The SGF team at the Memorial City office is wonderful. They are organized and caring, and I would recommend them to everyone. Jacqueline at the front desk is warm, friendly, and kindhearted. Brenda is our medical assistant, and she is also very kind and approachable. My blood pressure always seems higher than usual, but only at their clinic. I call her later that day or the next morning with a new reading, and she accepts it. Hannah is our ultrasound technician and tells me honestly what she sees. I greatly appreciate that, even when the results are not encouraging. Maria draws my blood most of the time, and the process is always quick and easy. Lauren and Morgan are my nurses and are easy to communicate with. They call me with clear instructions and answer any questions I have. They also respond very quickly through the portal, making our experience very convenient.

Choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions. From the very beginning, the team made us feel seen, heard, and truly cared for during such an emotional and vulnerable time. Every question was answered with patience, and every step was explained clearly, which gave us peace of mind. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also compassionate and supportive. They go above and beyond to make you feel like more than just a patient, they treat you like family. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone navigating fertility challenges. You will be in caring and capable hands.

So at first I thought these guys were amazing, I had Dr. Bruno and she worked with me and helped ease me in several of my painful procedures. She helped me discover the reason why I cant have a baby and that she can fix it by removing my polyps and I was really happy....now im just beyond disappointed and frustrated. Im a Veteran, and Dr. Bruno is VA contracted, which means she HAS to comply and do surgery at VA credited hospitals. NOT STICK TO THE ONLY HOSPITAL that does not cover VA Insurance and will make us pay out of pocket. That is breaking not only her VA contract but its also refusing to provide care. Because literally she COULD / IS ALLOWED to do the surgery at the other VA credited hospitals, however she wants to just pocket money and waste Veterans times. So if you are a Veteran trying to get pregnant DO NOT GO HERE or to ANY SHADY GROVE FERTILITY CLINIC. Because they won't work with you and they have already broken their contract with the VA so yea 1 star. If I could give it a 0 I would. Thanks for waisting my time and making me have to go through all those painful procedures again because THATS the VAs policy when it comes to switching doctors. She also didnt give me the professional curtsey of finishing off our last appointment (a tele health call) so yea my opinion of Dr. Bruno is now not just frustrated / disappointed but now downright in the trash.

I want to take a moment to share my experience. First—wow! I had always gone to the Med Center office because it is about a 30-minute drive from home, but scheduling issues required me to visit the Memorial City office. Honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This clinic is extremely well organized, and the staff are very friendly. Jacqueline is wonderful. As the first point of contact, she truly sets the tone for the entire clinic—she is amazing! Hannah, who performed my ultrasound, was also wonderful—kind, professional, and highly skilled. The blood draw team was equally professional and made the entire process very smooth. Truly, everyone at this clinic is wonderful. I would gladly drive an extra 35 minutes for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. —Christia McIntyre

From the beginning, Ms. Jacqueline at the front desk was warm and friendly every time I came and went, making me feel very welcome. SGF Spring Branch sets the standard for the field. Even other clinics within the same organization should study the example they set in the smallest interactions and scheduling details. Dr. Bruno stands apart in the level of care she provides, and her team is equally energetic and meticulous. Because they are persistent and carefully review every result and potential concern, many patients' fertility journeys can take unexpectedly positive turns. They care so deeply about patients that they will do everything possible to ensure a meaningful and successful experience. In addition to Dr. Bruno, patient care coordinator Chelsea is one of the most practical, genuine, knowledgeable, thorough, witty, kind, and highly professional healthcare workers I have ever met. I feel honored to have received her guidance and care. On the first day, she contacted me with information and arranged the tests and treatments my partner and I needed. She is an exceptionally skilled professional and first-rate coordinator whose genuine and infectious resilience inspired us to continue. She is always available and stays focused even when I may be overreacting. Her efficiency is incredible! And she always remains remarkably composed when I try to recruit her as a manager for my own medical organization! If you have any fertility needs, do not hesitate to book with this organization and location. You will not need to worry about being overlooked or discriminated against. Shady Grove is truly first-rate.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bruno and her team. They cared about my entire journey and supported me throughout it. Dr. Bruno was always patient and understanding when I shared my fears and concerns. Whenever we faced difficulties, she offered several options and solutions. She also called to check on me and make sure I was okay. This journey is mentally and physically exhausting. Jacqueline at the front desk is the funniest and best person. Once, I called because I was running late, and just as I walked in she answered, laughing so hard. We were perfectly in sync that day 😜. When I told her I was very worried about giving myself progesterone injections, she immediately found a nurse to guide me. I have now overcome my fear of needles, haha! Hannah is the best. After we lost our baby girl, she held me while I cried during an appointment and prayed with us for our next baby. She patiently explained every ultrasound result and helped me understand what was happening inside my body. She distracted me with questions and stories and made me laugh. Lauren was the nurse who called with all my test results and patiently answered every question, even if I asked it several times. She also emailed additional details afterward to ensure I fully understood, which I greatly appreciated. Maria has such a gentle touch that I barely felt my blood draws. Chelsea always sent any information I needed quickly. Her notes were so detailed that I rarely had follow-up questions. Brenda was also very thoughtful. Before I left, she made sure I was okay and would ask Dr. Bruno any questions I had forgotten in the exam room. When we learned I was pregnant, the excitement felt like having my family there celebrating with me. I 100% recommend Dr. Bruno and her team to every woman trying to conceive.

We really like Dr. O'Hearn, and the nurses and technicians provided satisfactory care at every clinic visit. On the two occasions we called the nurses, they were kind and somewhat helpful, although their information contradicted itself after each call. However, SGF is terrible at timing, coordination, scheduling, and communicating expectations. It is almost impossible to schedule by phone. Getting a clear answer from SGF about when testing, collection, or procedures will happen is nearly impossible. Our treatment kept being delayed because SGF left gaps in the information, only providing critical timeline details weeks later. SGF's communication is so poor that it cannot be overstated. They send bills quickly, but their communication is a mess. Not recommended. Given the emotional and financial burden of this process, my husband and I are very disappointed with everything except Dr. O'Hearn, whom we like. It is too late for us to switch doctors now. We hope SGF resolves these issues and will update this review afterward.

Dr. Bruno-Gaston and her team are amazing! Dr. Bruno is highly skilled, empathetic, knowledgeable, and has a reassuring presence. I often worked with Jacqueline at the front desk, Chelsea the patient care coordinator, Brenda the medical assistant, Morgan the registered nurse, Hannah the ultrasound technician, and Maria the phlebotomist. I was always impressed by how kind, efficient, and helpful the entire team was. I am very grateful for their excellent care!

I am so glad a friend recommended Dr. Bruno. She is wonderful, warm, and lovely. She supported me throughout infertility treatment and helped make my dream come true. Brenda and Jacqueline were amazing!!! Jaqueline was very friendly during check-in, provided a lot of helpful information, and had a wonderful positive attitude!

The customer service is extremely poor. Calls take a long time to be answered. I called twice today and waited more than 20 minutes each time, only to be “disconnected” both times. Based on other reviews, this seems to be common. It is extremely frustrating.

Where do I begin with CORM!!! From beginning to end, my husband and I had a wonderful experience, especially under Dr. Perfetto’s care. There were occasional administrative problems; my advice is to stay engaged with administrative and support services until issues are resolved, but these problems did not negatively affect the care I received. My OB-GYN, Yunas, who is also outstanding, referred me to Perfetto. I entered Perfetto’s office in December 2019, and despite all the COVID-19 challenges, we had a successful result by October 2020! Everyone’s situation differs, of course. Throughout our time there, Perfetto guided us at every step. We also had a wonderful nurse, Rachel. She was professional and knowledgeable when detailing our options, timelines, and care plan. Thoroughness is truly her hallmark! Outside the office, I feel we could be great friends. We are immensely grateful and thank God for her. Her care, professionalism, and expertise are unmatched!!! We would certainly include Perfetto/CORM among our all-star healthcare professionals. Perfetto, if and when you read this—you are amazing!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Advice for patients/clients: *Keep an open mind! *Be proactive! *Stay involved! *Be organized! *Ask any question—there are no foolish questions! *Take responsibility for your role in the process and commitment! *Have confidence! *Trust the process! I assure you that if you do these things, you too can succeed. Most people do not realize or understand that this journey goes both ways. The team will do its part, but you must do yours as well!

This review is long overdue. I am now 14 weeks pregnant. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Bruno-Gaston. Graduating from the fertility clinic was bittersweet. She is truly the most compassionate, empathetic, kind, and remarkable doctor I have met. I told her I wished she could be my OB-GYN throughout pregnancy because she is so thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Bruno, my husband and I sincerely thank you. We will certainly send photos of our baby to your office. I must also add that Jacqueline is wonderful. You can always hear her smile when she answers the phone.

From our first impression of Jacqui at the front desk, who made me comfortable at every appointment, to the important information Chelsea provided, the care was excellent. We have been seen at SGF Memorial City since June 2024. Dr. Bruno and her team are amazing! Jackie at the front desk is warm and friendly. She answers quickly or returns calls right away and does her best to find a suitable appointment. I am always happy to see her. Bahareh, their sonographer, is also very kind. She welcomes you with a smile and makes ultrasounds more comfortable. Dr. Bruno is a wonderful physician. She is patient and truly listens. She followed our case closely and even called after hours during several difficult nights to check on me, which meant so much. She genuinely knows our story and often recalls past details that most doctors would not remember. She performed our transfer in April 2025, and our daughter is now in the second trimester. I cannot praise Dr. Bruno enough. She treats you as more than a patient, and I am grateful we found her. We are about to graduate from the clinic, which makes me sad, but I am incredibly excited to meet our daughter. This team changed my life, and I will always be grateful.

After leaving CCRM Fertility, we had a wonderful experience here. We came to SGF Memorial worried that, as a same-sex couple pursuing intrauterine insemination (IUI), we would feel excluded as we had at other clinics. That was not the case. Dr. Bruno-Gaston sat with us and truly listened to our concerns. Although I am sad to leave so soon, we left pregnant and happy! I am very grateful to Bahareh. Her kindness, patience, and support made an otherwise difficult IVF process much easier. She always took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable, even when I was anxious. It is clear that she truly loves her work. The entire team, from the front desk, nurses, technicians, and ultrasound technicians to Dr. Bruno, has been wonderful. They are very understanding, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Jackie does an excellent job and takes care of everything. Bahareh is the best ultrasound technician I have encountered so far; she is gentle, considerate, and knowledgeable. Everyone has been wonderful, and my IVF experience here has been positive. Regardless of the outcome, I hope the clinic's policy on multiple IVF cycles, including its age and AMH requirements, will change. This is not the staff's responsibility; it is SGF policy, so there is nothing they can do.

If you are a single man, do not bother getting your numbers checked here. If a urologist refers you here, know in advance that you will pay 100-400 dollars out of pocket for testing and will not receive the results because you are not a patient of this facility; only the referring doctor receives them. The testing area has a sink but no soap or anything to wash or dry your hands after providing a sample, so hygiene is seriously inadequate.
