After two and a half years of infertility, a friend recommended Dr. Kashani to us. She was the first physician who truly listened to my concerns and took the time to carefully review all my previous test results and symptoms. Because my endometriosis did not appear on ultrasound, she explained that the only way to confirm the diagnosis was through laparoscopic surgery. We were very satisfied with our care from Dr. Kashani. Of course, we ultimately achieved pregnancy, and our son is now seven and a half months old, healthy and happy, which is wonderful. Dr. Kashani is extraordinary. She provides exceptionally thorough and attentive care. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Kashani and her staff are absolutely incredible. We drove an hour and a half each way to see her, and it was 100% worth it. We now have a beautiful baby girl! Our first IVF doctor gave up on us - he couldn't figure out what was wrong after we had a miscarriage and then three consecutive failed transfers. He ran all the usual tests and biopsies and everything came back normal. I spoke to several of Dr. Kashani’s patients before setting up the consultation meeting, and she came highly recommended. After consultation meetings with several doctors, we decided to work with Dr. Kashani, even though she was extremely far away from where we lived. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. After going through what felt like a “factory” clinic where I was just a number in the waiting room, I was blown away by the personal care, concern, and empathy that we received from everyone at Dr. Kashani’s office. Dr. Kashani was incredibly thorough and always took the time to answer questions and talk through options without making me feel rushed (or, worse, like a bystander in my own journey). She went above and beyond the normal range of tests and protocols to give us the best chance possible. Everyone in the office is beyond amazing. I always received prompt responses from Vivian at the front desk, and Karen always took extra care when drawing my blood because she knew I wasn’t great with needles. The embryologist went above and beyond to ensure we had the best quality embryos possible. Everyone was kind and personable. We were starting to lose hope that we’d ever be able to conceive on our own. We can’t thank Dr. Kashani and her staff enough for our miracle baby. I recommend her 1000%.

Dr. Kashani changed my life. After about three years of a very confusing infertility journey in which OB-GYNs kept “treating” me with very strong hormonal medications that only made my condition worse, I found Dr. Kashani. She immediately knew to take me off those medications and worked with me so my body would respond to reproductive endocrinology approaches that actually worked. Dr. Kashani knew I wanted to avoid IUI or IVF, so she placed me on medicated timed-intercourse cycles. When my body did not respond correctly to certain medications, she knew exactly what to change. In 2024, for the first time since 2017, I was able to mature a follicle and ovulate with assistance. Medicated timed intercourse is not easy, and my journey was not linear, but Dr. Kashani's warmth, expertise, and energy, along with her staff's professional, attentive, and caring approach, made the entire process better. Our most recent TI cycle was so successful that my husband and I conceived twins. We knew we were taking that risk, but we were overjoyed after years of fearing we would never become pregnant. I do not usually write reviews, but Dr. Kashani and her staff deserve every bit of praise. My husband and I had several consultations with other doctors, but when we consulted with Dr. Kashani, we knew this was the right place for us! She is kind and knowledgeable, and her staff are wonderful. They communicate exceptionally well; test results were never a mystery, and I received follow-up calls after procedures. I even called after hours several times and received a return call within minutes to address my concerns! Dr. Kashani is as invested in your pregnancy outcome as you are; she genuinely cares and wants the best for you. My appointment waits were always short, and I never felt rushed when asking questions or undergoing any procedure. We had such poor luck with doctors earlier in our fertility journey, so having an excellent doctor and a phone number where we could reach someone knowledgeable was a breath of fresh air! We had one transfer in 2023 that gave us our son and another in 2024, and I am currently pregnant with our daughter. I know many people's views of a fertility clinic depend on how well it “worked” for them, but even if IVF had not worked for us, I would have nothing bad to say. Seriously, if I could have Dr. Kashani, Vivian, and Karen as my doctors for everything, I absolutely would. I would recommend Dr. Kashani a thousand times over—and already have to several friends and family members!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kashani and her team highly enough! My husband and I transferred to her practice after two egg retrievals at another clinic. Our first clinic was large, we rarely saw the doctor, and we felt like a number. IVF is already very stressful, and feeling like a number made it worse. I am so glad we moved to Dr. Kashani for our third retrieval and frozen embryo transfer. The office is small, so you get to know Dr. K and her team well. You see her at every appointment, which is very reassuring. She pays close attention to detail, never rushes you, and always makes you feel cared for. Your treatment plan is completely personalized rather than a standard protocol used for everyone, as at our previous clinic. She is always available to answer questions through the messaging app and personally calls with major updates, even on weekends. Thanks to Dr. Kashani and her excellent team, our retrieval with her produced great results, and we are expecting a baby this June. :) Everyone else in the office is wonderful too. Vivian is the best coordinator you could ask for. She is highly responsive and exceptionally organized and truly helps streamline the entire process. At every visit, phone call, and other interaction, they treated me with professionalism and warmth, and I always felt valued and cared for. I appreciated how thoroughly Dr. Kashani explained the entire process and patiently answered every question. She approaches each patient's situation thoughtfully, carefully monitoring and adjusting the process to meet the patient's exact needs. Dr. Kashani and her staff are very helpful and responsive. I knew that if I messaged Dr. Kashani or emailed the staff, I would receive an immediate response. She is also one of the few REI physicians who successfully performs natural-cycle transfers. This was important to me because it involved fewer injections while offering a higher implantation rate. One used an IVF facility with poor or incorrect communication, which can be devastating in IVF, and lost embryos because of a laboratory issue. Nearly 30 couples are currently affected, resulting in a class-action lawsuit. The team Dr. Kashani built would never produce such outcomes. Vivian is extremely sharp and works quickly; nothing gets past her. This makes coordinating laboratories, appointments, documents, and everything else much easier. Karen, the office's primary nurse, is truly a saint. She has many years of IVF experience and always knows what to say in any situation. Fertility treatment has many ups and downs, and she kept me grounded. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Kashani and her office and trust them without hesitation. Their professionalism, communication, and personal attention cannot be overstated. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and will return to Dr. K's office for my next journey when I am ready. IVF is not easy regardless of your provider, but in my experience Dr. K is the best. I would not go through it with anyone else.
