I highly recommend FISD! Dr. H and her team are professional, compassionate, and efficient. Three years ago, I came to FISD for help after a heartbreaking failed IVF cycle. FISD gave me renewed hope. After a comprehensive evaluation, they recommended trying intrauterine insemination (IUI) and honestly explained that, given my age, IUI had a lower success rate than IVF. I followed their guidance carefully, and to our surprise, we succeeded on the first try! I am now 9 weeks pregnant. I sincerely thank Dr. H and Keila for their support and care throughout the process! Words cannot express my gratitude! The financial team was also wonderful: Carly handled all communication with my insurance company and calculated my out-of-pocket costs fairly. Reasonable prices and excellent results!

I started my journey with Dr. H. last year about this time. Now we are prepping for the first transfer. We are freezing 6 PGT tested embryos. Dr. H has always been very nice and kind and very patient with all of our questions. After our poor egg quality and two non-euploid embryos, she sat with us and suggested a few things to change in lifestyle and supplements. Those were the game changers. The stuff in FISD are always very nice and calm, I love how Keila adds a big smile everytime we ask her about something. She is also very prompt in placing orders and staff. Karly was always nice and patient in explaining the cost etc. IVF is an expensive process both monetarily and physically. FISD has been very supportive at all the time. I always get encouraging words from Dr. H after every ultrasound. She would explain everything with scientific explanations. It is being a great experience with them. I recommended my friends this clinic already. I highly recommend this to all my review readers.

I had internal bleeding for four hours and was called dramatic when I left the hospital... I was then rushed to the hospital for lifesaving surgery, and someone else carried my child as a surrogate... This happened 14 years ago, and only after years of therapy can I talk about it.

I highly recommend FISD to anyone needing fertility support. IVF was extremely stressful for me, but FISD made this difficult journey as positive and manageable as possible. Working with Dr. H and the entire FISD team was meaningful from the start. The care always felt deeply personalized, and I never felt like a number on an assembly line, as friends have unfortunately described at other San Diego fertility clinics. Every question was answered quickly, communication was clear, and each IVF step was explained thoroughly to my husband and me, so we always knew what to expect. Dr. H and the team perfectly balanced optimism and encouragement with honesty and transparency throughout. This built tremendous trust and made a challenging experience much easier. What truly distinguishes FISD is its people. Everyone is genuinely friendly, helpful, and caring, and they made even the most frightening moments feel less intimidating. I never expected to say this, but I will truly miss seeing the team every week. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and deeply grateful to FISD for helping us reach this point. Husband of patient and candidate for fatherhood, but our experience with FISD was incredible. The process of IVF is inherently imperfect and incredibly difficult for my wife mentally, emotionally and physically. We had a lot of ups, a lot of downs, good days and bad, but everyone that we met with and interacted with, particularly Dr. H, were calming, assuring and steadying forces from the time we first met with them until the time we recently graduated. The FISD staff made my wife feel comfortable, especially on the tough days. They were available to answer all of our questions, even the dumb ones, and provided us all of the information and the roadmap we needed each step of the way. They didn't set our expectations too high but always remained very positive and reassuring. After 2 retrievals and 2 transfers, we are now at 11-12 weeks and expecting a baby girl in the summer of 2026. Would absolutely recommend anyone Dr. H's way, we had a wonderful experience through our time with her and her team.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hosseinzadeh and her team. From day one, we felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. H is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. She ensured that our treatment plan was individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. Dr. Hosseinzadeh and her team have been wonderful from the start. They made the entire IVF process more manageable and less stressful. They always answered our questions and calls, even outside office hours. We knew from the beginning that the process would be emotionally and physically difficult, but the results so far have exceeded our expectations. I am very grateful for all the testing and careful planning they did to give us the best possible outcome. Their professionalism, dedication, empathy, and care have made a tremendous difference. Updated my review after receiving an itemized receipt. Dr. H is kind and compassionate. I chose this clinic largely because of her; she was candid and helpful and personally performed many of my ultrasounds. I felt genuine care from her throughout my cycle. That said, I wish I had known that Carrot Fertility does not work with this clinic at all. FISD is ineligible because it does not report outcomes to the CDC or SART. You will not be reimbursed. If your employer offers thousands of dollars in fertility reimbursement, you likely will not be allowed to use this clinic. Confirm first. I also had to request an itemized receipt for insurance. They told me I could update the receipt myself and submit it, but I could not. After considerable effort, I finally received an itemized receipt. I hope part of the expense can be reimbursed. Second, an avoidable prescription delay cost me $1,000 out of pocket. My medication plan had been set a month earlier, but the prescription was not submitted until two days before I needed it. Because of the delay, I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket for Gonal-F, which insurance would have covered fully if it had been handled earlier. Several pharmacies told me they could have prepared it within two days. I do not recommend this clinic if finances are tight. If money is not a concern, I would give it five stars.

I am so glad I found Dr. Hasseinzadah and her team—Keila, Carly, and Marina. From day one, they have been kind, caring, and helpful. Marina always puts a big smile on my face; she is so thoughtful. Her team cared for me attentively throughout the process. When I say their customer service goes above and beyond, I mean 100 times beyond. Emails were answered promptly, and I never felt foolish for asking questions. Keila also checked on me regularly to make sure I was well and understood the process. Dr. Hosseinzadah is amazing. She is passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable, yet explains everything in a way I truly understand. From the why, to the what, to the how, she explains the whole process meaningfully. You can tell she loves her work, and I know she always has my best interests in mind. I think everyone should go through this process, regardless of age. I am glad I chose them because they made me feel welcome, comfortable, and informed from day one. I never felt it was too early or too late to get checked. It may not be fair, but as women, our time is always precious!

My partner and I did extensive research before choosing a clinic for our IVF journey. After finding Fertility Institute of San Diego and having our first consultation with Dr. Hosseinzadeh, we immediately knew this was where we wanted to go. Dr. H and her entire staff were outstanding and made us feel supported and cared for at every step, especially when our first cycle did not go as planned. I especially appreciated that Dr. H participated in every appointment except laboratory blood draws. One major reason we did not choose other clinics was that the same provider would not necessarily perform each ultrasound. We felt more comfortable having one doctor and continuity of care. At every appointment, we could continue where we had left off. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at FISD. Dr. H is one of the most respected and knowledgeable doctors I have had the privilege of speaking with. This was a very emotional and frightening time for us, but Dr. H took the time to understand me as an individual and my partner and me as a couple. After four rounds of timed intercourse (TI) with their support, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff. When those attempts were unsuccessful, we decided to proceed with IVF. I can confidently say that the transition was seamless because of the incredible team here. Communication was always prompt and clear, making a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable. The laboratory procedures were surprisingly painless, and I always felt respected and cared for during every visit. Carly in patient relations is a true gem. Her friendly manner and helpful attitude made a significant difference in my experience. Both registered nurses on my team were wonderful, with the best bedside manner, and were truly a blessing during this process. Most importantly, I want to highlight Dr. H, who is not only kind but refreshingly straightforward.
