Excellent clinic and services. I loved the care I received, and they helped me greatly throughout the process. I am infinitely grateful; they are the best. The Center for Reproductive Medicine helped us tremendously. Everything was excellent, from the wonderful staff to our physician, Dr. Sadek. My wife's patient care coordinator, Christina, was also amazing and supported us greatly throughout our journey to conceive.

This is a wonderful place. Christina is my patient care coordinator and was a strong source of support throughout my infertility treatment and miscarriage. Everyone here is excellent and made this difficult journey much easier. Highly recommended!

The staff at the Celebration location I regularly visit are wonderful. I especially like Jenn, the phlebotomist—she always makes me laugh and gets the vein on the first try. Francia can find even the hardest-to-locate follicles, and Celia at the front desk always greets me with her brightest smile.

I brought my sister in for bloodwork to the location in Celebration. Jennifer was amazing! My sister usually becomes a bit anxious, but Jennifer made sure she was comfortable and I really appreciated that. She was so personable and I’m so happy that she was there to take care of her. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer, the phlebotomist at the Celebration location, was very warm and friendly. I was nervous about having blood drawn, but she helped me relax and got it on the first try. She was professional and courteous. If you need bloodwork, I highly recommend asking for her.

My patient care coordinator, Christina, is amazing. I have worked with her for several years and greatly appreciate everything she does. She is always available to answer my questions, and if I need to contact my doctor, she immediately helps arrange an appointment. I trust her greatly and am very thankful to have her and Dr. Sadek on my care team.

This clinic is amazing, and the care I received was outstanding. I froze my eggs here several years ago, and I remain deeply grateful for the guidance and patience the doctors and staff have shown me since then. If you are looking for a clinic to guide you through your fertility journey, look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Loy, Dr. Sadek, and their team!

This is the best clinic I have ever visited, and I am incredibly grateful. From my first appointment at CRM, Dr. Sadek listened closely, truly understood my concerns, and kept them in mind throughout treatment. He performed all necessary tests for my partner and me, paid attention to every detail, and gave us a solution. He is an excellent doctor. I felt treated as a real person, with warmth and compassion. I was fully supported through infertility care, testing, egg retrieval, hysteroscopy, and embryo transfer. I am so grateful to have gone through this at this clinic because everything was perfect. The teams at both the Winter Park and Celebration offices are kind and attentive and consistently provide excellent service. I am deeply thankful for their care and for helping me achieve my dream of pregnancy. I will definitely return in the future for my babies.

This is my second visit, and they are truly wonderful and very compassionate. I am here now, and they are kind and excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My husband had a semen analysis six months ago and is still waiting for the results!!! We have called many times and must leave a message each time, but no one ever calls back. It has reached the point where our clinic has contacted them multiple times asking for the results, without success. This was not a free service; we paid for this test, but for some reason they refuse to give us the results. I do not recommend this clinic at all!

I have just begun my fertility journey, but CRM has shown more compassion and expertise than I expected.

I was disappointed that after driving 1.5 hours on the highway through construction and traffic, I arrived a few minutes late and they canceled the exam without considering the circumstances or even offering help to reschedule.

A few months ago, my wife and I sought fertility help here. After paying nearly $1,000 out of pocket for labs, ultrasounds, and a 5–10-minute visit, we were essentially told we needed IVF. We were told conception would be difficult and that any pregnancy would likely miscarry because I had a chromosomal issue or our child would have serious problems. We initially wanted to try IUI, but the doctor did everything possible to discourage this more cost-effective option and wanted to charge us $20,000–$25,000. This placed my wife and me in an extremely difficult mental and emotional period. My wife is now 14 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby boy! We have since seen a high-risk specialist and genetic counselor. After reviewing my condition, they said it was not nearly as serious as this clinic’s doctor had led us to believe and felt someone had tried to scam us. My wife and I now feel the same. We cannot believe that a place we trusted for help caused months of distress. Research extensively before committing to any fertility center. I would not wish this experience on anyone hoping and praying for a child. God bless 🙏🏼

WIN Fertility users, be aware! Patient since April 1, 2024. Pros: The doctor is nice. (Dr. Patel) Cons: Everything else. The first meeting with Dr. Patel was excellent. She was kind and made me comfortable, but that was where the good experience ended. I had two perspectives on this office: I was undergoing ovulation induction with letrozole and a trigger injection, while my sister was doing IVF that her insurance supposedly covered in full. My costs totaled $5505: 3 blood tests 3 ultrasounds 1 $500 monthly 'coordination' fee, unless the cycle is canceled 1 hysteroscopy and polypectomy, which was unnecessary 1 HSG 2 virtual meetings with my doctor. The billing department is poorly equipped and does not even verify insurance. I was quoted $1600 for the unnecessary surgery and pressured to pay quickly. After calling my insurer, I learned it should be about $700. When challenged, billing said I had a high deductible, although my in-network plan has a $0 deductible, then tried to mislead me because they had not checked my coverage. After 4 months of tests and unnecessary surgery, I finally began letrozole. Four follicles were growing. At the second check they were growing slowly but still progressing, yet my cycle was canceled because my estradiol was said to be too low. The next month, at baseline testing, a 21.2 mm cyst was found on my right ovary that had not previously existed. I asked whether it was a missed follicle, but no one answered directly. The earliest doctor appointment offered was August 27, 2024, though it was then August 13. I sought a second opinion. Two doctors, one in Orlando and one abroad, agreed I should have been monitored longer and that they would have used a different protocol rather than canceling. I essentially wasted 6 months at a clinic that treats you as a number rather than a patient. My sister's IVF experience was also problematic. Her excellent insurance had met the annual deductible and out-of-pocket limit through WIN Fertility at WDW. Yet she was charged a non-billable $1000 'cycle coordination fee,' and the clinic refused to provide a CPT code. WIN Fertility would not accept it, leaving her to pay out of pocket without it counting toward her deductible or limit. She also kept receiving bills because the clinic failed to verify and properly apply her insurance. Beyond billing, doctors gave conflicting information, causing her to miss a full month of treatment. She is disabled and had to stop life-enhancing medication for this process. She spent six months in pain, and these communication errors delayed both pregnancy and her return to normal life. In short, based on our first 6 months, I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you have WIN FERTILITY from Amazon or Progny.
