I love this place! They are extremely efficient. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming, and Tianna, who drew my blood, was especially kind and patient because I am very afraid of needles.

I recommend this clinic because the medical staff provide attentive, thorough care. I met Jelisa, Niki, Cori, and Dr. Sarkar, and they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) at the Tampa clinic yesterday. I had expected Dr. Sarkar to perform it herself, but she was busy, so another nurse took her place. If I had to identify one minor disappointment, that would be it. Thank you to the Sarasota team for all your hard work!

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to the team at Shady Grove Fertility. The process of undergoing fertility treatment is like a roller coaster, but this team made my husband and me feel incredibly supported every step of the way. Dr. Sarkar is outstanding, and she went above and beyond for me. She was always available to take my calls and discuss various options, which brought me great peace of mind. After a frustrating cycle cancellation, she adjusted everything perfectly. Thanks to her tailored treatment plan, I successfully underwent two egg retrievals, and Dr. Sarkar personally performed both procedures, which meant so much to me. My nurse, Cori, was absolutely amazing. She was always so cheerful, happy, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. The rest of the staff were equally excellent, professional, and kind. We are now waiting a few weeks to begin a frozen embryo transfer (FET), and I could not be more satisfied with the care we have received. If you are looking for a team that truly cares about you, look no further!

First, I want to say that I deeply regret not finding SGF sooner. As far as I know, few fertility clinics offer both a patient portal and health education. The SGF staff are excellent. Yarimil and Jelisa at the front desk are both professional and kind. Victoria is outstanding at drawing blood! She helped me relax and found my vein on the first try. Every staff member I communicated with was professional and helpful. During the consultation, Dr. Sarkar listened carefully to our needs and developed a treatment plan. He also provided health education to help us understand the process and answered all our questions.

I sincerely want to thank my fertility nurse, Cori Boode. She was truly amazing throughout my IVF treatment. The process was not easy, but she remained positive and supportive and stood by me at every step. I also work in healthcare and have a very busy schedule, with ultrasounds and blood tests almost every day, so I deeply appreciated how hard she worked to accommodate me. She went above and beyond to help me understand my options, explained everything in plain language, and made time to help even when I was busiest. That meant a great deal to me. What stands out most is how responsive and organized she is. She follows up, proactively checks on me, and never makes me feel like “just another patient.” She is highly organized and attentive to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. On difficult days, she brought comfort and calm; on successful days, she celebrated with me. You can tell she truly understands how difficult it is to balance IVF and work, and she treats people with empathy and kindness. I am extremely grateful for her and everything she did for me. She is exactly the nurse I hoped for on this journey 🤍 Special thanks also to SGF’s best financial counselor, Niki Copenhaver. She was tremendously helpful throughout IVF. IVF is already stressful, especially when managing financial pressure over several consecutive cycles, but Niki made everything easier to understand and manage. She took the time to truly listen, not only as a counselor but like a friend who genuinely cared. During this very stressful period, her patience, clear explanations, and kindness meant so much to me. Having someone as positive, reassuring, and caring as her was essential during an overwhelming process. The IVF field needs more people like Niki. I am immensely grateful for her support and guidance. She was one of the kindest and most encouraging people I encountered on this journey.

Shady Grove is efficiently organized, with exceptionally qualified staff, and provides excellent medical care. Patient care coordinator Jelisa Hird is a treasure and extremely kind. As a new patient, Jelisa helped me navigate this exciting yet challenging time. I wish every clinic ran as efficiently as Shady Grove and had someone like Jelisa. Jelisa is a valuable asset and a tremendous help to the clinic.

Today was my first visit to the Sarasota office. Everyone was so warm and attentive that the whole experience was pleasant. I would give them 10 stars if I could, but the maximum is only 5.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this clinic. From the beginning, I felt exceptionally cared for and supported and knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Sack is an outstanding doctor. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. I trusted her completely with one of the most important journeys of my life. Her nurse, Corey, was also excellent. She always kept everything organized, responded quickly, and was patient and kind whenever she answered the phone. Communication was seamless, which was especially important during an emotional and stressful time. Technician Victoria greeted me with a smile at every visit. Her warmth and positivity were contagious and made every appointment easier. The stimulation phase before egg retrieval was difficult for me, but the team's support and guidance helped me through it. My first fresh embryo transfer was ultimately very successful, and I now have two perfect embryos waiting for the future. I am incredibly grateful to this clinic and everyone who works there. They made a challenging journey supportive, hopeful, and ultimately successful. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone undergoing IVF.

I had some unpleasant medical experiences in the past, but Shady Grove's excellence and welcoming atmosphere impressed me. After our first consultation with Dr. Plosker, my husband and I got into the car and agreed that he was absolutely the right doctor for us. We visited several Shady Grove locations for different appointments, and everyone we met was outstanding. Our patient care coordinator Ashley made the initial testing process seamless and worked hard to schedule appointments at the most convenient times. Her positive attitude made an intimidating process much easier. My nurse Nicole communicated exceptionally well, explained things clearly, and never made questions feel like a burden. She kept everything organized and clearly cared deeply about her patients. Erinie and Rachel were also wonderful and did everything possible to make the process easy and convenient.
