If you are considering visiting or receiving treatment at this fertility clinic in Irving, Texas... run! Stay away! Communicating with the nurses is a nightmare, and you cannot reach the doctor you chose or receive any follow-up. I suspect the clinic staff are all new, which makes the new patient registration process a nightmare for couples eager to become pregnant or begin planning a family. In just three days, I contacted the clinic more than a dozen times but never received a response or a direct explanation from a clinical nurse. Even my portal messages about referral requests, laboratory orders, and other issues went unanswered. For an expectant mother, it is terrifying to know that you would not be treated as a priority during pregnancy. I genuinely feel that the Irving clinic's staff, especially the incompetent ones, leave patients knowing nothing about the doctor, which also damages Dr. Dillion's reputation. I have decided to seek care elsewhere and canceled all future appointments. Be sure to do your research. I strongly advise against this clinic.

IVF can be frightening and unpredictable, but having an excellent team and partners is truly essential. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Daisy as my coordinator, and to Dr. Le and Dr. Dillon for being so understanding and approachable. I cannot imagine going through this process anywhere else! 🩷

****Part 1****. If you are considering IVF through IVFMD, I strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to read about our experience. My wife and I began our reciprocal IVF journey at IVFMD, and we are now expecting twins. Although the journey was not easy, we truly believe we would not be here today without Dr. Dillon and her medical assistant Casey. First, I want to emphasize that we nearly left the clinic because of ongoing billing problems. The confusion, poor communication, and stress were sometimes overwhelming. The reason we stayed, and the reason we are so grateful today, is Dr. Dillon and Casey. They made everything worthwhile. Dr. Dillon was more than our doctor. She took the time to know us not only as patients but as individuals. She knew our children, celebrated every milestone with us, and made us feel genuinely cared for at every step. IVF can be filled with anxiety and fear, but she always reassured me, patiently answered every question, and created an environment where I felt safe and supported. Her warmth made her feel like family. That kind of care is essential during a long IVF journey. Casey was with us from our first appointment through graduation, and words cannot express how exceptional she was. Supporting IVF patients takes a special kind of person, and Casey is all that and more. For months, we emailed her constantly, sometimes 10 to 15 times a day, and she always responded quickly and kindly. She never made us feel like a burden. Her calm, reassuring presence meant everything to us. She went above and beyond, even arranging extra blood tests to give us peace of mind. When you graduate and your children say, ‘I am really going to miss Casey and Dr. Dillon,’ you know how wonderful your clinic is. Although Dr. Le and Dr. Raj were not our primary doctors, they also went above and beyond, even calling after hours to answer questions and provide guidance. That level of care from the entire medical team meant so much to us. At 6 weeks pregnant, I developed a hematoma and heavy bleeding, one of the most frightening moments of my life. Kathy immediately brought me into the clinic, and Dr. Dillion performed an ultrasound right away. My wife was in surgery, but although I was alone in the room, I never felt alone. These two doctors supported and comforted me through that difficult time. They then monitored me weekly, and together we watched my body gradually recover. I am now 9 weeks pregnant with healthy twins, and I will never forget the care they gave me during that time. ***My wife is posting Part 2 explaining the billing issues***

**Part 2: The billing issues mentioned in my wife's post** Part 2 Frankly, the clinic's greatest weakness is its billing department. Communication is extremely poor, calls are rarely returned, questions often go unanswered, and sometimes we were told only 20 minutes before an appointment that a large, unexpected payment was required or the appointment might be canceled. This creates tremendous stress for patients who already need calm and support. We spent countless hours trying to get answers, often without success. On one occasion, we had to contact the insurance company ourselves and discovered that our IVF treatment had actually been approved and covered, something the billing department never clearly told us. We were told we would receive a refund of more than $2,700 for the self-pay IVF global package, but it never arrived. We eventually stopped pursuing it because dealing with billing was too stressful. I strongly recommend keeping receipts and documenting emails and calls because everyone in billing gives a different answer. That said, things improved greatly once we reached Linda in billing, who works remotely. She was kind and responsive and gave clear answers, which was a tremendous relief. We sincerely wish the entire billing department maintained that level of professionalism and communication. Ultimately, despite the billing problems, Dr. Dillon and Casey made the experience not only bearable but deeply meaningful. They brought comfort, compassion, and genuine care during one of the hardest times in our lives. For us, it was all worth it. ****Keep your receipts and ask questions about billing****

Be very careful if you want to use their services without a female partner. If you need only their male services, they will not accept insurance.

I truly wish my experience had continued with the same level of care I felt at the beginning, but unfortunately it did not. Before I paid in full, I felt like an important patient. I felt heard, valued, and taken seriously. Once payment was made, everything changed. I began to feel like just a number—unheard, ignored, and dismissed. I came in concerned about unexplained infertility. I am 32 and had never conceived naturally since age 22 despite regular cycles, so I knew something was wrong. I tried to raise these concerns with Dr. Le and even asked whether further testing, such as laparoscopy, should be done before IVF. My concerns were not taken seriously. I was later diagnosed with endometriosis by my OB-GYN, something that should have been identified earlier. Worse, my IVF cycle was canceled. At the time, Dr. Le repeatedly and clearly told me I would not be charged because he believed the cancellation was his error. The clinic is now trying to charge me and says he ‘does not remember saying that.’ This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Otherwise, I would never have agreed to continue treatment. After a failed IVF cycle—and after using my entire inheritance both times to pay for procedures and medication—I returned for follow-up and was told I should consider laparoscopy and IUI, with Dr. Le asking, ‘Why didn't we try these before IVF???’ I had already asked why these options had not been considered before IVF and never received a meaningful answer. These steps could have spared me enormous emotional distress and financial loss. What hurt most was the lack of empathy. At first they were optimistic and reassuring, but that disappeared over time. As a patient, I felt ignored, abandoned, and ultimately forgotten. This was an extremely painful experience, both emotionally and financially. I entrusted this clinic with something profoundly important, but after paying I felt disappointed at every stage. I sincerely hope they take responsibility, especially regarding the canceled-cycle fee they explicitly told me would not be charged. At the very least, they should make some effort to remedy the situation, whether by honoring their earlier promise or offering a reasonable resolution. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you to IVFMD for helping us on our path to parenthood. I would like to share our experience and review of IVFMD. We were feeling discouraged and overwhelmed, unsure whether to continue trying to build our family. A friend recommended this clinic. The process was extremely stressful, time-consuming, expensive, and emotionally draining, and we felt frustrated and uncertain about what to do next. From our first meeting with Dr. Lee, however, we felt hopeful and reassured. Dr. Lee is calm, knowledgeable, process-oriented, and very supportive. He explained everything patiently and thoroughly, answered our questions, and helped us feel reassured and confident throughout. His professionalism, compassion, and positive attitude made an enormous difference in our journey. The IVFMD staff were also wonderful. They were organized, helpful, and thoughtful when scheduling appointments and explaining every step in detail. Each patient is assigned a nurse, and Nurse Daisy cared for us. She was tremendously helpful throughout treatment. Daisy is calm, kind, and very supportive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we could email her, and she would confirm with the doctor and respond promptly. Her timely communication and thoughtful approach reassured us in many situations. The entire process lasted about four months and, as I mentioned, was emotionally demanding. During that time, we faced many challenges and often felt anxious.

Dr. Shannon and nurse Daisy provided attentive care for both my physical and emotional well-being. They listened carefully to our concerns and anxieties and supported us with great compassion, allowing us to complete treatment with confidence and peace of mind. The front desk staff were also warm and attentive, and we had no problems with scheduling. If you are planning fertility treatment, I strongly recommend choosing this clinic without hesitation.

Although I did not get the outcome I hoped for, I am still very grateful to Dr. Le for helping me through this journey.

Dr. Sy Le is a wonderful doctor who is patient and highly skilled. I am very grateful that he helped me at the last minute. I highly recommend Dr. Sy Le.

The clinical staff are fine, but the billing department is unprofessional and unethical. They previously overcharged us by more than $1,000, which our insurer discovered, and gave us the runaround when we asked about it.

I would like to know whether I can become pregnant again after tubal ligation.

I was in the area, and my doctor asked me to have an ultrasound for cycle monitoring. I scheduled with IVFMD Arlington. No one told me that location was closed that week and that I had to go to Irving, more than an hour away. They charged me $235 for one ultrasound, while my entire monitoring cycle in Houston, including 8 ultrasounds and blood tests, cost $210. They do not accept insurance, and no one told me. The doctor was kind, but the poor communication ruined my experience.

Doctors and nurses are good but their billing service is horrible

UPDATE: I do NOT recommend this office. I have never felt so lost and in a dark place after coming to this office. 1. I have PCOS, can’t have periods due to stressed. Dr. Le told me “it was going to be easy to get you pregnant, you have a lot of eggs instead of not any. Which is really good” I was so happy and confident. The injection are not cheap. You have to make sure you have it with you when you come to your appointments they don’t let you come without it. I was one the last one of my treatment. I needed to be a 11 but was a 10. Something must of happened outside of the room and me as a patient. Cause he was like nope sorry come back in a year when you lose 60 pounds. I can’t do that with my pcos and my hormone. Which is the whole reason I came. My OBGYN said I had to choose get pregnant or manage my PCOS/weight/hormones. He knew that wasn’t possible. I have a $400 shot in my fridge for months now. And have never been in such a lost/dark/depression state in my life. He let his emotions or something get to him and treated me horribly. Even the nurses were “shocked and didn’t know why he told me that” word for word what they told me. My SIL recommended me they had two kids with Dr. Le and he was the worst to me and my husband. No respect. No empathy. No nothing. 2. They don’t verify ins ahead of time and will try and collect the “self pay” amount. They have told me to my face they didn’t verify the ins. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM YALL DIDNT DO YOUR JOB! So then you’ll have a “credit” cause your copay will probably be way less than that. Then they say “we’ll use your credit for your copays the next few visits” cool that’s fine better y’all owe me money then the other way around. BUTTTT…. yall still ask for me to pay every time I come in even tho i have a credit and yall owe me money. I’m DONE arguing with the little girl in the front who doesn’t know how to do her job. -10/5 stars

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Le and his fantastic team in October 2024. Dr. Le is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His nurse Kathy is kind, helpful and great at communicating. In February of 2025, we found out I was pregnant with our son. Today, I am writing this review while holding our 6 day old baby boy, Oliver. Without Dr. Le, Kathy and the whole team at IVFMD this wouldn’t have been possible. We have recommended many friends and family members struggling with infertility to Dr. Le and will continue to do so. We are forever grateful for IVFMD!

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Shannon Maloney, Nurse Daisy Andres, and Sy Q. Le for their exceptional care throughout my IVF treatment. From the first visit, they made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful. They patiently explained every step, answered all my questions, and comforted and encouraged me through emotional ups and downs. 🤔 I wonder why so many negative reviews have been deleted?! My treatment experience with Dr. Lee was disastrous.

My experience at this clinic was amazing. The warm care from Dr. Le's team, especially Daisy and Abby, made treatment much easier. They always answered my questions patiently and gave me tremendous support throughout the process. I highly recommend IVF MD to anyone looking for a caring team! It has been a year since my treatment journey, and Daisy still keeps in touch and follows up. The team's caring approach is truly admirable.

IVFMD's global fee not only made our journey affordable, but its treatment plans were also tailored to our needs. I saw Dr. Le at every appointment, which was remarkable because it allowed direct communication with the doctor at every visit and gave me the opportunity to raise questions and/or concerns promptly. Dr. Le is honest and will not give you false hope or waste your time and money. He cares about you and does not treat you like a number. The nurses and staff were pleasant, and I received a warm welcome every time. My nurse Daisy responded very promptly to all my questions.

Even one star is too much for this place. They deceived me, took my money, and never gave me results. On the first day, I explained my problem, and they clearly said they could help. Once I provided a sample, they began saying something different. During the day, they emailed saying they had found a solution for me. Today, August 13, they know exactly what my problem is, but they have provided no help. I am the one under stress, not them, because they only care about the money, and they already received it.

This morning at 9:00, I arrived for a new-patient appointment booked weeks ago. I checked in at 9:00 and waited patiently until 9:47, when the front desk finally called me to say they would charge $180 because they were out of network. I was shocked because I had been told by phone that they were in network. When I asked further, they said they began processing my insurance on August 1 and later discovered they were out of network. No one called to tell me. I drove from Fort Worth, and they should at least have had the courtesy to notify me about my insurance before the appointment. This was extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time here.

If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend Dr. Le and IVFMD! Daisy and the entire medical and support staff were warm and knowledgeable, and we truly felt supported throughout the process. I wish I remembered more names, not just faces, so I could recognize everyone individually! After trying for more than four years, I am now 14 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a baby boy. My husband and I knew that becoming pregnant with PCOS would be an uphill battle, but I could not have asked for a better team beside me. Dr. Le and his staff were incredibly encouraging and truly helped us through our fertility challenges. Thank you so much to everyone at IVFMD. When I am ready for a second child, I will definitely return.

We drove from Houston to Dallas, and it was all worth it! We began this journey with Dr. Le in 2021, and our beautiful baby was born in May 2022. It worked on the first round!! We returned in 2024 for our second baby, and our rainbow baby is due in December 2025. Although we had to make several adjustments, the team developed a plan that ultimately succeeded. I want to thank Dr. Le and his team for making this possible. Nurse Kristie is absolutely our lucky charm!

Although the IVF journey is difficult, the care team was outstanding. We previously underwent IUI at another clinic but were unhappy with the care there. At IVFMD, we saw the same provider every time, which was wonderful. Nurse practitioner Shannon and nurse Daisy consistently encouraged us and were very kind through all the ups and downs. Each time we left the clinic, we felt confident about the treatment plan and what to expect. Dr. Le and Dr. Raj were excellent during egg retrieval and transfer and are passionate about helping people. My husband and I strongly recommend continuing to work with Shannon. IVFMD is fortunate to have her on the team—and she deserves a raise! Pros: Seeing the same doctor/nurse practitioner every time was far better than our previous clinic, where we saw a different provider at each appointment. The flat-rate pricing was also reasonable and gave us a clearer idea of expected costs. Nurse practitioner Shannon is truly wonderful. Cons: It is difficult to reach anyone by phone. We paid cash and had several billing problems that were difficult to resolve. The billing department needs improvement.

We had a wonderful experience at IVFMD in Irving! Dr. Le, Shannon, Elle, Daisy, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and encouraging throughout the process. My husband and I are very grateful that Dr. Le did not go straight to IVF but tried every other option first. We ultimately chose IVF, and our first transfer was successful. We are so grateful! The two-hour drive was well worth it!

I feel fortunate to have met the doctors and care staff here. Dr. Le, Daisy, and the other IVF coordinators I worked with over the years answered my many questions, were very straightforward about expectations and outcomes, and had an incredible bedside manner through the many highs and lows of fertility treatment. I am deeply grateful to this team for supporting the growth of our family not once, but twice!

Highly recommended! My husband and I struggled with infertility for more than three years. We tried almost everything except IVF. I was very worried about trying IVF, but after consulting Shannon, we both agreed to proceed. Shannon was informative, compassionate, and understanding. She did not rush us into IVF at all, which we truly appreciated. She took the time to ensure all our questions were answered and that we understood the IVF process. This place is terrible. There was a medication error: the nurse told me to take a lower dose than required. I had a seizure after taking one medication. Then every test looked perfect, two embryos were transferred, and others were supposedly “saved.” As soon as I stopped taking the medication that prevents menstruation, I began bleeding immediately. They clearly did not implant, or perhaps were never transferred to begin with. I was devastated and spent more than quoted, with no result. When I called to report the bleeding, they offered no counseling and simultaneously told me that the embryos they were going to “save” had also not survived. So much money and time for nothing, with no support! This broke my heart!!! 💔 To try again, they wanted another $5,000 upfront before restarting! Unbelievable. They take advantage of people!
