Although the clinic is small, this makes the atmosphere more personalized and comfortable. I never felt like just another patient; Mayra, Blanca, and the rest of the staff took time to know me. Dr. Kristiansen clearly explained every step, making me feel cared for and hopeful. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and organized, which helped reduce the stress of the process. Their dedication gave me confidence at every step, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility care.

Unprofessional staff ruined my experience. Nurses argued in front of patients, and my doctor was consistently late—once by over an hour. When I complained, the manager shrugged it off. For the prices they charge, you’d expect basic respect and punctuality. Save yourself the frustration.

I completed three rounds of IVF with Dr. Christianson and, after eight years of infertility, am finally expecting my first child. I am very grateful for Dr. Christianson's straightforward approach to treatment, and his staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Terrible clinic!! This woman nearly killed me during treatment in 2021. I repeatedly asked whether my symptoms could be ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), but she and her team kept dismissing me and instead gave me an injection for nausea. I was eventually hospitalized in critical condition with OHSS, and Dr. Sonia appeared to be away on vacation. Even my obstetrician was furious about her behavior and standard of care and reported her because I was pregnant. The hospital had never seen a case as severe as mine. I nearly died in the ICU and ultimately lost my child because of the trauma to my body. This facility should be shut down!! Please proceed with caution, but Dr. Sonia and her team do not know what they are doing. They prescribe the same protocol to every woman, completely disregarding bloodwork and examinations. Dr. Sonia and her team know exactly who I am and know my story.

I do not know where to begin. My wife and I are truly happy that God led us to the right clinic. They gave us so much attention and made us feel at home every time we arrived. Thank you, Dr. Sonja Kristiansen, Blanca G, and Mayra. They are wonderful and always called to check how everything was progressing. We chose IVF and became pregnant on our first attempt. We are nearly two months along with no complications. Thank God 🙏 for placing these angels in our path. Dr. Christianson and all the staff were wonderful. We had an IVF consultation, and the way they treated us made us decide to begin the process as soon as possible. We will always be grateful to Dr. Christianson, Blanca, Melissa, and especially Mera. They were all amazing, helped us with thousands of questions and concerns, and lifted our spirits when we felt discouraged. Thanks to them, we now have our precious baby girl. We absolutely recommend Houston Fertility Center.

An absolutely excellent clinic. Dr. Christianson and his team, especially nurse Blanca G, made us feel like family. Although everything was professional, every consultation and visit felt like being with family. They never stopped being professional and ethical while explaining every procedure and step. Compared with the immense happiness and miracle of life achieved with these professionals' help, the cost was affordable and, personally, felt small. From appointments and frequent phone calls to the attention during visits and detailed explanations of available options, Blanca always guided me through everything. She was very attentive, kind, and affectionate while remaining professional. Every procedure has benefits and drawbacks, and every person's body is different. They clearly explained the importance of avoiding stress and pressure. To achieve excellent results, you must always follow the instructions exactly, however minor a detail may seem. Everything matters. Although this is easier said than done, at this clinic you find a family that provides not only moral and medical support but also the warmth of fellowship that fills you with confidence. I rate this clinic 100% excellent. I recommend Dr. Christianson and her team; they are professionals, and thanks to their help, we are enjoying life with our little princess.

The best fertility clinic. They care and love what they do. I underwent four IVF cycles, three of which were successful. We had one cycle with a surrogate and welcomed twins. Blanca, Mera, and Melissa are the sweetest people and love what they do. Dr. K is an amazing doctor. Words cannot express how grateful I am that they helped us build our family. We deeply appreciate everything they did. I strongly recommend them if you are trying to build a family.
