We just graduated, and we were very pleased with our IVF experience with Dr. Rosencrantz. He was recommended by my fertility acupuncturist, Dr. Patricia Lee, whom I deeply trust. Before choosing Dr. Rosencrantz, I consulted another specialist, but I immediately felt more confident moving forward with him because he explained every step of the process, including his success rates, so clearly and thoroughly. His experience was evident in his explanations, and the data he provided made it reassuring to know exactly what to expect. His treatment plan was very methodical, giving me confidence that the protocol was well established and thoughtfully designed. Before my second egg retrieval, I researched additional supplements that might improve outcomes, especially because the first retrieval often serves partly as a trial cycle. When I contacted him, he quickly advised me on appropriate doses and adjustments. By modifying the stimulation protocol and adding the supplements, we significantly improved my results in the second egg retrieval, which thrilled us. Their anesthesia protocol and Dr. Rosencrantz's surgical skill were also excellent during both retrievals, and I had no postoperative complications. The team responds promptly by phone and email to questions outside appointments. Nurse practitioner Cindy and nurses Anne and Lorraine were all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Special recognition goes to Anne, who spent extra time on the phone calming my anxiety on several occasions. IVF can be emotionally exhausting and overwhelming, and her compassion and support truly made a difference. We will return and recommend this team to anyone considering IVF.

As a same-sex couple who had been trying to conceive for over two years, we struggled to find a doctor who was genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly and willing to accept us, but Dr. Rosenkrantz did so without hesitation. The unbiased, nondiscriminatory care he provides is rare. We conceived naturally after only the initial testing, but his encouragement was exactly what we needed to keep going. We also appreciated their patience. Our income is limited and we needed time to pay, but they never pressured us and always let us proceed at our own pace. Dr. Rosenkrantz is kind and compassionate. I chose this fertility clinic because of its many positive online reviews, but my experience has made me question how genuine they are. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Rosenkrantz was extremely disappointing. Compared with other fertility specialists we consulted, his expertise and guidance fell far short of our expectations. We spent considerable time and money without meaningful progress, adding frustration to an already emotional fertility journey. Communication from the front desk was also very poor. From the first day, we rarely felt welcomed, and interactions often seemed cold and dismissive. A few nurses were friendly, but they were the exception rather than the norm. Overall, the clinic felt more like a business than a patient-centered practice. Fertility treatment is sensitive and stressful, and we expected more compassionate, professional care.

My husband and I just graduated from the clinic this week, and we are expecting our little princess, so I had to leave a review! We came to RMA after two years of infertility and several failed IUIs. My husband and I are both young, 25 and 26, and many previous doctors told us to keep trying because we would eventually have a baby, but we always felt something was wrong. They even told me that Dr. Rosencrantz's clinic was designated a Center of Excellence, which I believe is reflected in favorable statistics and success rates reported to the CDC. Overall, my first consultation felt extremely positive. My husband and I have been trying for a second child for a year and have experienced two MMCs. Dr. Rosencrantz gladly listened to our story and provided an action plan, including testing. We are still completing the preliminary steps, but I am glad I found this fertility clinic. I also appreciate that he did not say we needed IVF immediately, something I often hear about other fertility clinics. He gives an honest opinion. Finally, both the staff and phone service are excellent. When I first called, I obtained an appointment that same week, and the friendly office staff were a refreshing change :)

They worked with my husband and me, and after 4 IUIs, we finally became pregnant and welcomed a healthy baby boy in February. At every procedure, I felt cared for, heard, and valued. When a procedure did not work and I had to call the office to arrange the next one, I was always met with compassion. He was there every step of the way explaining what can happen and answered all our questions. Infertility is physically and emotionally demanding. I do not even know where to begin. Before finding RHWC, we completed 4 egg-retrieval cycles and averaged only one frozen day-7 embryo. After many consultations and disappointments, I found RHWC through Yelp/Google. My first consultation with Dr. Rosencrantz was grounded, and he was very honest about the likelihood and chances of success. He strongly recommended using an egg donor, but after speaking with my husband, we truly wanted to try once more. Dr. Rosencrantz supported us throughout. He went above and beyond and tried everything. To our surprise, we obtained a higher-quality day-6 embryo. He ensured that every possible test was performed before the embryo transfer. He said I was one of his most difficult patients because I had a false passage. Dr. Rosencrantz is an excellent physician who does outstanding work. After nine years of dreaming and trying, we have our miracle baby. My dream came true when Dr. Rosencrantz and his entire team congratulated me on my pregnancy! Five stars are not enough. After we could not conceive naturally and given my advanced maternal age, my husband and I met with several fertility specialists in Orange County. As soon as we met Dr. Rosencrantz, we looked at each other and said, 'He is our doctor.' We simply knew. We trusted him completely. This can be a challenging process, and I needed to trust the person leading it. He was neither the least nor most expensive, but his humble manner, reputation for success, and clear expertise made us feel we were receiving the best care. He developed a protocol that allowed us to graduate from the clinic this month, and we could not be more grateful. It truly takes a village, and Dr. Rosencrantz has invested in excellent people to support his patients, from billing and patient care to surgical nurses and embryologists. You see many of these people more often than the medical team or close friends. You want people who excel at what they do. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Rosencrantz and his entire staff, including Cindy, Anne, Leahanne, Lauren, Monica, Lorena, Carolina, and everyone else =) My RE referred me to Dr. Rosencrantz after an unfortunate ectopic pregnancy in late 2022. When I first met him, I was still traumatized by the pregnancy loss, but he was very kind and compassionate. I decided to proceed with egg retrieval only because I wanted to see whether I could become pregnant naturally again. I did become pregnant, but it ended in a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. IVF was therefore the only option. I had my first transfer in late April, and I am happy to say that I am now 15 weeks pregnant! I cannot thank Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff enough for all their excellent work helping patients like me achieve their dreams. I will definitely return in the future for baby number two.
